Pls let her check anzsco code job description for agricultural consultant and align hers to it, then check Vetasses website for all requirements she needs to meet for assessment. Meanwhile, she can start preparing for her English test.
There is a WhatsApp group for that, you can pm me so i can link you up.
Hope this help?

Yes you will if you go through the thread and read up on the various steps and requirements, also go through vetasses website (which is your assessing body) and check the requirements for assessing as an agricultural scientist. Then while assessing you can prepare and rewrite your English for a better score.
Good luck.t

It's important you get tax clearance since you don't have bank statement to prove your salary payment and vetassess likes lots of evidences to prove what ever you are claiming. You can go to tax office in the state you stay, they will calculate what you will pay based on your salary and years of employment then issue a certificate that you can use for your assessment.

Thank you very much my brother for these words of relief. I really don't mind as long as its a legal means of leaving this country.
I will research on it.
Meanwhile can you further advice on my next step now?
TRed:
@Obigirl
That's the spirit my sis, you're surely a winner.
Take a look at the agricultural technician as suggested. It's only available on the 489 visa for south Australia and Nsw(Riverina to be precise). The comforting news here is that there is high rate of ITAs for 489 applications from South Australia, and Nsw is not doing badly on 489 either.

I hope you don't mind the 489 visa though? Anyway, we may all start begging for it with the current trend and the reports on their consultations. Their reservation for a temporary residency visa period before full residency at the moment is the need for Australia to remain a competitive destination for migrants. They are presently looking at ways for migrants to firstly contribute to the economy before they can access their social programs and whenever they find a solution, the implementation will always be through adjusting various visa conditions.

[quote author=Obigirl post=63925056] Good day everyone,
I woke up this morning to this sad mail from VETASSESS,
NEGATIVE OUTCOME for Agricultural consultant, their reasons:
The task undertaken are not highly relevant to the ANZSCO tasks for the nominated occupation.
The employment described above does not meet minimum requirements for the occupation as
According to ANZSCO, an Agricultural consultant advises farmers, agricultural businesses, rural industries and government on the production, processing and distribution of farm products. Based on provided documents, you were involved in training farmers on the use of herbicides and pesticides, land preparation, seed treatment, packaging and storage; introducing low cost feed technology, assisted group of farmers in getting loan, supervising research team, etc. which are not highly relevant to nominated occupation. the role appeared to be of farm technician with major focus on providing training and supervising the farmers. Therefore, the overall outcome is negative.
A positive assessment of both qualifications and employment is required for a positive Skills Assessment Outcome.
Skills Assessment Outcome: Negative
Based on the evidence provided, the qualifications and/or employment described above do not meet the Skills Assessment requirements of your nominated occupation
Meanwhile, I deed advisory with them which was positive before proceeding with the full assessment,

Always copy the JD of the occupation u want to nominate, tweak it by changing words and rephrasing sentences.

I did o, I even got sample JD from one or two persons here that have gotten positive assessment and lots of online information.
it took me over a month plus to put my JD together, I didn't do it in a hurry because I was being very careful. I guess " what I feared the most has come upon me"

She should do more reading on the process.

Check Northern Territory's website for conditions attached to being sponsored as a cafe/restaurant manager.
I know the state is in high demand of hospitality workers especially restaurant managers because they are holding recruitment information sessions in Adelaide, Perth and Hobart for hospitality workers.

Read vetasses website too. The restaurant being registered should give you an edge. You only need to package the application well.

Good day sir, please I've checked all the requirements for café and restaurant manager and mate almost all of them except for the tax requirement. When I went to the tax office I was billed 2.9m based on my bank statement for the past 12yrs, which of course I don't have. now am left with agricultural consultant, with only NYSC experience in ministry of agriculture. so I spoke with someone who own a registered farm and has been supplying me with farm produce these past years, he is willing to give me all the requirement for employment prove, moreover I used to visit his farm a lot and gave him lots of advise in the past and presently assisting a friend with her poultry farm. Am really confused now because I don't know if this will fly. please I need your brotherly advise. God bless
