donnie: The pastor has not totally surrendered to the call to ministry. He loves this present world so much that he is willing to give up even his salvation for it.  That is

what i deduced.

According to the scriptures he is not fit for the kingdom, let alone to minister as God's servant.

TB Josuah probably had plans to put him through some much needed training on faith, perseverence and self denial which he failed again and again.

No wonder others like Agomo could rise after him to pastor the same church in Ghana.

So you think because you now have a child you are approved of God?  undecided

Djicemob: Are you high on keyboardnitis. Why were you so quick to type this BS without reading inbetween the line of my post?

Seun did not open a thread and say "APC progressives, this is your chance to have a field day at my expense" or "APC progressives, you can now rain insults on me" .He simply asked for mature dialogue as we are all suppose to be mature and get our complaints across without mindless insults.
you are the one that's high on whatever you are smoking. Some have insulted Seun, but majority of them have constructively aired their grievances. You need to go get a recommended glass and re-read the whole thread again.
Politics › Re: Open Dialogue With APC Progressives by ochon: 6:44pm On Sep 13, 2014
berem: Ikenna is not biased that's for sure, but he doesn't comment in politics section. A politics moderator must be someone who comments in this section. Besides, ikenna is not always online unlike Ngwakwe who's always around to moderate the section.
Until Seun creates a rule that make it a must for mod to actively comment on the section he mods, he has done nothing wrong and shouldn't be removed.
Politics › Re: Open Dialogue With APC Progressives by ochon: 6:37pm On Sep 13, 2014
Sunnybobo3: [/b]

It is very clear that Ngwakwe was sacrificed because of his tribe and political lineage to placate APC supporters who are mainly Yorubas.

I'm writing a dossier on that and it will shake Nairaland.
If this true, then this thread should be closed so the impunity on politics section can go on.

berem: Instead of removing Ngwakwe, why not remove ikenna who does not contribute anything in politics section? angry
If Ikenna is unbiased in his modship duties, he shouldn't be removed. There's no rule that states a mod must contribute on the section he or she mods. What matters is his or her unbiased modship.

Djicemob: Seun, you are the most lenient admin of a forum that i've ever seen.

See comments directed at you abeg! Some not even upto to your AGE not to talk of other criterias are here throwing insults at you. SMH.
This is a myopic and retàrded comment, no offence. Seun is no God, and if he goofs, he'd apologise!! From GEJ to Nigerian governors/public office holders, they all have had harsh comments directed at them, nothing happened!! Even Ojukwu and Awolowo, that are dead, are bashed daily on here!!

Even God gets bashed on here, so what are you talking about? So you are happy that Seun called APC supporters "Boko Haram Apologist"? Does that sound right in Your ears? I'm Pro-GEJ but Seun crossed the line with that accusation.

And why are you bringing age in this matter? Do you know grandfathers frequent this section? Seun is just 32-years-old. Parents of above 70 years are in this section, so don't insult us please!!
Politics › Re: Open Dialogue With APC Progressives by ochon: 5:48pm On Sep 13, 2014
Seun,

Here's a couple of advice for you, hopefully you'll take them.

1. Seun, hire a PA or spokesman/spokeswoman. Someone that's skilled in the art of making guarded utterances. On so many times on this forum, you have made some shocking comments that left jaws dropped. Example is calling APC supporters, Boko Haram supporters. That's highly uncalled for. Work on the way you speak or type sometimes. Your normal excuse of not being good in being sociable, won't shield you from the wrath of the members. I can shout "APC supporters are demons and Boko Haram apologist," and get away with it. Matter of fact, many people can and still get away with it. But you can't because you are a public figure. You are more than NL's C.E.O. Things you say can be used against you in the court of law. Remain neutral and scrutinise your comments before posting it. Every word you type will be screened by everyone, watch what you say or type!!

2. It's not a crime to belong to one party or the other, but it's wrong to criticise your opposing party unconstructively. But if you ask me, I'd advice you to exempt from publicly siding one party while on this section. You might side a particular party in private, but don't show it because every act of yours, no matter how right, might be misconstrued to mean a biased act. In shorter words, uphold NL's rules regardless of any party you are affiliated with. Treat all members equally no matter their tribe or parties.

