Cappo,we are fine o. Just that am confused. I told my pastor about the bladder prolapse and that doctor said if it doesn't go back by tomorrow which is my next appointment,he will book me for C.S next week. He encouraged me to exercise faith that it will definitely go back. Am exercising faith o,hubby is also a pastor but he is already preparing for whatever comes because he doesn't want to take chances. I have also been reading about it but nothing much on it and vagina delivery on the internet. Pls if anyone has idea,just enlighten me more. Do you think I should wait till labour starts and try vagina delivery with faith or I should just go for the C.S? The bladder prolapse is still too there as I type,if open my V,you will easily see it protruding but I feel since I have delivered vaginally twice before,maybe I can try it.
What are the risks involved?? Ask your doctor. When you know, you can then weigh the options. If you embark on vaginal delivery even with this bladder prolapse, what will be the health implication? I think that's what you should be asking. Then make up your mind for whatever happens. CS is for safety reasons. What's making you indecisive? The fear of surgery or the cost of surgery?
I have only done one CS last year July 7th, 2020 and before baby was brought out, she already passed on - blessed memory - placenta abruptio, they said.
My LMP was May 7th this year. I am 7 months gone and the doctor thinks I will have to undergo another CS with the reason that my LMP was too short - 10 months. Should be 15 months at least
Hmmmm this depends on your mind and willpower. If you are not fully convinced, try another doctor. But medically I think from 15months can try VBAC, however I know of someone who took in 7months after CS and had a successful VBAC( that's why wrote willpower). But have it in mind that she had a low risk pregnancy. The cause of the previous CS should be considered before they can advise you to proceed to try Vaginal delivery

Cappo we are doing great, apart from the usual heaviness, all is well with us. I think I overworked myself last week, trying to put things together @work cos my foot has been swollen( never experienced in this pregancy until these last week). Someone should tell me to pack my bag o . And again I don't understand this heat, I just want to walk naked cos ehhh it drips from head to toe. Harmattan should start already. I think she can still try to minimize her carbs o, strictly fruits and vegets. 36weeks to 38weeks and then 40weeks is roughly 4 weeks. Of course every woman wants an easy birth irrespective of baby's weight. Even someone with a baby weighing 2.5kg, want it easy. The end game isn't to reduce weight but at least LO can be 3.5 kg. It's worth d try if you ask me.
MzCorleone: Mamas in the house am a bit worried ooo, went for scan yesterday at 36weeks, my baby is already head down but she weighs 3.1kg. I don't know what to do to stop(reduce) her weight by the time she's ready to come out.
My first child was 4.2kg at birth and I know what I passed through regarding tears and all. I hope I'm not being unreasonable?
Hii Mama, I think we are teamies, good thing Ur baby is head down o, for the weight, scan shows an estimated weight and yours could also be genes, so don't take it too heart. but here's what my doctor adviced me then reduce carbs, do more of protein and fruits. In this case, since u have less than 4 weeks to go, you can do just fruits in d day and main meal in the night, I know it's not easy but no pain no gain sha. I'm doing it but Honestly I have not been consistent considering most of our meals here is Carbs.

Is it for hair or body? I never used any in my two previous deliveries,I have always used Shea butter but I just bought a recommended product and I will give it a try. 2. BIRTH STORY Congratulations to all November mamas that have welcomed their little ones, may God keep them safe from us and keep us safe for them too, as we have known their beginning we will not know their ending in Jesus name. Apologies that my BS is just coming in now, it’s been easy with a new born. Now, to our BS; after I had my son in April 2018, I had a bit of mental breakdown, the pregnancy was very eventful and after birth was extremely stressful so I decided to wait until I was mentally ready to have another since hubby and I just want two kids. Prior to my son’s birth in 2018, I had suffered an ectopic pregnancy rupture that made me loose my left Fallopian tube but God proved himself and gave me my son 6months after ( got pregnant) despite doctors giving me 50-50 chance as per having a tube left. Early this year, hubby and I decided it was time to try for another cos he doesn’t stay in the country and God willing it was at the first attempt that God showed Himself God and I got pregnant with my princess. Because I had terrible experience with my first I had braced up for this pregnancy but this one was worse than the first; oh Lord! for the 9 months duration I never had my strength back, I had severe nausea, all day sickness even midnight too, I couldn’t take water nor eat as the fear of vomiting made me afraid to eat, I developed severe acne all over my face and neck, skin tags all over my face and neck too, I couldn’t apply cream and I hated some smells, spent first four to five months in and out of hospital as drip was the alternative to my eating, it got to an extent, they couldn’t pass line in the hospital as all my veins became weak and all my buttocks sore from injections, my thighs became the next available option. I stopped salivating at 5months after trying every option given to stop the saliva and I had given up, It took a while before I discovered that body itching will reduce if I stopped using sponge to bathe after I had changed soaps and sponges thinking that was the problem, me that I am pretty oyinbo pepper turned black and ugly , I also had boils on both my eyes that turned to charlazoin to the I hereby burn my boots and give all babies trying to come my way to GTC moms, your testimony is here already. I use to be a fan of sebamed untill seeing an original to buy became an uphill task. I got introduced to baby secret which worked well for me jist like original sebamed.

My people, so I posted that I put to bed on Wednesday 27th but until now, I've not been discharged because of low PCV 15%. I've been drinking ewe ogbo and milk... Ugu, milk, maltina and any other thing that can boost my blood to at least 20% so that I can be discharged.
What else can I do please. Help a distressed mum. Baby is in good condition though.

