I don't understand that creeping lack of empathy or sympathy on this forum. it wasn't this way. The the past you could bring your very personal disturbing problems, share on the forum and get loads of constructive advice and help.

These days there's just so much bitterness! I can't use the word hate! it would mean there's a connection. A random strange posts a problem that needs solving, the first page is a barrage of Insults, shaming, derogating, the 'didn't you know' group. if he knew he wouldn't ask for your help.

There's so much hatred between tribes, sex, political groups. You post your opinion (by the way it's your opinion), you can Insulted, bashed, pick on.....for you political preference or difference.

Look Seun, it the short run, it looks harmless, but I promise you in the long run it will definitely have devastating effects on the psyche of this forum.

If we can't tolerate and respect the views of our neighbour, no matter how diverse and strange, what society are you then creating. Major transformation starts with groups, Nairaland is a group!

So Mods, please intensity your jobs, I implore you. More bans, more suspension of outright shutting of accounts........the cynicisists, the cowards, the haters, the shamers, etc have no place on this forum.....dictate the brand you want Nairaland to be.

There is this lady I plan to marry, which I have made known to her already even before she travelled for her NYSC. Although she just came back from NYSC service recently. We are just discussing the way forward and on the process I was asking her about her sexual life and how recently she had sex. After insisting for her to answer. She opened up and told me she had a sexual relationship during her NYSC service. And the reason was because I didn't call her at a particular time so she thought I have find anther woman. And that was when I was having some personal challenges. According to her, they ended the sexual relationship in the camp. That she is sorry and all that. I didn't really expect that attitude from her as she seem to look responsible and Godlily. I was just disappointed even though I pretended like everything is well. And I was also thinking she had the courage to tell me the true.

Now I have to make my decision, but needs a matured advise and guidance from a mature mind please.

Do think I should continue my marriage plan with her?

Pease what do you advise I do?

Today is the most embarrassing day of my life.
I dated a lady last year. I loved her but then our genotype didn't match so I moved on. I met her sister later on on FB, we got talking and I somehow told her I was dating her sister. Maybe she didn't tell her sister (my ex) about this.
So today the current girl asked me to visit her, I thought my ex had moved out, so to my greatest surprise, I went into their house to meet my ex and her sister. Make ex actually thought I came to see her while my babe knows why I'm in.
I feel so embarrassed seeing a girl and her sister all looking at me like I'm a fvcker. Omo, this embarrassment is too much for me to handle.
