Why does she has to wake up 5 O' clock daily to get to work when the job is within her vicinity? May be the job offer is far away and the #45000 would not be enough to cater for her daily expenses of T.fare, food, airtime etc. Or something is missing along that line.

That's not the way the server works
After coalition of results by the presiding officer at a polling unit,
The presiding officer enters the scores of each party on form EC8A and also transmits the same score to the INEC server via the card reader which already contains the name of all parties participating in the election.
Reasons been that results on the sheet can be adulterated on transit from polling-ward-lga-state-fedral coalition centers. But the one on the server is just from the polling unit straight to the server.
Block head. So that is why the whole vote all over the wards were shared between PDP and APC according to atiku servers results. No void votes. No other part was voted for. Not even the candidates of other parties voted for themselves.

Foreign AffairsTheresa May Resigns As Prime Minister And Leader Of The Conservative Party by objobj(op): 10:47am On May 24, 2019
Theresa May has announced she is to stand down as Prime Minister on 7 June following months of mounting pressure over her failure to deliver Brexit.

Her voice cracking, the Prime Minister said it had been ‘the honour of my life’ to serve ‘the country that I love’.

In an emotional speech, Mrs May said she had ‘done her best’ to deliver the result of the EU referendum.

“It is and will always remain a matter of deep regret to me that I have not been able to deliver Brexit,” she said.

Mrs May will remain in post until a successd.
Conservative MPs praised their leader for a ‘dignified’ speech.

Andrea Leadsom, who quit the cabinet this week, said: “A very dignified speech by Theresa May. An illustration of her total commitment to country and duty.”

Leadership hopeful Liz Truss said: “Very dignified statement from the Prime Minister. She has put her all into the job and has shown huge resilience at this difficult time. Thank you.”

Michael Gove, who remained loyal to Mrs May throughout her time in office, said: “A moving speech from a Prime Minister who deserves our respect and gratitude.”

The final straw of her doomed premiership came when a last-gasp effort to win support for her Withdrawal Agreement Bill backfired spectacularly and it became obvious her Brexit deal was dead in the water.

Brexiteers within her own party were enraged by the concession of the offer of a potential second referendum and customs union arrangement announced on Tuesday.
Labour and the DUP also said they would not support the deal.

Andrea Leadsom dealt another blow when she quit as Commons leader on Wednesday evening saying she had lost confidence Mrs May would "deliver on the referendum result".

Mrs May delivered her speech this morning shortly after meeting the chairman of Tory backbenchers at 9am. The timing means a new Tory leader - and therefore Prime Minister - should be in place by the end of July.

Her announcement means she will still be in power for Donald Trump’s state visit on 3-5 June.

It also comes the day after European elections, in which the Tories are expected to perform disastrously.

Boris Johnson is the current favourite to replace Mrs May.

‘Brexit means Brexit’
Theresa May’s failure to lead Britain out of the EU ultimately led to her demise as Prime Minister.

After campaigning for Remain during the Brexit campaign, she faced an uphill struggle to persuade anybody to believe in her born-again Brexiteer credentials.

Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson and Brexit Secretary David Davis await the arrival of Prime Minister Theresa May before she delivers her keynote speech to delegates and party members on the last day of the Conservative Party Conference at Manchester Central on October 4, 2017 in Manchester, England. The prime minister rallied members and called for the party to
Theresa May's proposed Brexit deal struggled to win the support of Brexiteer Conservatives. (Photo by Christopher Furlong/Getty Images)
Despite her often repeated soundbite of 'Brexit means Brexit', the deal she managed to negotiate with the EU was essentially deemed not Brexit-y enough for the hardline Eurosceptics in her party.

A number of her own MPs refused to be won over and voted against her deal - some of them on each of the three occasions she put it before MPs - and her last-gasp effort to win over the Commons was what eventually forced open the exit door.

'No deal is better than a bad deal'
Before January 2017 hardly anyone had an opinion on a no-deal Brexit. But after Theresa May introduced the notion that ‘no deal was better than a bad deal’, the idea of abandoning the difficult negotiations with the EU and leaving without an agreement was seized upon by Eurosceptic Tories.