The other day i was jisting Expectantmom about the nightmare i had that i almost woke up in tears, since my bfp i can say i have only slept 2 nights without having a nightmare. If i worry or watch horror movie, i will have a dream/nightmare version of it, these days i don't even bother
You can imagine now adding vigilante of 2hrs -3hrs to this , but i am not complaining oo i am romancing my package like that atleast its better than some other packages like MS, spitting, tiredness etc

Hii Mama's, pls @ what weeks is LO supposed to face head down. I fell in the bathroom lastweek, although I still felt LO's kicks, I decided to do scan and was told my LO is button down,not head down. I felt there's no cause for alarm in my heart but Google is making my head spin. Anything a girl can do for best results. I just clocked 31 weeks.

My doc. Told me then 15months after CS, can try VBAC.. but still confirm with your doc. Hes in the best position to advice you.
I know it was going to be induction like others but I wanted to experience natural labour for the first time. I was hoping but it is not happening. Wednesday 15th,i was 39wks 3 days, I returned from market, as if I knew what was about to happen, I shopped for provisions both the one I will use in the hospital and also back to school items for my kids. When I returned I went to pee after that as I was coming out I felt a small gush of water. I check it was not urine. Since my water has broke before, I know it is my water. It happened again this time with some mucus.
It did not happen again but I was restless and cranky. I bathed and went to bed. I woke up by 1am, I was pressing my phone when I felt the water again. I jumped up from the bed. What I noticed is that if I am sitting down it will stop but when I stand up or lie down it will start coming out. But in my first baby the whole water came out once and I was induced. So I put a pad and kept changing it.
By 4am I told my mom. She has fully recovered and walking without aid. I start packing my bags. I called DH and mom in law too. By 8am I drove myself to the hospital. The person that is supposed to come with me said she will meet me in the hospital. I was check and the doctor said 2cm, cervix is still strong or whatever. I was not even feeling any pain or having contraction. So he put a drug under my tongue and said I should go and lie down. This was by 9am.
I went and sit down and was waiting for contraction to start. I didn't eat that morning. 9.30am no pain yet, I was restless, all my inductions the contraction usually start after 30mins. I lie down and slept off. Then some minutes before 10am, I woke up to some pain and I was happy. I start timing it, it was 3 to 4 mins apart. It is not that strong cos I am still lying down. By 10.30am I was tired of timing. I was also chatting with people in my room. I was complaining that this contraction is not strong, that other ones by now it is strong and bla bla bla. I was fearing that it will be a long labour, since other ones was 4 to 5hrs.
I went to poop, it was watery. I felt the urge again, very small something came out since I did not eat. A nurse came in and was saying that I am still wearing my clothes and jewelleries, that it has not even start, she thought it was my first. I was also face timing with DH. Then I felt the urge to poo again I went nothing came out. This was by 12.30pm. It was after that, the real contraction was starting. I told the nurse that I want to go and buy water, she collected the money and bought for me. After drinking, I changed my cloth to wrapper and move to the delivery room. The nurse was like this is getting serious. The other nurse now told her it is not my first, she was suprise cos it is not showing on my body.
They went to call the doctor to come and check me, I was having back to back contractions with like 20secs break. Tears was flowing like river but I was trying not to shout. The doctor came, check and said 6cm. He said I was progressing that before 3pm I will born, this was by 12.55pm. He left. The nurse said he is usually like that, she said my type are those that use to give birth fast, that with this my type of contractions she did not want to be unprepared. She started arranging my things. They were trying to pass line in my hand but the contraction was coming stronger, three back to back contractions with few secs of break. They managed to pass the line in my hand, immediately they put the needle, I felt a very strong urge to push, the nurse I was holding, I squeezed her hand hard and she screamed.
They rushed and spread delivery mat, she told me that I should push with my next urge. The first time I will be pushing, my other babies rushout themselves which give me tear. The urge came I pushed but before the head will crown it stopped. It is not as strong as before and it is now once and no longer back to back. Ha. Another one came, it is stiil the same. I was waiting for another one for almost one minute, the head was there waiting to crown, I started crying that I am not having any contraction or urge again. They assured me that it will come that I should use the moment and catch my breath and be ready to push. In my mind I said OK, since it is like that, I will continue pushing even if the urge stop again, that it must come out. Another urge came and I started pushing, a nurse was saying that the baby is facing up or something like that, I did not really care, I hold my breath, and was pushing, it stopped I continued with the same energy and boom the baby crowned, It then started again and I gave a small push and she came out. By then the doctor has come, she did not cry initially, like she was surprised and was just shining eyes. They tapped her and she started crying, the time was 1.37pm. She was weighing 3.2kg. There was no tear too, the nurse was guiding her head. They injected Me and delivered the placenta, cloth her and also immunized her. We returned to our room.
THE people there was marvelled, they were like you that left now now. Even my DH was surprised, we were face timing around 11am and he was saying that I was not looking like someone in Labour and we were laughing. I was still alone, recieveing call from well wishers before the person that was supposed to accompany me arrived. She was apologizing, I told her it is OK, my mum is with the kids and I don't have any relatives around and I did not tell my other friends except her. I called her that morning and she couldn't come out of work until that afternoon.
In All I thank God, because it is him that made this pregnancy and delivery possible with all the challenges.