3. Don't make a decision that you will come to rue at last. From the first day Ngwakwe, same as Afam4ever, was given his modship position, he's been hunted. If he's biased or not, I don't know, I don't care too because I don't frequent the politics section. But what I'll ask you to do is to review Ngwakwe's activities, and if he's found wanting or being biased, he'd be removed. But don't remove him because of people's sentiments, or because of his tribe, et al. Remove him because he's wrong. You have to be steady with your decision. Don't act like a coward. Act on laid down rules not fear or sentiments.

4. Finally, Seun, I'd implore you to hire non-members, outsiders, as mods of Politics section ALONE. People that are PAID by you and monitor politics section daily, 24/7!! People that have been evaluated psychologically and can be trusted to be unbiased. Other sections can be left at the hands of members, but for this section, hire unbiased outsiders and hide their IDs. You are not poor Seun, you can pay these people you will hire. Hiring two or three outsiders to run the affairs of the politics section only, won't cost you. This section is the foundation of NL. The election is coming soon, you need trusted hands. Get trusted hands and hid their IDs. This section is too volatile. As you can see, according to you, a Party acceded to have been responsible for hacking your website. A word is enough for the wise.

Shalom!! cool

Adaka Boro wanted Niger Delta Republic but was brainwashed to fight against Biafra, he was killed in warfront.

Awolowo was used to cause food shortage in Biafra, he was indicted by the fuedal North for treasonable offences, he committed suicide instead of facing another lengthy jailterm or fired by awusas.

Yakubu gowon was in OAU meeting before he could come back he was overthrown.

Murtala Muhammed that caRried out Asaba massacre was assasinated too.

Adekunle Benjamin the letterwriting was used during the biafran war but was left to died even without any health assistance by his local government abi kindreds.

Saro Wiwa was used to cause division among Eastern Region, he was hanged (sokoto was closer than Enugu was his popular statement) grin grin grin grin grin grin

Ojukwu that fought the war was buried like a true hero with the president paying his loyalty, respect.

Achebe was buried as well like a hero with the president gracing the occasion.

When an Awolowo was thrown in the evil forest did any president grace it.

No mods should ban me oooooooooo, because you all are seeing what is going on in the thread grin grin grin grin grin
Chech all the Northerners that didnt fight the war are living large, IBB, Abdusallam, and some other Notherners.
Take it easy with your "shattap you mofos." We ain't fighting. I'm not disputing your claims, I'm just saying I find it hard to say R.I.P to the man that played a part in the slaying of my Igbo brothers, but in all, I wish him the best. What's bygone, is bygone. I can't dwell in the past, so R.I.P to him.

Olucheye: The essence is stop them from spreading the trash they're putting out there in the public that GEJ/PDP is behind the sect.
Time for them to do a self evaluation, work together alongside the current government to put a stop to this cankerworm eating up Northern Nigeria.

At least, the party, APC boasts of core Islamists who could in a word raise a 'fatwa" on Boko Haram's head and it'll be long history under weeks. The question now is, Why do they keep playing politics with this issue?
I'd rather we leave all these accusations and counter-accusations and find the culprits, and stop this Terrorist group, simples!!

Which news are we to believe then? Fashola is saying the resumption of schools are not yet known.
lekanolas: Lagos State Governor Babatunde Fashola, has said that resumption of schools in the state would be determined after the results of those still under surveillance for Ebola Virus Disease would have been known by next week Thursday.

Speaking after Friday’s Jumaat prayer at the state secretariat mosque in Alausa, Fashola explained that there were still about 19 people under surveillance, adding that the 21 days set aside for the surveillance would end on September 18, 2014.

His words: “Even though the number of Ebola cases has reduced and most of the contacts are out of the 21-day quarantine, we should avoid any complacency. Until the last case is over and surveillance completed, we should not relent in the effort at tackling the disease.”

Fashola added that members of the State Executive Council, SEC, and other stakeholders’ held a crucial meeting on how to contain the virus and the feasibility of September 22, resumption date set by the Federal Government .

He said by the time results of those under surveillance are known, the state would meet with stakeholders in the education and health sectors to determine when the schools would be resuming.

I'm fed up with the politicizing of this hydra-headed monster in the shape of Boko Haram. If APC or PDP, or LP, or whatever party is responsible for these demons' ruthless destruction of human lives, simply provide evidence(s) of the said party/person(s), stop the cash inflow to this group and stop this extremists. After all these accusations, still nothing to show for it. Of what essence is the accusations/questions if at the end of the day, the crimes continues?
