I wld suggest you include your Employment details wen reapplying to tackle the issue of "employment situation" for "personal assets and financial status" get a landed doc and a study leave letter from your company (a study leave letter wit pay can surface) write a superb SOP to tackle the issue of "length of proposed stay" and "purpose of visit" and make sure u indicate you coming back after your studies. Wats the relationship Btw your work experience and the course you are going for? I tink that has to do with "purpose of visit" also(I stand to be corrected guys ) Changing course? Hmmm dunno anytin abt dat oooo the gurus can advice u on dat. I wish u the best on your re application @obig and don't relax cos u differed to fall ooo the earlier the better.

thanks, Am running a haulage company of my own that deals with transportation of goods from one state to the other. and the course i put in for is business admin and human resources management, So am still on the track.
What am planing to do now is to get
1. a good sponsor, coz i used my own firm as my sponsor earlier.
2. i want to pay full or part of my tuition fees, coz i only paid for my acceptance fees of 2600 usd which will be deducted from the total amount of tuition fees.
3. i want to include all my property docs but inherited and personal
4. i want to hire a good writer to help to write a powerful SOP

hello house, i got back my doc from th vac center today. and the below is what the vo said in quote
"YOU HAVE NOT SATISFIED ME THAT YOU WOULD LEAVE CANADA AT THE END OF YOUR STAY, IN REACHING THIS DECISION, I CONSIDERED SEVERAL FACTORS, INCLUDING

1. YOUR TRAVEL HISTORY
2. LENGTH OF PROPOSED STAY IN CANADA
3. YOUR PURPOSE OF VISIT
4. YOUR CURRENT EMPLOYMENT SITUATION
5. YOUR PERSONAL ASSETS AND FINANCIAL STATUS.

Please house have decided to differ my admission to Sept or Jan so that i will have enough time to tackle the issue, Secondly i just started my 6month short course in marine engineering with the Nigerian merchant Navy, which i will be through with in Sept. And i want to know if i can change my course from business admin/human resources management to Marine engineering since am already doing a short course on.
please house i seriously need your sincere advise and contribution.

They'll give u an eMedical sheet 2 upload on ur mYCIC acct at d end of d exercise.. Pls rmbr to select yes for d Q abt panel physician when filling d questionnaire... I think you should take your time before reapplying. Don't rush it. Study the reasons for your denial and work on them. I was once denied and I waited five months before reapplying.

Ok, but does that mean am going to differ my admission to sept?

Can one do the medicals upfront before visa application? ?Thought the hospital needs to see the request for medical letter from CIC before proceeding to medicals.

I think, someone has done that before, "iyaijema" or so

please where is mamaijema? her attention is needed urgently. i want her to tell me how she did her upfront medicals.

Anytin is possible, i will try and do the upfront medicals next week. and will submit via online.

I really appreciate everybody's comment, i will get back my doc from vfs on weds and share the reason for refusal to the house
so that i can gather momentum and refire back asap.

An agent u mentioned? Pls don't try to advertise any agent here! @Obig, get your docs, let the house know the reason(s) for delay and list your docs. The house will contribute so that you can repackage and refire. I once used an agent and I regretted ever wasting my money in dat manner wen I cld have just done it myself (tho I submitted before I joined dis thread) agents can't guarantee your TRV. My one cent!

i used my own personal company which am the ceo as the sponsor with a 6mnt statement of 5m as closing balance but has transacted over 20m in the past 6mnth sha
and my own personal acc statement of 2.5m.
i just submitted last week friday so am stil waiting...

@ obig try to add co sponsor.. VO will think that company can not be responsible for everytin.. at lease company go get is own responsibilities here also.. just my opinion oo

But am the owner of the company, and am the sole signatory to the company account. the company has transacted over 20m for the last 6month.
and it shows on the statement, but it was 5m i printed out as the closing balance.
So i tink the VO should knw that the company is still running and more money will surely be there since the company has a good financial record atleast for the last 6month.
the only doc i didnt put is my property doc i tot there's no need for it since its not a visiting visa that was why i didnt put any property doc.
