Arrewa:
The only people that have the moral right to bash islam are Atheist!!!

Christianity is even worse than Islamic when it comes to hypocrisy.

The Christian Fundamentalists state God is
good, but the evil Bible teaches otherwise!

1. God drowns the whole earth.
In Genesis 7:21–23, God drowns the entire population of the earth: men, women,
children, and fetuses. Only a single family survives. In Matthew 24:37–42, the evil
Jesus approves of this genocide and plans to repeat it when he returns.

2. God kills half a million people.
In 2 Chronicles 13:15–18, God helps the men of Judah kill 500,000 of their fellow
Israelites.

3. God slaughters all Egyptian firstborn.
In Exodus 12:29, God kills all Egyptian firstborn children and cattle because their
king was stubborn.
PAGE 1

4. God kills 14,000 people for complaining that God keeps killing them.
In Numbers 16:41–49, the Israelites complain that God is killing too many of them.
So, God sends a plague that kills 14,000 more of them.

5. Genocide after genocide after genocide.
In Joshua 6:20–21, God helps the Israelites destroy Jericho, killing “men and
women, young and old, cattle, sheep and donkeys.”

Is Jesus a hypocrite??

Jesus is criticized by the Pharisees for not washing his hands before eating. He defends himself by attacking them for not killing disobedient children according to the commandment:

"He that curseth father or mother, let him die the death." (See Ex 21:15, Lev 20:9, Dt 21:18-21) So, does Jesus think that children who curse their parents should be killed? It sure sounds like it. 15:4-7

Kill Nonbelievers

They entered into a covenant to seek the Lord, the God of their fathers, with all their heart and soul; and everyone who would not seek the Lord, the God of Israel, was to be put to death, whether small or great, whether man or woman. (2 Chronicles 15:12-13 NAB)

You'll still see same hypocrites who believes in this evil book bashing Islam.

Do you know how many millions of people that were killed by Christian crusaders??

Do you know how many billions black people were killed by the white Christian colonist that conquered and forcefully christianized Africans??

Keep your religious book aside and read books... Religion is here in Africa to limit black people!!

Hypocrisy and stupidity are two of the things keeping Religion alive.
The first Slave traders in Nigeria are Muslims.

Telling Nigerian government to invest and diversify the economy because crude oil might sell for $50 per barrel is a curse.

Telling Nigerian to invest for passive income from Investments that a time will come when they won't be able to work or hustle is also a curse. The Covid 19 lockdown taught us a good lesson on the need to plan for surprises, eventualities and the worst
We always run away from our realities.

Just like NSE that we all learnt by getting burnt at times same with real estate and rental properties..,,,,

I know many that swear to live by it, u learn the ropes too.......
You know it is faster and easy to cut your losses on NSE, unlike properties.

Boss i dont totally agree with this. Real Estate just like NSE had some end of it that is junk while some even in present situation is still hot cake. it depends on proper dimensioning before you go into it.

e.g. doing anything on the high end of the real estate now (whether buy or rent) could be a recipe for disaster because d major thing fueling that end is corruption / enbezzlement proceeds
The bolded is one major problem in Nigeria real estate market.

On NSE funds could be tracked, certain types of trading can be regulated.

But the real estate market is not easy to control.

According to the EFCC, real estate is a major money laundry conduit.
That's why you see people buying overpriced properties allover the place.

It is a serious bubble, with huge expenses.

Oga sir, you might be right but in real estate fine. Investing in Naira denominated assets other than real estate is just a time bomb. We will come back to this discussion by year end to see where dollars to Naira is being traded compare to price of each shares in NSE.
Real estate?

Look around, you will see empty properties everywhere, yet those properties must be maintained regularly.

Pray you to get tenants the won't default on their rental payments.

What you are saying is true and would affect all securities denominated in Naira except one invest in real assets or saves in dollar denomination which is still difficult in Nigeria.......

If we dont get it right in this country all we will keep hearing is billions, trillions and quadrillion yet quality of life is zero..................Even the government is afraid of spending Naira and finds all means to force Naira on our throats while it spends dollars.......

My dear try and acquire real assets to hedge against this problem
At this point investing Naira in Doller is not profitable.

If you have Naira denominated investments, keep it.
