You wanted a job , they gave you one, then you come late, I don't get it! They are within their rights to deduct. If you don't want deductions then don't come late , Period! Have you used the cck in system before, you punch your card when you come to work and a time stamp appears, you clock out at the end of the day, another time stamp, ur salary is calculated per the time stamp! So what is recommended for fresh graduates? To saunter into the office when they please , yet at he end of the day collect full salary? Then we wonder why so many are unemployed! Try it in Chevron or Mobil or a Bank!

pedstan: Tecno telecoms nig pays 20k to Bsc holder with unfriendly working conditions. Even at the end of the month you are not sure of collecting the 20k due to so many deductions. Late comming attract 500naira penalty. Staffs are empoyed and sack at random at their care center by the indian head. Their slogan "customer is their god, their staff is their slave" what a shame. Not recomended for Nigerian graduate.

They send u a text messages like this one I received today SENT from MALDAFEILD " U ARE BEEN SHORTLISTED FOR A WRITTEN TEST AND INTERVIEW ON FRI 28/06/13 AT N01 BABATUNDE OFF OGUNLANA SURULERE LAGOS, TIME 10AM.REF N0 LKJ145"
1. U will noticed the text meSsage doesn't have a phone number u can contact, scam
2. The test message didn't say anything about a company name or address,but just an address of God knows where. Maybe them won kidnap u. Scam
3. U google the name of the sender,(MALDAFEILD)or the claimed company and u notice only this sites gave u results.(www.job.naij.com,www​.nigeriajobssearch.com)and not joberman, myjobmag,other recognise job site, trust me they are partners in crime. Scam
4. U go for the test and before u write they ask you to pay, run for your life if not for your money. SCAM
5. They ask you to pay after writing the test for any reason, run they fit be ritualist. BIG SCAM. My fellow applicant. Don't fall victim, to be for-told is to be for-arm. Wish all of us LUCK