Warnings about the consequences of no deal - food shortages, expensive groceries, miles-long queues at the Dover border, compromised safety for citizens - weren't enough to persuade rebel MPs to back a deal they feared could potentially tie the UK to Brussels indefinitely.

It was clear by spring of this year Mrs May no longer - or never had - believed no deal was a viable option. Unfortunately for her, Brexiteer MPs disagreed and remained willing to vote down her deal.

'Strong and stable leadership'
Theresa May inherited a slim majority when she took over as Prime Minister.

Cashing in on her apparent popularity and wishing to gift herself a smoother ride through Parliament, Mrs May called a General Election to take place in June 2017.

But her campaign slogan - urging voters to back her ‘strong and stable leadership’ - didn’t work. During the campaign support for Labour and Jeremy Corbyn surged and voters abandoned May.

She ended up losing her majority and was forced into partnership with the DUP, making it much more difficult for her to get Brexit legislation approved.

Crumbling cabinet
Theresa May premiership was beset by a record number of resignations.

36 minister have quit during her time in office, many in protest at the way she has dealt with - or failed to deal with - Brexit.

That works out at a rate of roughly 1.5 resignations per month, although in practice they tend to come in packs after a major event.

The resignation of Andrea Leadsom as Leader of the House of Commons is widely seen as the death blow to Mrs May, demonstrating beyond dispute that she is unable to win the support of the Tories.

INTERVIEW EXERCISE FOR PTDF 2019/2020 OVERSEAS POSTGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME

PRESS RELEASE

INTERVIEW EXERCISE FOR PTDF 2019/2020 OVERSEAS POSTGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME

The Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) on the 28th of November 2018 caused to be published in national newspapers and the website advertisement inviting qualified Nigerians to apply for the 2019/2020 Overseas Postgraduate scholarship scheme (Msc/Phd) under PTDF Strategic Partnerships with Universities in the United Kingdom, Germany and France. The application period lasted for six weeks.

At the close of the application period, the Fund received a total of Nineteen thousand, three hundred and twenty-three (19,323) applications made up as follows:

(i)MSC Overseas Scholarship Scheme 15,822

(ii)PHD Overseas Scholarship Scheme 3,501

The physical oral Interview Exercise for shortlisted candidates in the two categories (MSc/PhD) is scheduled to hold from Monday April 29 to May 10th, 2019 in six designated centres of the six geo-political zones as detailed below:

S/NO GEO-POLITICAL ZONE CENTRE
1. South-South University of Port-Harcourt, Port-Harcourt, Rivers State
2. South-West University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Oyo State
3. North-Central PTDF Tower, Opposite Yar’adua Centre, CBD, Abuja
4. South-East University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Nsukka, Enugu State
5. North-East Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi, Bauchi State
6. North-West Kaduna State University
The establishment of the Petroleum Technology Development Fund by the Federal Government was a response to the failure of international oil companies to transfer knowledge, skills and technology to Nigerians after years of oil and gas exploration in Nigeria. The increasing capital flight coupled with little linkage between the economy and the oil and gas industry made it more imperative for the Federal Government to step in and take effective control of capacity building in the petroleum sector. The goal was to produce well-trained Nigerians that would take over the roles that were being played by expatriates in the oil and gas industry, thus ensuring the effective deployment of Nigerian professionals in the management and operational segments of the industry. The establishment of PTDF in 1973, which later became fully functional in 2000 was therefore the first major step by the Federal Government at institutionalizing the policy of local manpower development for the oil and gas industry.

The PTDF Overseas Scholarship Scheme has over the years succeeded in producing well trained, competent and skilled professional manpower for the various segments of the oil and gas industry. The areas of training include Engineering, Geology, Environmental Studies, Sciences, Management, Law, Accounting, Renewable Energy, Information Technology and offshore related courses.

A total of 4,816 Nigerians have so far benefitted from PTDF Overseas Scholarship Schemes as follows:

PhD = 1,449

MSc = 3,367
