PropertiesRe: Is It Possible To Build A 3 Bedroom Flat With N2million? by oapbrown(m): 9:03am On Nov 14, 2015
yinkaoke:
PLS HELP

I discussed this with my oga who intends to build his house in 6 months and he siad he will build with just N2m without the cost of the land but that the rooms will not be of a standard one and the 3 rooms too. i.e portable flats.

Please is it possible and can anyone give us the break down of how this is possible. his land is at Agbara

many thnaks
Weldone OP...from my professional experience, N2m will only build that kind of house in the village even if the rooms are just a little bigger than toilets...

I once had a client who wanted to build same house with 2m in a newly developing area...I told him it wasn't possible, but he was bent on doing it...so I decided not to help in the supervision...You know what? He got a bricklayer to replicate the design on the site, the guy messed it up, after changing a lot of things, and afterwards, the client had to split the house into two and finished one, which he even borrowed more money to finish before moving in. Did I tell yu?He didnt do electricals and plumbing for many months after he has been living in there...

My point is, get a professional advice before embarking on the project...Dont let anyone deceive you...there's no point building a substandard house that yu will dislike or regret after just few years of living in it.

Three major things that hold up a house... Foundation, Structural works and roof...if you compromise on these three, its most likely the house get washed away by erosion or blown away by heavy winds...

Thank you!

RomanceRe: Should A Lady Cook For The Guy She's Dating? by oapbrown(m): 12:11pm On Nov 04, 2014
@OP...thanks for bringing up this brilliant issue...but it's sad that this one reason is why many relationships have failed and many marriages ended...
Now, I'll say, relationships have fundamental rules esp when it's heading for marriage. The partners should portray what they will do in marriage before they're actually married (sex excluded). The only reason why u shudnt cook for yur guy is if he's not serious about ur relatnship or u have great doubts about him. Becos relationship is what gives a foundation for marriages. I do not see anything wrong in a lady cooking for her guy whenever she's in the guy's house or preferably, she cooks the food from her house and brings it to the guy. According to the OP's analysis, 5days visit in a month. I assume the guy does his cooking when yu're not there or finds another means to eat. Why not let him have a feeling and a difference betwn d time yu are with him and when yu're not? This helps yur relationship to be stronger. It's certain dat some guys can't cook, so if u don't cook for such guys, they look for someone who can cook for them all the time yu weren't around...and dos girls cud even go do the extra**. We're in relationships to become better pple, so if yu can't help a guy cook, how much impact will yu make in his life? Obviously, yu can't help with his loads of official duties...especially when his work takes a lot of his time. My point is cooking for a guy and doing some chores for him at least 90% of the time yu're together isn't a bad idea, because everyone needs assurance and security before entering into marriage. A lady, irrespective of her income or what she gets from her parents that cud make her not take from her guy, would always wanna be sure that her guy can sort out her needs when they marry and so a guy wants to be sure that his woman will cook good meals, with happiness even when they're married.
My advice to ladies, pls, if yu always allow yur guy take u out to eateries everytime and yu can't stop him, yu'd be so used to it but the day he finds a girl dat can cook at ease and won't allow him take her to eateries often, I bet yu the guy will start changing and could finally get stuck. To those who sees cooking as being a slave, I doubt if yu can maintain a home without good food. To those who are afraid of being submissive, there's no successful marriage without submission from the wife. The Bible says, 'wives submit yourselves to your husband' and men should love their wife, and not vice versa.
Finally, I have seen a situation where a guy had to chose betwn two ladies because of food. It sounds weird right? But it's true. The two of them cooked well, but one cooked more often than the other. The guy was our neighbor when we were still teenagers. I believe everyone desires a happy home irrespective of their status and career. Therefore, we should not do things because our friends do them, we shud always find out what works best for our relationships. Ladies should read their Bibles more and find out how to keep their homes and stop raising egos that will make dem end up being single mothers. Thank you all!

