The blame lies solely on most husbands. Most of them fail in their duty and selfish amidst the suffering of the first wife. Both the husband and the second wife should fear Allah. The first wife is a human being for God's sake. Like you pointed out, she needs to be loved, cared for, show appreciation too. Speaking kind words to her would go a long way in bringing her succour. That he married a second wife does mean that he should neglect the pains of the first wife. The second wife has part of the blame too. She should fear the day her husband will marry a third wife. Also, there are polygny marriage not experiencing trouble. I have witnessed it. |

Oladimejyy:You are wrong. These are alphabets of English Sign Language for the Deaf. Letter 'u' and 'v' were interchanged in the picture you posted. And there should be an arrow indicating the direction of the lone-pointed finger of 'j' and 'z'. |
