After Fleecing Lagosians Monthly for 8 years,  collecting 40% of all internally generated revenue (average 5 billion per month) Mallam Tinubu now wants Nigerians to Contribute to his Private estate to facilitate the fleecing of our collective treasury!

For Eight years Fashola could not complete a simple intercity Mass transit because of the Burden Tinubu placed on the Poor Man depriving over 12 Million good citizens of Lagos a better transport system , coincidentally ‎Tinubu is raising money for the same man who cancelled the rail project that would have rivalled the London Underground for selfish reasons !

GEJ completed a complex speed rail project from Abuja - kaduna (aprox 200km) with multiple state of the art stations but Fashola + Amechi  are yet to compete a simple intercity rail system after 8 years despite seating on the 2 largest IGR's and allocation in the country including huge Loans! Now they want us to support a Man whose actions has ensured that Lagosians continue spend huge  productive hours in Traffic Haba!!!!
PoliticsBoxing Day Shocker: 74-yr Old Night Watchman Tied To Death by ochejoseph(op): 7:23pm On Dec 26, 2014
A 74-year night watchman, Emmanuel Igbokwe was early Boxing Day found dead in his place of work in Ohokobe Ndume in Umuahia North LGA of Abia State.

Igbokwe who work for Easy On Petroleum, Ohokobe Ndume was found with his hands tied behind him, the legs bound with rope and his mouth and nose tied with his cloth, by unknown people suspected to be robbers.

Speaking at her home, the wife of the deceased, popularly called "Nwanne" by him, disclosed that on the night of Christmas Day, Emmanuel had asked her to prepare food for him before he resumes his work as night watchman.

As if he had a pre-monition of his death, asked Nwanne to escort him to the filling station, while pointing at a particular place that he was seeing some movements and does not know if he will see the next day.

The man, she said requested her wife to come early in the morning next day being December, 26 and see if he was alive and to wash his body should anything happen to him.

"I immediately rejected what he said and prayed over it", the wife said and pleaded with the deceased to come back to the house with her, but he refused stating that if any robbery should take place there, he would be suspected as having masterminded it with his family.

His premonition came to be as very early Boxing Day around 4 pm, the wife went to see her husband, only to see him tied with ropes and already dead.

She alerted people through loud cry and the police invited. The body has since been deposited at the morgue.

Speaking, the first daughter of the deceased, Chinenye regreted that her father was said by close heighbours to have shouted asking his assailants what he did to them, but was immediately gaged with his cloth.

She wondered why the village vigilante did not hear the cry of her father and the breaking of the station by the robbers.

Close neighbours said they heard dogs barking till early in the morning and descrining late Emmanuel as good and gentle.

According to one person, her store was early Novermber, vandalised by robbers, while the existence of the vigilantee did not prevent the incident.

The manager of the station, whose names could not be ascertained as at the time of filing of this report described the incident as very unfortunate, stating that Emmanue may have known one or two of the robbers.

He said the station's sales the previous day was stolen and the bulings vandalized.

When called upon, the traditional ruler of the place and Ocha 1 of Mbaocha Ndume Kingdom, HRH Eze R. A. Ohaeri was said to be sick and yet to be out of bed.

When contacted, authorities in the World Bank Housing Estate Police station confirmed the incident, stating that they are investigating the incident.

Emmanuel Igbokwe was born on 12th of January, 1940, just three weeks ahead of his 75th birthday.

Dr Oby Ezekwesili, and her team where on the streets again today, with the Bring back our Girls protest, although most protesters did not turn up for the widely publicised  event  the few that took part where well mobilised!

As a people Nigerians  share in the pain of the families whose daughter's will be celebrating Christmas with those rapists, and paedophiles one can not imagine the torment they will be going through this Christmas!

It is also very sad that an issue that should unite Nigerians have been hijacked by certain political element for political gains.

Our Prayer is that our armed forces  will live up to their billing and with the help of the King of Heaven secure the safe return of  these girls whose only crime is venturing out of their homes in search for knowledge  !

