If the watts stated here is per hour, the panels are definitely fake.

If it's comulative, the batteries should be checked.

When battery is full, the charge controller reduces charge current while maintaining battery voltage, if load is connected, the load will be powered entirely by solar until load demand is greater than what solar can produce then battery supplies energy again.
It is an entirely different case if mains power is present as your inverter will change power source to mains thereby ignoring solar unless it is user editable to prioritize solar over mains power

I recently bought Jinko 545 watts panels.

The datasheet states those values for two states STC (Standard Test Conditions) and NOCT (Normal Operating Cell Temperature) which of those values should he use?

It maybe possible to add 9 panels and use the same charge controller unless you decide to go full serial i.e., all panels wired in series or each spec wired in series then all wired in parallel

I need advice on this issue please

I recently got a pure sine wave inverter 2.5KVA with 2 220ah Tubular Batteries

When fully charged it displays on the inverter 27.7v, but immediately i start using it, it drops to 25.4v and within 30mins, it drops to 24.3v then to 24.1v within an hour. Now, it lasts for 24hours on same load which is, 2,55w standing fans, 90w tv and lightnings 30w

My installer is saying there's nothing wrong with it as long as it doesn't beep low battery, also i noticed that water drips out from one of the batteries

I want to know why the voltage drops so low on less than 300watts

the load is too much for the batteries. is this load on 247?
what is your average daily harvest from the panels is it upto 7kwh?

unless you reduce your load...changing to 48v setup will not do any magic.batteries will still run down

Try to go for LED, 5w-10w, Consumption is low and kinda of shines brighter, go for quality products, inferior ones don't last

hmmm, how many at once, Go for DC ceiling fans(Highest speed consumes less than 30w unlike AC ceiling fans that gulps up 120W)
Price range goes for like 30k

Google the model and check, My Tv consumes 120w but with energy saving features(Max setting-20w, Meduim setting-40w, Minimum-60W)
Not so sure of the numbers again but you can see the difference. So in the morning before sun comes out and night, my TV is on Max energy setting. During the day or sunny period, it can be in minimum or OFF.

What make is your 300w panel? low grade panels dont produce what their rating or nameplate says [/i] 5 Canadian solar panels and 1 Felicity solar panel[i]

Is there any other significant load that you power with the inverter?
[/i]One Rechargeable fan, 2 decoders. So when I calculated my total wattage in my house from this appliances it came to a total of 1113w, but I have never gone above 40% of my load[i]

LED, incandescent or spiral energy saving bulbs- I use 14 spiral energy saving bulb of 10w each

2. Do you use ceiling fan? if yes, How many and what type? Yes i do use Ceiling fan, and its 5ceiling fan but not at once

3. Does your Television have energy saving feature? I am not sure

4. Do you power your fridge or freezer with the inverter? if yes, when is the runtime? what is the duration? do you power the fridge/freezer after 4pm on inverter yes i used both inverter deep freezer and Fridge. it runs from 9am-3pm

If you can afford 48v system, go for it. You only need to change the inverter, rearrange the batteries to 48v. Then you can add 2 or 3 more panels. Am sure with this, you will rarely have a need for generator
