Grey is beautiful...its my favorite color.
That above is similar to mine...EX-L model. The tint is cool and the wheels give it higher ground clearance.

Looking for higher ground clearance? The modification I did to increase ground clearance was change front struts to after market Monroe V6 struts and staggered rear tyres to 225/55.

I would have loved to install a DVD with rear view camera in mine but then I will loose some cool functions like trip computer etc.

I do plan to change the dashboard and interior door trims to wood Formica at some point.

Are you still using your accord

Two years back I was in same dilemma.

No regrets with the Accord till date. Performance is fantastic. Fuel consumption is superb. Reliability is great, depends on how you use and maintain the car.

Should you settle for the Honda ensure to use recommended fluids, OEM parts (toks or new) and avoid bad fuel in order to prolong lifespan of its emission components.

Also have a personal scanner handy to scan for fault codes and avoid quack mechanics.

Yes they are good vehicles 2.5m may be too low try up yo 3m especially the CRV so you can get a good specimen.

So guys, I have been a die hard Honda Accord fan. I own a 2012 Honda accord. There are a lot of things to envy about the Honda. However I had an experience with the Toyota that wowed me and may change my preference going forward.

So we embarked on a marketing journey accross 5 states for consecutive 5 days, both intra and inter states. The car was literally resting a minimum of 4 hours daily for the entire duration of this past 5 days. Guess what guys, that ugly Toyota lived up to the billing, not for once did it dissapoint. It was extremely reliable despite the condition of some roads, I mean I am overly impressed.

I can boldly say that I have become a Toyota fan..

VTC actuator issues. It's a factory problem common in some 8th and 9th gen accords.

You could either change it --would be a huge pain in the a**-- or just learn to live with it/ignore it. It doesn't/won't affect anything.

You said it all that's the car I use. Initially i wanted to go for a Lexus or Honda but a nairalander ( can't remember his moniker) advised i go for the 2013 camry and honestly that's the best decision i made.
Only change oil and respray anytime i bassh the car never fixed anything and it's been a year plus now.
Only annoying thing is that I settled for the wrong color 😁, but that aside it's been great so far 💯

The check light on my dashboard says Check Tire pressure (TMPS) even after I gauge all tires, possibly a bad sensor Idk. Acura is vastly overlooked, in-fact most Honda cars are.

Thanks Chief. I drove my guy’s 2012 sonata and I fell in love instantly. My only concern at the time was the low ground clearance. But with all this issues you’ve noted, Omo be like Na to run ooh because I already concluded before coming to NL that’s the car I’m getting year end/new year.