Justbright: I think pdp shuld take caution and go back to d drawing board and restrategize....I mornitor d osun election as an observer, went tru all d local gov and about 125 poling units, and I can tell u d election was not just fair bt very credible, there was a massive turn out of voters dat I personally have not seen b4 in any election, and u can see d excitement all over their face, most of d voters are d low class which depicts dat politicians dat want to have d vote dat will be enoght to win dem elections shuld not neglect d low class, d artisans, traders etc, neglecting dem is at any politicians peril cos elit dnt always vote.....Aregbesola won d osun election cos osun pple mainly voted along religion path cos large no of osun pple are muslims, and also d cadidature of omisore is not attracted to d osun pple......to be sincere aregbesola has not performed well bt we cany place him at par wt all oda padt gov in osun state...in terms of devlopment d state shuld be ranked among d lowest in nigeria cos wot I saw in osun does not justify d hype dis guy has been bestowed wt...bt I want to believe aregbesola wl consolidate on his achievement in d 2nd term.....
,
Bros...you're utmostly wrong. I guess you dont live in Osun State...Osogbo in particular. Nobody voted cos of religion...btw Aregbe is only a Muslim but belongs to another sect of religion. Osun has a lot of Christians as against your predictions. like I said, if you knew osun state before now, you'll appreciate the sudden progressive change in the State at present. People of Osun are cool but very wise...even at Aregbe's worse, they will never vote for an Omisore. They learn so fast and dont make same mistakes twice...their choice of Oyinlola over Akande thot them that lesson...Congrats Aregbe...congrats people of Osun
FamilyRe: My Wife Over Spiritual Orientation Is Driving Me Nuts!!! by oapbrown(m): 12:25pm On Jul 18, 2014
Bibol: Why do I have a feeling this issue is beginning to affect the OP's sex life? People saying here that did he marry her for her looks obviously don't know how important neatness is in marriage.
Those oversized dresses sometimes ooze offensive odour and that can turn off any man no matter how spiritual the man is. She can still look very attractive for her husband without compromising her standards. A wise woman knows how to go about that. Let her shave, use deodorant if necessary, keep her hair tidy every time, dress smartly even if she decides to cover up everything.

I've seen lots of Christians without makeup and jewellery that look tidy and attractive for their spouses. The God I know and serve does not support dirtiness unfortunately a lot of married women are guilty of this because they feel they have hooked the man successfully.

The description of the virtuous woman in Prov 31 does not depict an unkempt personality. Op should talk to his wife, unmarried folks may not truly understand what he is going through.
God bless you, my sister...some pple won't understand this...I had a neighbor...it was this newly-found faith attitude and dressing that broke her home...the husband tried hard but she was adamant. They eventually divorced. Now the children are getting married, they keep blaming their mother for changing and divorcing their father! Funny enof, the man didn't marry another wife since...but the woman still have no senses and guts to re-marry her home again...May God help us all

snowpe: I have been married for 4years now, recently my wife listened to a preaching on the issue of jewelries, trousers and makeup.suddenly she changed and since then she have been making her self unattractive in the name of church activities.sincerely she is making me to loose interest on her,I have spoken to her about it and she refuses to change.what should I do?l am seriously trying not to cheat on her.please I need advice on what to do to save this marriage.
please moderator move this to front page for advice
Bros, sorry o, are yu born again and do yu attend thesame church with your wife? Pls if you're not born again, you really need to find ur place in God and attend a Bible Church together with your wife.

Back to the matter, as Christians, we get many things mixed up...some churches teach and preach against all these things yu listed above...and sincerely speaking, they have ruined and scattered many homes unknowingly, especially in cases where the other partner isn't a fanatic. And dat's why I asked if yu're born again. Pls, your wife doesn't need to stop dressing beautifully as she used to...to d extent of not making her hair. She doesn't! The head of a woman is her beauty and her beauty is very very important in your marriage. Some hypocrites say, it doesn't matter, but when they see a 'tushly' dressed babe outside, they stare at her many times...

Lemme share this with you...when I was courting my wife, she was attending a church that doesn't really appreciate ladies wearing trousers. So she only wears it during the week. My church on d other hand doesn't preach against it, as far as it's moderate. At a point, we were arguing on somethings about faith and I found out, she's not being thought d deep truth about Bible in her church so I insisted she start attending my church since that's gon be our family church after our wedding. She did and am happy today that, we share dsame beliefs and knowledge. We're married now...but as much as we both try to be spiritual...we don't ever ignore that aspect of our bodies, looks, sexuality, etc...Many times, she asks me to pick hairstyles for her...

