Based on my course of study, I have mapped out plans and strategies (blueprint) on setting up my firm where I'll do my private practice once I'm stable economically. By God's grace, in the future, I see government and even private firms coming to seek my services as a technocrat cum consultant in that field. But my woman (fiancée) is saying those who didn't serve and receive NYSC discharged are not regarded as graduates even though they've exemption letter citing discrimination and even example coming from her uncle of how people were disqualified from appointment for not having NYSC discharged. Please how true is that submission of hers? Does such discrimination actually exist in government and private organizations?

Below are my reasons for not desiring to serve. First, I'm above 30. Second, not really freak about the NYSC of thing. Third, at the moment, I'm unemployed but applicant. Fourth, I don't want to waste another one year when I should be hunting "cool cash" instead of 33k. Fifth, even if I want to start going back to do all those age forgery stuff and the rest, like I said, a jobless/applicant like me can't boast of 70k (or even more) to start running all those stuff but she's hell bent I serve. Is NYSC really such a big deal?

What advice do you have to offer? I'll appreciate.

My brother I will advise u go for the service, is not about ur real age now but about when u graduated from school. So is the age in ur school certificate or ur waec certificate that they will used not ur current age, so go for it and save from the 33k and use dat to start up something bcus there is no job anywhere that will want to pay u good money without requesting for ur Nysc discharge certificate is very important.

Both Govt and private have made it compulsory for graduate to present their Nysc certificate so ur fiancee is right. Give it a try.

My Dad called me this evening to tell me the essence of praying. But I will help u so that u can get a little understanding about the true church. All these churches u just mentioned now are not the true church, rather they are the daughters of Babylon the harlots read revelation u will see it there, and who is this harlots? Is the mother church called the Roman Catholic Church.

If you read Acts of Apostles chapter 1,2 and so on u will see the true church there! The true church of God is nameless, faceless and selfless. Nameless because she doesn't have a name. Jesus said I will build my church on these rock and the gate of hell shall not prevail against her. Check throughout the scripture from Mathew to revelation u will see that the church is nameless. Faceless bcus it is not a one man ownership, just as u know that winners is owned by Oyedepo and rccg is owned by Adeboye. But the true church only have one face and that's Jesus Christ. But Glory be to God Almighty who is calling us from the church system(denomination Churches) to return back to the true church in Acts of Apostles and am glad that am among those persons that have answered the call of the Lord by his grace.

I do think it is not a bad idea at all, as much as church work is more of a responsibility than a job, it is still a job in some sense, i just think,

First what does the Bible say? First read the scripture, was the Apostles paid for working in the vine yard of God? No! Jesus said when he comes his reward will be in his hand and to give to every man accordingly to his work.

So from the standard and pattern of God on how the Church of Christ should be. No body not even the pastor's should be paid at all. But every one that has need will be melt among the brethrens just as we see in Acts of apostles.

But in our denomination Churches of today I can't say anything in regards to it but I will say that they should be paid bcus today's church is a business centers so nor be only the pastor's go they enjoyed the money let the workers eat also.
