1. There's nothing miraculous about the Quran, it's filled with copied ancient myths and fairytales, the Quran is poorly written, claiming it can't be rewrite is just an egoistic and fallacious statement. There are more well written books like Harry Potter, Lord of the Ring, Game of thrones etc.

But it has to consider public interest including cost. If a party could not put its house in order to produce a legal primaries winner the court can sanction it for that.

A court process can process can produce an unexpected result. It could even have favoured the candidate that came third under exceptional circumstances even if the third didn't go to court.