The teaching about trousers, jewelleries, makeups is so complicated so I won't talk about it here. But the bottom line is that, your wife thinks she's doing all d change in dressing to please God...that's good...but the pure truth is that she cannot please God if she hasn't pleased her husband! She has to balance both! The marriage oath says that 'I'll honor you with my body..." And even the Bible says, 'Wives, honor your husbands'...Bros, u get work to do o...sit down with her and explain these things to her...it has scattered many homes o...and the church will be d ones to be praying for those wives later not knowing der teachings caused the probs. She can be a real Xtian, without changing much of her looks, as long as yu're pleased with the looks.

Get her messages from Pastor Chris Oyhakilome, Late Pastor Bimbo Odukoya, Bishop Abioye, Pastor Nike Adeyemi (Daystar), Rev. Albert Oduwole and a lot of others. Listen to them together and let her get back on track...and don't ever think of CHEATING! DON'T!!!

Enjoy your marriage, sir!

PoliticsRe: Ogbeni Rauf Adesoji Aregbesola Profile by oapbrown(m): 8:22pm On Jul 13, 2014
felifeli: oapbrown You continually misunderstand me for your own reason. An 'honorary' degree is just what it is. It is a useless degree/decoration that the holder cannot use to find employment and given on basis of some contribution (usually money) of awardee to society or the faculty awarding it . In this case we are talking about honorary 'membership' of a professional body which works the same way and is purely cash and carry. I am quite certain that most state governors have honorary awards in several professional bodies.

The Nigeria Society of Engineers has six membership categories , one of which is a Honorary Fellow . Please see following link and the citation at the bottom of the page which I have copied below
http://www.nse.org.ng/index2.php?page=member

6.HONORARY FELLOW
The Council of the Society may at its discretion elect distinguished persons to Honorary Fellowship. Such persons, though not necessarily engineers, would normally have used their positions to render notable assistance to the practice of engineering science.

I hope this puts your mind at rest.
Ok, fine! What am saying is, If Aregbe is a trained Technician, why do yu think he won't go ahead to get his qualification as an Engineer and look for an honorary, when it's definitely useless. Honorary Engineer cannot practice like a licensed Engineer, that's what am saying! Remember, he has a Private Registered Engineering Firm...which he started many years ago, so u mean to tell me, he's been using his honorary degree to practice all des while? Haba, guy! Can yu allow an honorary engineer handle ur own multi-million naira project?

felifeli: I have nothing against you guys and indeed nothing against Rauf Aregbesola too. What I hate is deceit and that is what I speak against otherwise I am only having a little fun here on Nairaland. From your words I get the impression that your incomes depend on Aregbesola remaining as governor , but loosen up and don't get so worked up about whatever happens here . I am sure 99.8 percent of the electorate don't even know what Nairaland or Facebook is about and will not be affected by whatever argument goes on in facebook or Nairand. They will vote purely on basis of whatever Aregbesola has done to their lives over the past 4 years. They will give him a pass mark or fail. I hope for your sake that they pass him, as for me I don't care . Whoever the cap fits let him wear it. My personal scoresheet is as follows anyway;

Integrity - Suspicious (Fail)
Enthusiasm - Impressive (Pass)
Innovation - half-baked (Fail)

Talk only about what you know. That am supporting a political aspirant doesn't mean he's feeding me. Well, I'm a well-established professional in my field and I don't need any government to survive. All I'm saying is, when a state is in the hands of great minds who, irrespective of whatever qualifications they have, can develop the state to look better than a village, it's economy will definitely grow. One thing is sure, when transformation begins in a place, some pple find it difficult to accept, but the end is always good. Am not one of those selfish pple who only care about what dey av to put in their pockets...whether APC or PDP, we know dey're all thieves, but when a personality proves himself worthy of an opportunity, den we shud rightly give him. I can tell yu many supporters of PDP are doing so, mainly becos of the stipends they give them afterwards even tho they know who's doing what. I lived in Osun State for decades and I can tell yu, it's been transformed from what we used to have...Just like yu sed, the people know the right person to vote for, even if someone pays dem N10000 for a N200 popcorn!