PoliticsProfessor Osinbajo And All APC Members Must Read This! by ochejoseph(op):
One of the biggest misconceptions of the world, in my opinion, is the view held by some that members of the clergy should not participate in politics or government.

I have read The Holy Bible and The Quran and to the best of my knowledge, nowhere in both books is such a notion promoted.
As a matter of fact, the first usage of the word ‘government’ comes from The Holy Bible and the United States of America lifted the word ‘President’ directly from The Bible book of Daniel (chapter 6 verse 3).

Some of the greatest figures in The Bible were prophets and political leaders at the same time. Joseph was Prime Minister of Egypt and political ruler of the then known world but he was also described as a prophet and diviner of God’s will.

Daniel was appointed President of Babylon by King Darius yet he continued to function in office as a judge and prophet.

In the New Testament, Joseph of Arimathea was a counsellor (the equivalent of today’s Senator) and he was a devotee of Our Lord and Saviour, Yeshu’a (whom some call Jesus). Likewise, the first African Christian, the Ethiopian Eunuch, was a high official in Queen Candace’s government.

So, there is nothing wrong with men of God coming into politics. It is desired and it will help clean up politics.
What is wrong however, is for men of God to come into politics and instead of being agents of transforming politics with the light of their moral compass, they end up conforming to the prevailing political culture such that you cannot differentiate between them and a regular politician.

In The Bible, we read how an anointed man of God, a prophet by name Balaam, allowed his love for power and money mislead him into accepting to curse the anointed of God after he had been hired by King Balak of Moab to do just that.

Eventually, Balaam recognized the folly of his ways after an angelic visitation which prompted his donkey to speak to him. This divine visitation caused him to repudiate the lure of money and power dangled by King Balak to whom he uttered the now very famous words “How shall I curse, whom God hath not cursed?”-Numbers 23:8.

It was this historical incident that came to my mind when I read Professor Yemi Osinbajo’s words of condemnation on Twitter where he had said President Jonathan runs a “visionless” government.

Professor Osinbajo is an ordained pastor as I am and one of the ethics of our calling, enshrined in the homiletic code, is that men of God should not criticize out of a desire for personal gain, but should do so advisedly and only if there are genuine and compelling reasons to do so.
As a matter of fact, Philippians 2:3 says we should “do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves”.

So let me ask, is it really true that President Jonathan runs a visionless government?
In fact, on a day that coincided with Professor Osinbajo’s day of casting stones at President Jonathan, Bill Gates was celebrating Nigeria’s ability to reduce incidences of the Wild Polio Virus from hundreds of cases just three years ago to only 6 cases in 2014.
Mr. Gates actions only corroborated those of the United Nations which earlier in the year had given President Jonathan an award celebrating Nigeria for eradicating the scourge of Guinea Worm infestation.
The truth is that not only does President Jonathan run a purposeful and visionary government; one can even begin to see the crystallization of his vision into tangible benefits for the Nigerian masses.
Professor Yemi Osinbajo is a pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God which has perhaps the largest indoor camp in West Africa along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.

Every year, millions of Nigerian parishioners of the RCCG troop to The Redemption Camp. They are faced with terrible traffic gridlock as the multitudes try their best to get to the venue on time. The sheer number of users on that road overwhelms the capacity of the highway and members have been praying for an intervention that will ease their annual journey.

Enter President Jonathan, whose vision prompted him to initiate the Lagos-Ibadan High Speed Railway which is underway.
This service will not only facilitate the movement of RCCG’s parishioners to The Redemption Camp thereby easing the pressure on the roads, it will also make it possible to live in Ibadan and work in Lagos, with stops along the way.

The world renowned global consultancy, KPMG, which monitors trends, in November of 2014 included this High Speed Interstate Railway as one of the world’s top 100 infrastructure projects. KPMG praised the Jonathan administration for its vision in initiating such a project.
And it does not stop there.

Even the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, long abandoned to the elements by previous administrations, is at the receiving end of some of the fastest construction work in Africa. Two construction firms are working to reconstruct the road in record time. Julius Berger is working from the Lagos end while RCC is working from the Ibadan end with the intention to meet somewhere in the middle so that the work is completed in record time.

