Freshandfitpod:Apst Suleman isp one of the most vocal pentecostal pastors in Nigeria who has spoken repeatedly against the insecurity and terrorism and the government's obvious complicity. Man has even been hounded several times by DSS, miltary, police, assassins and other forces for his outspokenness. So make una keep this nonsense criticism aside abeg! |
Sometimes, Africans can be extremely barbaric, unempathetic, selfish, and utterly wicked. By this, I’m referring to every single Nigerian who is opposed to a potential intervention by Trump and his armies. These people fall under four broad categories: 1. Those related to the terrorists, either by tribe or religion. 2. Politically exposed persons who think such an invasion may undermine their political divide and take food off their table. 3. The tribalists, worried that an invasion might affect the administration of “their brother.” 4. The typical nonchalant Nigerian, who, because the crisis hasn’t affected them or their family directly, regards the slaughters in the North and Middle Belt as mere stories and statistics, i.e. the “as long as e no concern me or my family" crew (a lot of us fall under this wicked category) Over 50,000 people, fifty thousand human beings, have been slaughtered by terrorists in the North and Middle Belt. Benue State alone has lost more than 5,000 people in their sleep over the past decade, while both federal and state governments have done absolutely nothing to protect them. The same Benue has nearly 500,000 displaced people living in IDP tents, exposed to the sun and rain. The entire world knows the culprits: Fulani militias, armed, supported and protected by the Fulani elite, who control the politics, resources, and economy of the North (and Nigeria at large). The Fulanis have a clear agenda which is known to anyone with a functioning brain, they desperately need land, and they will stop at nothing to seize it through violent means. Non-Fulani leaders know the truth, but out of typical greed and fear of losing political capital, they refuse to name or confront the culprits. A question for those opposed to the proposed Trump invasion: if even a single relative of yours had been murdered in cold blood by these killers, would you still be preaching about “sovereignty”? |
Trump threatened to come wipe out killer bandits, BokoHaram and other terrorists that have been terrorising, committing mass murders, grand theft and genocide of Christian minority communities in the north. So why's every northern elite foaming in the mouth and having high BP over this? At first they claimed it wasn't only Christians being killed, they claim the bandits also kill Muslims in equal measure. So why then is the north so angry that the terrorists killing Muslims and Christians are about to be wiped out? Even to the point of planning to fight and bury the US forces? These guys never talked of fighting or checkmating the bandits, but they'd rather fight US forces? Wow! |
muykem:There's a sizeable Igbo community in a city, and one of them is selected or elected by them to be their head. If not for the deep seated tribal hatred you have against Igbos, why exactly should it be offensive to anyone who's not Igbo that Igbos living in a city picked a person to be their leader? Na wa oh! Just about every other tribe and race does this. In every large city across Nigeria, there's usually an Hausa community for instance and they usually have a leader/representative. Similar for the Chinese, the Indians, etc. You need to ask yourself why it's the one of Igbos that normally offends you. |
JoeEeL:In those few years, he'd buy the latest one. |
DomPerignon:Go and disqualify him... |
DomPerignon:I dont need his certificate, you're the one searching for it. So feel free to go and stop him from contesting since na you get sense pass... Nonsense! |
DomPerignon:Oya as you get 2 heads and too much sense, go and disqualify him in the bext election make we dey look. Nonsense! |
DomPerignon:Lol... these ones think OBI is the same as the crook they put in Aso Rock that has no educational record. |
ShinnBet:Ineligible?.... What kind of reasoning is this?... Did OBI tell you and your ilk that he doesnt have a BSc certificate like your president? The requirement was to submit WAEC or any other higher degree and he submitted WAEC as required. So I'm struggling to understand the basis of this dumb thread. Obviously, if next time the requirement is to submit a BSc degree, what will stop him from providing his BSc cert? |
Abdul05:Tinubu's existence as an overbearing godfather was the only reason Fashola didnt complete the Lagos metro under 4-8years. Fashola trying to pull away from Tinubu's endless lootocratic demands almost cost him his second term ticket in 2011. Similarly, Ambode would have also completed the metro system, but for Tinubu's stifling godfatherism and lootocratic demands. After being choked for 4 years, Ambode just like Fashola, also attempted to free Lagos from the 'Tinubu impediment'. That action cost Ambode his second term. Sanwo Olu after seeing the ordeal of his predecessors, has since chosen to be an utter spineless puppet to preserve his sanity. Any person old enough to have witnessed Tinubu's governorship, knows Tinubu was indeed the worst and most useless governor Lagos ever had, with absolutely no tangible achievement in his 8 years. Even military administrators like Buba Marwa had tangible legacies in Lagos than Tinubu. The only thing Tinubu has in his CV is godfatherism. There's definitely no bizarrity that can't be birthed by sycophancy cos I never believed a day would come when GODFATHERISM would be touted as an achievement. |
twilliamx:This dumb line of reasoning keeps resurfacing over and over again from clueless people who cant think of any reasonable arguments. Please tell us what Ezu river has to do with the killing of security officials in Benue. |
Lol... God has saved this one from calamity... The family doesnt want you; even your so-called husband to be doesnt want you, but you were too blinded by the desire to be called 'Mrs' that you couldnt see it. |
