Never let them catch you slipping, make sure you extend that same good practices when you are in Nigeria too, that way it's a 360 flow. Postponed my flight by 2 hours, and still went on to delay boarding by over 40 minutes. No explanation or apology.

Shoddy and poor Customer service.

Same happened on my trip from Asaba to Lagos yesterday. Very annoying.

When will airpeace stop this nonchalant attitude of not addressing passengers when the flight is delayed?
This morning, May 19th, 2024. Flight 7863 scheduled to depart from Asaba to Lagos by 12pm was delayed for 4 hours 30minutes without airpeace management coming to address the passengers about what's going on.
When will all this stop. This has become a recurring issue all the time and it's really frustrating.