As I write this piece, the China Civil Engineering Construction Company, CCECC, has officially announced that it has rounded off the track laying work of Nigeria’s first standard gauge railway modernization project linking the capital city of Abuja and the Northwestern state of Kaduna.

This is another project that has come to reality as a result of the vision of President Goodluck Jonathan.

So, when Professor Osinbajo describes President Jonathan’s government as “visionless” it is obvious that he has left the objectivity of the pulpit for the subjectivity of partisan politics.
Or else, how can any objective person call the man under whose guidance Nigeria became the largest economy in Africa and the 26th largest economy in the world, visionless? Is such a feat possible without vision, without planning, without discipline?
Or was it President Jonathan’s lack of vision that prompted the United Nations to release data that showed that under Jonathan’s watch, Average Life Expectancy in Nigeria has risen from 47 years in 2009 to 52 years today?

Is President Jonathan “visionless” when all elections held under his watch have been adjudged credible and transparent? From Edo, to Anambra, to Ondo, to Ekiti to Osun and Niger, it has been a case of one man one vote, one woman one vote, one youth, one vote.

A few Nigerians may not like the President’s Transformation Agenda, but at least, all Nigerians have heard of it.
The million dollar question is who has heard of the agenda of Professor Osinbajo’s party other than the use of the cliche ‘change’?
Yes, Obama used the key words ‘yes we can` to ride to power in 2008, but he had a brain Trust that came up with a plan.
Are we meant to change for the sake of change?
I must confess that I am personally fed up with politicians who speak negatively about Nigeria and its leaders just because they want power.

Pastor Osinbajo regularly leads his congregation in prayers. But let me ask him if it makes any sense physically or spiritually to speak negatively about your nation and pray positively about yourself as if you can prosper in your home after cursing it with your mouth?
Nigerians expect Professor Osinbajo to wake up and smell the coffee and start telling them what he, his principal and their party plan for Nigeria and not to spend his time throwing stones at the innocent.

Gone are the days when you promote a candidate based on his region and religion. And Nigerians are far too aware in 2014-5 for any politician to grandstand by using highfalutin empty words to cast aspersions on his/her opponent in order to hide the inadequacy of their vision and plans.

I understand that when all you have is a hammer everything begins to look like a nail and so having nothing but criticism to dish out, Osinbajo is likely to keep throwing stones. However, seeing as he is a pastor, let me remind Professor Osinbajo of the immortal words of Jesus to critics in John 8:7-“he that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone”.

As we approach 2015, I would like to point out something to Professor Osinbajo.

In 2011, there were four major Presidential candidates: President Goodluck Jonathan of the PDP, Nuhu Ribadu of the ACN, Ibrahim Shekarau of the ANPP and Muhamaddu Buhari of the CPC.

Does it not say much about President Jonathan’s vision and his ability to communicate it effectively that of the three candidates who contested against him in 2011, two of them, Nuhu Ribadu and Ibrahim Shekarau, today share his vision for Nigeria and are helping him actualize it within the Peoples Democratic Party?
It says a lot about the President. And especially, it is evidence of the fact that President Jonathan is a man of vision.

Who knows, maybe Professor Osinbajo will see the light and come to appreciate the President’s vision after the 2015 election.

This has been a constant pattern with Buhari’s running mates from 2007’s Ume Ezeoke who saw enough reason to work with the PDP after that election, to Pastor Tunde Bakare, who shared and participated in the President’s vision for a National Conference for Nigeria.

In conclusion, let me say that it is obvious to all discerning people that God has blessed this man from Otuoke known as President Goodluck Jonathan. Without godfather, without scheming, without over ambition, God divinely set him on a trajectory that has seen him ascend the highest office in the land.
Even when power was within his grasp, the then Vice President Goodluck Jonathan refused to take it, preferring to wait on God to elevate him.
I can say without a shadow of a doubt in my mind that God has put President Jonathan where he is. And until He is done with him, no man, no pastor, no prophet can curse whom God has not cursed.

