Once you have the zeal , there is no age you can't learn , there are 70 years old graduates, I spent 10years in secondary .. after my 5 years Engineering course in Uni ... I went for another 4years Business management course in a different university which took six years due to NAIJA Factor which I finished with a 2.1. I am 34 too now and I am going for masters in a different course discipline ;Data sciences and A.I , I learnt python Language within two months...so if you think you want to do medicine of course you can do anything you put your mind too. Nothing is impossible

Why can't Central Banks of Countries considered poor or in massive debt mint the enough currency at will to settle their debt and poverty, what determines the amount of money to be minted?

They love court cases , they always have a court case based on their land grabbing so they can't be moved. And court cases take a long time they would have probably killed the plaintiff before the decision of any court.

We have this tenant who claimed to be a real estate agent and got an office space in a the same building ( This same building is for both residential and official) but overtime things just changed drastically we discovered he is a Land grabber.Out of fear I guess and poverty my Landlord is scared of them and this thug of tenant after a while starting doing diabolical things , Like cooking sacrifices like the one you see at junctions moving around with thugs, bringing herbalist to the house to do jazz for protection against bullets for his boys openly he uses for the land grabbing these are thugs of the highest order you can see their numerous scars , obvious criminals.
I guess we weren't still paying attention , I work in different states so I wasn't around for while only to come back and see this tenant carrying calabash around the house speaking incantations. At times in the middle of night you can wake to 20men with weapons about to go and do what they do.
After so much reporting now he is trying to get back at the tenants because the landlord allowed a Church occupy a space in the building.
Firstly he said his generator was missing suddenly we all woke up yesterday morning to find the church broken into. When he was challenged why he brings so many people we don't know their faces to the house , he just called his boys and drama started.
To even make the matters worse at times in the middle of the day they shoot in the air yes Guns!!! I am so perplexed because there is a police station at the junction of this office. He tends to have police in his back pocket please who can we report to that is the appropriate authority or agency because he is terrorising the neighborhood and no one can challenge him because of his goons. Please we are all scared, please help.I will appreciate a very good advice thanks a lot.