Mr. Oga, if what yu sed is true, it's not possible in fields like Engineering, Architecture and Medicine. How can dey honor yu with an Engr. Title without qualifying for it? A man who is busy fleecing his church members should never be taken seriously.

I am sure Aregbesola has pledged to pay tithe out of next month federal allocation before this statement was made.

Come August 9, both Aregbe and oyedepo will fail flat.
Guy! It won't cost yu anything to use ur senses when posting here. Yu don't have to use such words for a man of God...has he ever forced any member of his church to pay tithe? Just that yu're blind, many pple who attend that church are rich, cos dey're taught the kingdom concepts of making it and living far above average like yu. Btw, did he ever ask yu to pay tithe to his church? Well, just be careful the way yu talk about men of God, yur identity might be hidden here, but God knows yu, whatever yu claim to believe in!

Well, I also make bold to say, Aregbe developed ALMOST every nook and cranny in Osun State. I have relatives who live so close in a prominent estate, to the government house (annex) in Osogbo, d road leading to their estate (Oroki/Temidire Estate) has been so bad since its existence. A PDP elected Senator, PDP state chairman, and so many PDP officials live in that Estate, they did nothing to that road. When the Senator was approached concerning the poor road and the poor transformer, he told the landlords 'Well, as yu can see, I don't stay long here, so I don't have any problem with the road, and I mostly use generator whenever am around, so yu people shud write the government, they will help you'. As close as that road is to the Govt Annexe, it wasn't done thruout PDP's regime. When Aregbe came, he didn't only tar the road, he turned a seemingly small road to a bigger/dual lane road on both sides. Anybody can check, I still drove on that road early dis year - Oroki Estate to Capital Hotel link road. Come to think of it, you're all shouting APC is bad, why did Oyinlola rig the last election? He simply knew he didn't perform well and so pple wanted a change, hence dey voted Aregbe. They tot they had finished Aregbe wif d rigging but as a reasonable and sensible politician, he made sure he had evidences of all d riggings and dat was what made him win later in court. Oyinlola and Omisore committed a lotta atrocities both in Ife and Ilesa, sponsoring their thugs to kill innocent people, well I need not say much.

Fine, Omi has a better CV, but he didn't prove beyond his CV in his 8yrs as a senator that he can perform better as a governor! Osun State needs to look like a real State that it's looking now!

God bless yu o. Why can't they post Omisore's achievements as a Senator for 8years as against Aregbe's achievements as an ordinary Commissioner for Works...Omisore had all the chances to prove Osun State people wrong when he was a Senator for 8yrs, but he neva did. He was busy buying certificates...and cars for traditional rulers, now all of them are against him. I visit Ife frequently, yu cud hardly see any development in dat town, if not for the school's presence...even if he becomes a professor today, it doesn't mean he's sensible and capable enof to rule Osun State. Every sensible individual who wanted a changed Osun State cud feel the presence of a working Gov'r...even if he embezzles money (which every politician does), he's proven himself as capable enof. I don't see Omisore anywhere near the Gov't house dis coming election!

pDude: Thanks for the observation. I have corrected it.

Polytechnic product like you. Nothing dey una empty heads. Only cultism and ratchet behaviour na hin una know. cheesy
I thank God! Having been to d Polytechnic was my greatest decision in life...I thot University was better or more challenging...and so I went further after my stay in d Poly...but I found out it's not anywhere to be compared with each other...many of ur professors don't even come to class, so many unintelligent doctors, lecturers who can't speak correct English like yu...and so yu guys sit down and shout unnecessarily...FYI and quote me anywhere, PGD or whatever u call it, is a complete repetition or dubbing of d HND syllabus...so why recommend it as a bridge between HND and Masters? It's a waste of money and time, many professional bodies don't even recognize it except u have a Masters...I guess yu don't even know that...how many polytechnics are involved in cultism compared to Unis? Mumu undergraduate wey u be!

As yu can see, I've interviewed a lot of yu, and what many of yu carry in ur brains are mostly packaging with zero skills...inability to deliver, lack of concepts and ideas, pride, incompetence, etc...yu always want dat high salary, but u don't even have d skills and u're not ready to acquire them...anyone who passes tru a good polytechnic will not only have dat zeal to work, but skills dat can make him/her better in the market...anyway in my own field and a few others, HND and BSc are treated same way, most firms even prefer HND cos dey work better...so get a life and stop bragging about a degree dat doesn't earn yu a good job automatically!