PoliticsGridlock: The Madness On Abuja - Lokoja Highway (pictures) by ochejoseph(op): 4:16pm On Dec 24, 2014

The Madness on Abuja - Lokoja Highway

It's very easy to blame government for every thing including what we do wrong!

I was heading for my Families annual Christmas reunion, 30 minutes into the trip and a huge  grid lock was steering at us in the face total stand still for almost 5 hours

This is the first time commuters will be using the fully dualised four lane highway constructed by the Goodluck administration as such I expected a smooth journey because the road was one of the best in the country.

The Federal Road safety Corps (FRSC) were fully mobilised and to their credit they gave their all  today, but impatient Drivers on Nigerian roads had other plans

1. They created 4 lanes on the side heading into Murtala Bridge and additional 3 lanes out of the bride completely blocking traffic out of the East without any reason whatsoever!

2. Senior police officers and senior government functionaries  also did not help matters their  Siren blaring pilot pick up vans helped create the nightmare witnessed on that road today because they violated every known traffic rule driving against traffic at will and disrupting every attempt by the FRSC to bring sanity to the road

Several travellers will spend Christmas on that road today becos many vehicles broke down largely due to over heating !

Chief among the offenders on that road today are

1. Police special protection unit

2. NSCDC senior officers

3. Peace mass Transit

4. Young shall Grow

5. Mini Bus commercial Drivers

6. Commercial golf Cars , and senior government functionaries with sirens (Federal, state, Local Govt, traditional rulers just name them all broke the law and messed up things today)

Worthy of Commendation is the attitude of the ABC transport drivers   and Men and officers of the Nigerian Army and the FRSC

Below is the situation as at this afternoon!

May God Help us to change our bad attitude on the road

God Bless Nigeria

PoliticsBursted : Lying Buhari Supporter Exposed (pictures) by ochejoseph(op):
I sincerely believe we northerners should be grateful to GEJ for the Almajiri schools, because the level of Ignorance amongst  us is so toxic that it might soon be almost impossible to wean us from such share foolishness and pure arrogance.

Don't ask me what I expect from GMB  who intends to stop the slide of the price of crude oil in the international Market and stabilise the economy using the armed forces! I can understand his detachment from current realities ,I was in primary 3 or so when he was head state!

But  I expected more from his supporters who have now taken to social media to complicate the woes of a man who cancelled  the most innovative rail project in the history of Nigeria!

Yesterday one of Buhari's supporters was online saying all the things he knew nothing about and attacking whoever had any contrary opinion about his messiah.

It is shameful that the Nigerian political sphere have been reduced to the circle where  falsehood ,outright lies and manipulated facts thrive.

The violent  supporter in a reply to a tweet on roads constructed by President Jonathan responded thus:

"Buhari constructed more than 100'k as PTF chairman "

The total road network ‎in Nigeria as at today's is around 35,000 kilometres!

This fellow was again offered an opportunity to redeem him self  on whether he meant centimetres meters or kilometres but he thundered "kilometre "and getting angry about the fellow who dared to teach him how to "count" roads!!!

It was Bo Bonnet who stated that "For every good reason there is to lie, there is a better reason to tell the truth"

The level to which the APC and her supporters have elevated lies and distort facts is becoming alarming.
The party and it's agents on all platforms must understand that these desperation will lead the party no where.
Finally I sincerely believe that GMB and his followers must realise that threatening Nigerians to vote for them will also not  work!
No right thinking person will knowingly commit his destiny into the hands of a man who failed all his military exams, a man who justifies the killing of youth Corpers by calling them PDP IT staff .

Nigerians are resilient people, Nigerians are wise, Nigerians know  when to rise up the occasion and be counted !
The promoters of Violence should make no mistakes Nigerians will not be taken unawares this time!

As we heal from the pains and the loss inflict on us by the haramites and their agents we will like to remind repentant agents and their sympathisers that  admission into the Almajiri schools constructed by GEJ is still open and free!

God Bless Nigeria!

