He quoted the story as it was from Vanguard. Vanguard edited the title and the story after. If you are are familiar with Vanguard website you will know they do this many times, sometimes they remove the story completely. If you mirror what he posted on goggle, it will link you to Vanguard.

Also learn to make your point without throwing insults.