Some companies would hire yu quickly when dey find out u have an OND/HND certificate before ur Masters...
EducationRe: HND vs First Degree Battle Is Now In Court by oapbrown(m): 1:13am On Jul 07, 2014
Well, many of you carry these degrees so much on your head that you don't even know the competition in d market is so crazy. I've seen an ND guy from Poly Ibadan perform far better dan an OAU student. The ND guy even earns more money than him.

What I fink the government should do is, make HND and BSc equal, until University Education improves from what we see now.

The bitter truth, is for all of you shouting BSc...averagely, HND graduates are better at work and achieving results, most especially in fields that require practicals. The cut-offs and text books are not even basis for dichotomy. Architecture and Engineering students in Poly and Uni use dsame instruments, textbooks, etc. In Architecture, Poly students even use more, cos they often do assignments dan the BSc classes. So?

I can't imagine a BSc graduate who worked in my office and I had to start teaching him the basis/rudiments of that particular job he was employed to do, which I believe he shud have known while he was in school. Polytechnic graduates have been drilled and trained to generate ideas and solving problems...u talk of researches, how many Universities even have the facilities? We've all been recycling ideas over and over again. Most of yur lecturers now do their sabbaticals at private/foreign Unis so they can enjoy more facilities for their researches. Most of those that top these professionals classes in the Unis are guys who joined at 200L or 300L, cos dey've been used to d stress and they already know how to manage it and more importantly, they alredy know what yu're just being thot. Likewise, some poly graduates too can't also defend themselves, no doubt about that. It still bothers down to personal development. I've also seen many Uni graduates submit their CVs to my office and I can't even help but squeeze them into the bin. Many things...ask some of dem to send an email to a client and d next thing, the client calls and asks, "Was that mail from your coy or someone hacked your computer"? Before yu know it, you might lose such client, cos yu can't explain the reason why yur employee cudnt address and follow up a project...

What I think everyone shud all do is to develop yourself to a standard that will make any employer afraid of losing yu, whatever your qualifications. In my own field and a few others, HND and BSc are equal. You write dsame numbers of papers in your professional exams, HNDs even do better in this as well, becos, there's a practical aspect which yu do for up to 8hrs standing and only Poly students can withstand that. Your delivery, specialization and experience will only determine your take-home in any organization you work with. I used to work in a Coy where the MD is a Unilag graduate, so experienced and qualified, but he hates working wif Uni graduates, cos wen dey come, we have to train them so much before they can really get the job, while we also pay them (most times dey even demand for high salaries at entry levels). So he prefers Poly graduates who don't need much drilling cos it's already in them.

With whatever certificate you have, upgrade urself, not only with a PGD/MSc, PhD, but your personal output must be of high standard and quality. Attend trainings that expose you to more stuffs, and you'll be better off.

Thanks

molas02: if u care to kn, ask howmush is UNIOSUN fees i mean total payment nt only teusion fee, bt good enough to tell u am t a student i deal in petrolium and i kn d diffrent between wen PDP and APC ar governing Tax invaders, my wife operate a computer cafe and d market is chaged since APC came to power, i hav brother schooln at IRe polt and College of health Ilesha do u care to kn howmush dey pay.....u sit down dere dey talk after u must hav exorst ur energy from day to day campaign in hot weather without giving u a dem, even nt a drainnage as contract...guy i no fit shout open ur eyeball
I guess Haymeld has answered yu properly, cos it seems yu don't even know ow much school fees Osun Students pay. Can you now see that yur facts are baseless? That aside, yu sed ur wife operates a cafe and the market has changed since APC came in. So APC pple stopped customers from coming to ur wife's cafe? When will yu understand some businesses don't last for long? How many pple still go to cafes this day, when internet has become 2 for 1naira? Mstchew

Yu talk about tax invaders, are they rightful tax u're meant to pay or not? Why're u just shying away from the truth? Recently, FG increased custom duties on imported cars to 35%, none of yu here has complained about that. Despite all d increments Jonathan has done in his regime plus the fact dat he doesn't have a clue to BH and Chibok girls, you still entrust yur lives in the hands of suc set of pple. If yu don't pay tax, how do yu expect the government to survive? How do u think Lagos state generate money for the projects they do? And so it is with evry developed state.

