If Reno has a functional thinking faculty he will know see how foolish his argument is, how can some vying for the presidency submit a ceremonial result if the authentic one is available? |
TheAdvocate:They did not make a choice by press statements only, they did so by making electronic result transmission mode mandatory in the 2023 election guideline. And these guidelines are laws that INEC has the power to make in order to regulate elections management according to the supreme court. |
tinsel:I think it will be good to see the CTC of the judgment before making such a conclusion as you have done. The reason is that the supreme court ruled in the past that INEC regulations can be considered laws governing the conduct of any election so long as they are not in conflict with the electoral act or the Constitution. And the electronic transmission of results was mandated by the INEC regulation for the 2023 general election. By the way, it will be naive to think the opposition does not have enough EC8A original duplicates to prove their case in court. |
Clarke is someone I hold high in opinion, but I don't think he is correct on this one. Let's wait for the courts to decide |
Where is the fifth ground? Following the link in the post, I read the premium times article and I could see that one of the grounds is that BAT did not score the majority of lawful votes cast. That there is the ace. |
Reno can say whatever he wants to, talk is free. The truth remains that the SE region is known to give block vote to any candidate they see as the best. They voted Atiku massively in 2019, Jonathan in 2015 & 2011 etc. History has shown that the SE are no sell outs, they go for competence and quality. |
Massiveglory:I respectfully disagree with you. Without PO up there, there is still a long shot. All this you are seeing now is flash in the pan, don't fall for it. |
No true member of the OBIDatti movement will listen to this nonsense. Agege is the one that hired thugs to steal the mace from the house of reps so don't let him deceive you. Remember that at the very heart of this movement is the desire to stamp out impunity, thuggery and all manner of vices plaguing Nigeria. REJECT HIM! |
benjackugo:Much as I admire his compliments of LP's feat, it will be difficult to trust Reno again. He attacked PO without any valid justification |

In what way? I agree that Nigerians are going through a lot right now but the goal is a free, fair and credible election. YinkaOlusesi16: |
Eagerly waiting to waste my vote on PO come Feb. 25th |
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T9mqgyxCGLg Fresh from the mills, we are getting there no matter what the naysayers think. |
I don't see why EFCC should not be able to have such powers over how a state spends its money. For me, the national economy is intricately tied to that of the state. That is why the debt burden of the states is a huge part of the overall national debt. I truly don't see the wrong with there being a national agency responsible for ensuring that monies meant for the states are spent for the right purposes. |

Gani will be spinning in his grave seeing the shame Festus Keyamo has become. Keyamo has now become the reference for shamelessness and hollowness as he defends the indefensible |
If Jagaban accept this challenge I go vote for am, just accepting the challenge will earn him my vote as an OBIdient. Baba BAT plssss just debate PO and you will see me campaign for you. hisexcellency34: |
Had a similar dream some weeks ago, in fact I will call it a revelation. And in that revelation, I saw PO being inaugurated as president. So there is sense in what she has said.
Season four winner of the Big Brother Naija show, Mercy Eke, has said that she dreamt that the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, won the 2023 election, IGBERETV reports. She said this via her verified Twitter handle on Thursday. She tweeted, https://twitter.com/real_mercyeke/status/1595822939491926017?t=f_CyykWP8AnJK3dVkKBNQQ&s=19
|
Frankly, I don't see the need for all these attacks. I wish him well. abc115: |

Great call from a great patriot. Baba Gbadamosi Olohun sha anu fu |
Yes, you are not a prophet but have spoken prophettically oluseyiforjesus: |
Would like to see BAT REPLICATE same feat in seven other cities outside the SW of naija |
Stop wasting you energy calling PO name rather spend more energy in ensuring that your candidate show up for the debates prepared. ImperialYoruba: |
Yes it is a good idea that will not apply to his cronies and thugs. All this one na wash, Tinubu is one of the face of corruption in this country NuclearReactor: |
Where is the bigotry in that statement? If PO say a quarter of the nonsense Atiku and tinubu have said i am sure every where will be on fire with criticism LegendHero: |
This is why Peter Obi keeps insisting that each candidate speak to the electorates directly and not through surrogates. Pls vote peter obi of labour party. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tGVIBbrhIsg |
U now see the reason why Peter Obi keeps insisting that Nigerian demand to hear directly from the presidential candidates and not their surrogates. Their surrogacy provide them with deniability. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tGVIBbrhIsg |
There is no way such heist will be going on without an active collaboration with top dogs in Government. PO was right afterall. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wmI7hJCTvPs |
Clutching on straws! They keep making PO more popular
Bashir Ahmad has released another attack against Peter Obi. He claims that Peter Obi was wicked to opposition when he was governor of Anambra state. https://twitter.com/BashirAhmaad/status/1579542232755208197?cxt=HHwWioDQsdfS1OsrAAAA
|