BREAKING: APC appoints Rivers Governor, Amaechi, presidential campaign director

All progressives Congress, APC, has appointed the Governor of Rivers state, Rotimi Amaechi, the Director General of its party’s presidential campaign.
APC has former head of State, Muhammadu Buhari as its flag bearer after he beat four other candidates at the party’s national convention in Lagos last week.
Mr. Buhari had yesterday also named law professor, Yemi Osinbajo, his running mate.
The appointment of Mr. Amaechi was contained in a statement by the spokesperson of the APC, Lai Mohammed, on Thursday in Abuja.
See full test of the statement below:
The All Progressives Congress, APC, has named Gov. Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers State as the Director-General of the APC Presidential Campaign Organization, which will drive the party’s efforts to win the 2015 presidential election.
In a statement issued in Lagos on Thursday by its National Publicity Secretary, Lai Mohammed, the party said the announcement followed the hugely successful convention at which its presidential candidate, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, was democratically elected, and the follow-up successful choice of his running mate, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, SAN.
It said Gov. Amaechi’s outstanding reputation as a man of courage, principle, strength of character, decency and love of country, as well as his administrative prowess and organizational skills combined to fetch him perhaps the most important task in the quest for positive change in Nigeria.
APC thanked Nigerians for their support and prayers toward the success of the convention, the emergence of Gen. Buhari as the APC presidential candidate and the choice of Prof. Osinbajo as his running mate.
The party said it believed it had lived to its promise to Nigerians to ensure that the choice of its presidential running mate would be made within the context of the best democratic ideals, considering the enormously-positive reactions from the general public to the choice of Prof. Osinbajo.
“With a presidential candidate that has rekindled the hopes of the citizenry and revived their belief in democratic ideals, we believe we must also choose a running mate that will complement the sterling qualities of the presidential candidate. We must confess that the choice was a tough one, considering the array of eminently-qualified and outstanding candidates that we had to choose from.
“Yes, we were spoilt for choice but, in the end, we picked as running mate a man whose pedigree, nationally, sub-regionally, regionally and globally, attests to the fact that our party, the APC, is a repository of high quality leadership materials, and that our country, Nigeria, has no shortage of the very best human resources,” it said.
APC said whether in the academic, legal or ecclesial world, Prof. Osinbajo stands much taller than his physical frame, and serves as a good accompaniment to our presidential candidate, himself a man of such rare sterling qualities that have stood the test of time, qualities that are now so sorely lacking in our country’s leadership.
“Our presidential running mate is an award-winning professor of law, a legal luminary, a gentleman, a much-sought-after public speaker, a tested administrator, an author and a man of great ecclesiastical standing.
“Educated in Nigeria and the UK, Prof. Osinbajo is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, who has served in many organizations and professional bodies in Nigeria, West Africa, Africa and the United Nations. He has authored or edited over a dozen publications, has taught and practised law at the high levels, and has served on the Editorial Boards of learned publications and non-legal publications, in addition to publishing many articles in learned journals.
“Now that we have presented Nigerians with the best possible choices for the exalted positions of President and Vice President, we expect that citizens, who have been yearning for quality leadership, will use their voting power to put Nigeria firmly on the path of greatness. A country seeking to be among the greats in the comity of nations cannot afford to have a mediocre leadership,” the party said.

PoliticsRe: Buhari Calls Pastor Adeboye To Seek His Blessing Before Announcing Osinbajo by ochejoseph(m):
After his Boko boys have destroyed or burnt over 100 redeemed churches, Killed Pastors in Borno and Adamawa (NE alone) now he wants to use an RCCG pastor to get what he wants!

Be not deceived God is not mocked what ever a man man sows that he will reap, Just like Buhari refuse to call his boys to order in 2011 when they were going about killing innocent men, women, children, NYSC members and destroying property, he will cry again this time and there will be no tissue this time to wipe his tears. The innocent Blood that was spilled by his followers under his tacit approval will continue to deny him the seat he dangerously covets.

We in the Redeemed christian church of God cannot be deceived by Tinubu and Buhari combined!
Our father in the Lord in his humility will take your call but God as always will speak to his humble servant in due time!