And FYI, I'm not a politician, am a professional and an entrepreneur...tho I do business in Osun state but my business office isn't even around there. So u can't see me in any campaign as u wrongly said. As much as I don't like Nigerian parties, I still think there are some politicians who see beyond the parties and have positive intentions...

Yu come here to complain about market pple, were there shops in a properly built market or just roadsides encroaching d road networks? Don't yu pple even think at all? When accidents happen, yu blame the devil, forgetting that there are barely spaces to manouver a vehicle who lost its brakes on the road. When yu go to any developed state in Nigeria, don't u see how well organized their markets and roads are? Just go to Akure, yu'll see for ursef...so if someone uses his initiative to make Osogbo a better place, he's committed a crime? SMH, I bet yu've never bin out of that small Osogbo town.

If u must know, I lived in Osogbo for about 2decades and I can say one of the reasons why some of us do business out of Osogbo is because, at a point, the state was lagging behind in terms of economy, but now, we're glad to go there once in a while and invest our money in the state, simply becos of d fresh developments.

As for me, I find some APC governors more prudent, tactical and organized than PDPs who lavish money on the royal fathers and their families cos they helped dem in rigging the elections. Have yu forgotten d numbers of cars bought for Ooni and his pple den and the amount of money spent at hotels evry Friday night?

molas02: let we dat stay in Osun state talk jor, we ar tireed of government dt does not care abt d indigen, they care abt lagosians, hungry is realy stricking in the state. go ask UNIOSUN student dere school fees now u go hear wuee, our parent salary is been deny, talk of Oyes he refuse giving them d stupid 10k as a month salary, and a stupid person will com here and start vomitn rubbish, d road no get head and tail, he said and i quote :d living ar nt yet to collect dere salary talkless of the poor: refering to pensionners, go ask how is market in the state, u go here we ar tire oo cus market ar nt moving, can hungry pipu ride car on d said road? No come here dey tell me dat
As for Omisore i bliv d man is coming to tell us his true nature, cus i bliv is never d man they said He is.
APC ar traitor
Political hepocrate
Political hipostror
They ar thugs
They ar looters
They ar perverse
Political higiager
They ar selfish
they ar all juvenilinalism, if a party will save Nigeria is nt and never APC cus they dt bliv in employment bt empowerment wit tippest
I tire for them, inshort the state is in critical condition and deflation i cant wait for August election....thos bastard will leave our land for Lagos and Kogi
Actually, your comments were not properly coordinated, but I'll reply yu based on what I think yu're saying? I guess you're a student in a tertiary institution. Can yu please state how much Uniosun students were paying during Oyinlola's time and how much dey pay now? Ever since Aregbe came into power, has he defaulted in payments like this before? I will assume yu live in d outskirts of Osogbo, prolly Ido-Osun or Ofatedo, but if not, have yu not enjoyed the extension and creation of roads in Osogbo? Yu talk of deflation, I guess yu meant the money in circulation has reduced. Mind yu, market people have always been saying there are no sales, cos Osun state is typically a civil servants' state and don't forget that a majority of them resigned from service recently, due to the pension scheme brot by yur beloved PDP. So yu expect Aregbe to start sharing money around?

Pls next time, look for facts before yu start typing with yur 15MB

Olayinkaoj: Yes you are near but not correct..if we say they from Lagos what we are saying is about their connection with Tinubu. My brother no state road is completed under Aregbe o. Maybe u are taking LG road for state road.

okay, sentiments apart, is Aregbe fair to traders whose shops were demolished? I tot its Nigeria Railway that owns MDS area. Why d demolition without a ready alternative?
Well, whether he's finished or not isn't actually my complain, but I believe his intentions have already been known. If Osun State would look like other states in d S-West, such are the developmental strategies we need and they involve a lot of money. Yu're talking about Market pple, it's always dsame everywhere, he gave dem an ultimatum to leave the ROADSIDES, but they refused, and he had to force dem away. Thesame with dos whom their houses were demolished. If he had left them, they could be there for the next 10yrs till the govt comes back to force them out again. What about the plank sellers at Alekuwodo, didn't he give them another site to build their market? I know you won't talk about that. Now, the thing is, I'll only blame him if he neva started any of these projects, but not completing is a matter of inflow of cash.