helinues:Let me make my self clearer just incase there's still any bit of functional cells in your brains to comprehend. If I live in a house, it's absolutely my business if the house is clean or dirty, especially if I contribute to the cleaning cost of the house. If I live in Garki Abuja and there's a power outage or a blown transformer, it's only logical for me to complain about the performance of AEDC. Only a fool will expect me to live in Abuja and complain about the performance of BEDC after a power outage in Abuja. And this foolishness we talk about here is powered by nothing but tribalism and poverty. |
helinues:This recurring metality of some Nigerians is just dumb and nauseating. If I live in a neigbourhood, what's wrong in calling out the authorities responsible for keeping the area clean? So if I have say a prolonged power outage on my street in Abuja, I should leave the Abuja DISCO (AEDC) and start calling out BEDC? This is certainly the kind of retarded mindset created by tribalism and poverty. |
Dogalmighty17:What disaster are you referring to? Last time I checked, she SUCCESSFULLY achieved her aim of cooking the biggest pot of jollof rice. |
AntiChristian:So he should dash Youtube the money because he's a pastor? Which kain reasoning be this one? |
CoronaVirusPro:Aesthetics.. Could just be aesthetics. Not sure about the weird red paint though. |
Baawaa:I dont believe Reno was paid a dime. Even Tinubu knows too well to avoid such an unstable character. Reno's only doing what he's doing in hopes of being paid one day by someone in government. |
destinychildolu:And you think 'military invasion' is the only kind of warfare that exists? UK as an example imports less than 10% of its gas from Russia, but energy prices in the UK have almost doubled since the war began in February 2022. Now this is for the UK that isnt exactly dependent on Russian gas. With EU countries still recovering from post-COVID economic shocks, any further disruptions to the EU’s gas supply could literally cripple the economies of several countries. A gamble with €200billion may be too expensive in comparison to what the EU might lose in a provocative confrontation with Russia... |
mikeapollo:Some people actually think the Israel-Palestine conflict started in 2023. |
Would like to hear Russia's response to this. One would have thought the right priority should first be to end the war itself before provoking Russia further with things like this. |
Ttalk:There's no case of tax evasion against Obi in any country. So this is another useless allegation out of desperation. Having offshore accounts or trusts isn't a crime and isn't the same thing as tax evasion. So stop exposing your ignorance! |
Ttalk:Many of you keep screaming “Pandora Papers” revelation like your lives depend on it, but in reality you don’t even understand what it’s about. In your desperation to claim OBI is as corrupt as your heroes, you just keep regurgitating ignorance. The allegation against Obi was never that he stole money or enriched himself. It was simply about offshore accounts which, in case youre unaware, is not a crime anywhere in the world. The real issue raised was that he supposedly didn’t declare the accounts before becoming governor in 2003. But here’s the part you conveniently skip: the accounts weren’t even in his name, they were structured for his children, and he was under no legal obligation to declare accounts which weren't in his name. Verdict: zero crime committed! So if after 20 years the only “scandal” you can recycle against Obi is a useless, ignorant technicality that doesn’t even hold water, all you’re really proving is that the man is by far a saint when it comes to corruption. Meanwhile the Tinubu you adore, his name was also mentioned in the same Pandora papers, amongst several other scathing scandals. But of course to depraved minds, "Tinubu is already a known criminal so his scandals shouldn't deter us from supporting him especially when we have an OBI to be obsessed about." Yeye dey smell! |
As an absolutely independent, resourceful and stable man, the only things I really need from a wife are those things she mentioned - Be my peace, give me joy and give me children. Anything else a woman brings to my life is just a bonus. |
Anthony0094:It's all the same; Shariah and some other extreme practices are only meant for the poor. |
Senior Special Advicer to The President on Peter Obi Affairs.... |
aribisala0:You should go back and read my original comment which you quoted. When you read it carefully, perhaps you'd realise the point I was making and then ask yourself if it was necessary to start this merry-go-round conversation about law. I'd save you the stress by repeating what I said - Both persons obstructed an aircraft but 1 of them was additionally caught on camera physically assaulting an airline staff. It's on this basis I that I declared both cases were different. |
aribisala0:I clearly saw a lady smack another lady on the face. I dont care what the law says on this one, I've roamed the earth long enough to know that the law doesnt necessarily translate to justice or fairness, and this is especially the case in lawless societies. I'm speaking from the point of view of TRUTH, based on observable evidence, not some meaningless law text written by some persons. |
aribisala0:Yes both of them obstructed an aircraft, so that's 1-1. But I did not see the man physically assaulting a staff. So the case of assualt is only 'an allegation' until proven. On the otherhand, I saw a video of the lady physically assaulting an airline staff. That isn't an allegation, it's a fact based on live evidence. I only gave my observation based on publicly available evidence. |
I wouldnt know about the law surrounding the banning of an individual for life, but what I do know is that the lady's case is different from the man's case. The lady physically assaulted an airline staff right on camera. |
seunmsg:Not sure why I was tagged in this post. I never mentioned anything about hydro electric power in my post. I pointed out the straightforward scientific and technical reason why power supply is always somewhat better during the peak rainy months; and NO, this isnt about hydro dams, rather it's because the overall energy demand is lowest in this season due to the cooler weather which reduces the use of heavy energy consumers like air conditioners. This trend has been consistent for decades, cutting across multiple governments, regardless of who’s in power. But apparently you seem convinced it’s tied to the politics or tribe of the current administration? |
