A well-mannered lady with ambition to be independent don't expect a guy to spend on her as if it's birthright. |

This is indeed very sad. Anybody that watched that YouTube clip and still thinks an illiterate is our "change", is clearly deluded. This man can't even speak. His tenses, pronunciation are totally ludicrous and obnoxious. I mean, why can't people leave sentiments aside and see this man is too fragile, scrawny-looking, frail and illiterate to lead this country? He can't even speak. Osinbanjo as OSINBADE Worse as WAS Empower as ENFOWA Professor as PROFESSAR Ngige as EGEGE My God, have Nigerians stooped so low to the extent of bringing an illiterate to carry the enormous fortunes of this country? I couldn't make sense of most of the things he said. Why didn't APC present Fashola? Why didn't they go for the combo of Kwankwaso and Rochas? These are learned and erudite politicians that ain't illiterates, who would have given GEJ a run for his money. And this is the man that told us he'll SINGLE HANDEDLY stabilize oil price as if he runs OPEC? Someone that can't even provide employment to his citizens, but find it easy to murder innocent Nigerians and carry out a coup? Chuksemi:Ectomorphs find it very hard to gain weight. They have a fast metabolism which burns up calories very quickly. Ecto’s need a huge amount of calories in order to gain weight. Workouts should be short and intense focusing on big muscle groups. Supplements are definitely recommended. Ectomorphs should eat before bed to prevent muscle catabolism during the night. Generally, ectomorphs can lose fat very easily which makes cutting back to lean muscle easier for them. |