Back to d job being given to Tinubu, am happy yu sed Tinubu and I guess, yu're referring to Ratcon, cos Slava and Sammya don't belong to Ratcon, dey belong to some other strong politicians in Nigeria. And I'll ask yu, from the works dey've done, which of dem isn't good or not of high quality? Also, do yu want to deny that 50% of Osun State projects didn't go Oyinlola's family members when he was a governor for 7years? If I don't know of any, I know of NYSC camp in Ede, dualization of Abere-Olaiya road, etc. So this issue of favoring some pple with projects have been on ground ever since. But I think what matters most is the quality of what they deliver. So stop having hates for Lagos pple. Afterall, when his votes were sold to Oyinlola, they stood by him and made sure he got his seat back even after about 3yrs. And Lagos state has been transformed by this APC pple dat yu so much hate.

If you were a contractor and yu're his family member, would yu av rejected a contract from Aregbe? I'm sure yur answer is No. All I'm saying is, whatever happens, we shud learn to see d positive sides of things. Even if Aregbe would be replaced, it shouldn't be Omisore who doesn't even have the clue to develop an ordinary senatorial district, despite his experiences as a deputy governor.

If you would reply me, pls answer those questions stated above!

Peppyluv: This thread proved those people (the ones on nl)are cowards and have inferiority complex towards the Igbos. It potrays them as the real tribalists! If this had happened in Igbo land, page one till the end would have been filled with unnecessary tribal war and insults. Their main e-warriors are ashamed to comment why the learners who are commenting are pretending to be peace lovers.
That mad man and nl security man 5.00GPA would have had drugs(tribal war)to cure his madness.

Ekpenta gba unu na ezi na uno unu.
U're obviously a learner...blocked-head! Did yu go to school at all? If yu read d thread very well, yu shud understand dey were just explosives. Has it ever happened in the story of BH to blast a place without casualties? Stop thinking with your fingers, think with your brain, cos it's obvious dat the weight of ur language is blocking ur thinking faculty!

ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! i know who i am. no one can deceive me any longer. my forefathers were not nigerians so why should i be your nigerian. i refuse to be a nigerian. so don't force it on me and don't tag me your nigerian for that name invariably means a criminal in the eyes of international community. for associating me with that obnoxious tag i bid boko haram pay you a night visit.
You just made me laff in Japanese...I see yu're trying to claim an alien citizenship. Good for yu! But don't u fink yu'll be a fool to rain curse on a blessed country like Nigeria, if yu're not a Nigerian? If yu're bold enof of dat pit wea yu come from, why not mention d name and let's tell yu d history...since yu might nt really know. Every country has experienced more than what Nigeria's experiencing right nw and we're still in one piece. Ur forefathers and urself, I guess yu came to hustle here and yu all cudnt make it, it's a pity tho'. Like I said, even if yu're not a Nigerian, if yu've ever visited Nigeria or done anything here, and u curse Nigeria, you and yur people are been cursed indirectly with dsame curse! So yu can go ahead and see how you'll finish yursef. Empty-head!

tit: He knows you people now.
Is it not you people that killed Olagbaju and Ige?
You want to take him out too?
You obviously donno the kind of person Omisore is...he's dat kind of man who has thugs and armed men walk with him in broad day light even when he was a deputy governor. If somebody of Omisore's age cud av removed Bola Ige's cap and also took his boys (armed to the teeth) to attack Akande in his office, do you think he's nt capable of doing such things? I doubt if he doesn't kno about Ige's death. And for yur info, Osun people are not violent people. Do yu even know he violently got that ticket to d guber, with the likes of Oyinlola and Adeleke not supporting him? Yu don't know Omisore!

And am sure pple like won't wait if der's a small school riot. Mind yu, Nigeria is yur country, if yu curse her, yu're indirectly cursing yurself. Yu ignorant myopic thinker...
