Computer MarketWhere can I get quality PC Cases In Computer Village? by ochukoccna(op):
Hi y'all
I need a quality computer case for an ATX PC build
I was wondering if I could get brand names like Corsair, XFX, CoolerMaster, Nanoxia or lesser brands like Thermaltake ,Zalman or Silverstone from computer village huh huh
I spoke to a computer engineer and his insistence on ALL cases gotten from the village come with their own power supplies put me off as more often than not those power packs can't handle power drawing tasks like CPU overclocking or support high end graphics cards undecided
Thanks for the replies cool

Tinubu is the only one of them that has been consistent in his call for regionalism and true federalism. The loser will be Nigerians and all those who want true federalism. It looks like the One Nigerians won today, but make we dey look.
One Nigeria? shocked shocked
With Saraki or Atiku? embarassed embarassed
2 power hungry vultures grin grin
Seeing Saraki believed he had the critical mass, how come he choose to stab his fellow party men in the back undecided undecided
Is it because PDP promised him his believed 'birthright' for a bowl of porridge?
Is that why he choose to polarise the platform on which he emerged even before the 8th Assembly was constituted?
And he intends to hold this façade together for the next four years?
Also, how did David Mark emerge MAJORITY LEADER in an APC dominated senate? grin grin
I do not think you believe in Santa Claus cos if you looked closely, you would have seen Wike, Mimiko and the new Akwa Ibom governor backslapping with the new senators
Question: What were serving PDP governors doing in the NASS? sad shocked
I say it again, the race for 2019 has UNOFFICIALLY started today

Idrismusty97:
Buhari is definitely not the loser here, He is actually a winner smiley. Watch how events unfolds...
I beg to differ
How did Buhari win? Do you think Saraki's emergence gets Tinubu's monkey off his back? undecided undecided
PoliticsRe: 2019 General Elections Kick Off, Is PMB A 'learner'? by ochukoccna(op): 1:17am On Jun 10, 2015
For those supporters of PMB who feel offended by my use of the word 'learner', do know I mean no harm nor insults
For the children of hatred who fail to see the emergence of PMB was the desire by generality of Nigerians to break free from the shackles of bad leadership and ineptitude, please find another thread to spew your half baked truths cool cool
Politics2019 General Elections Kick Off, Is PMB A 'learner'? by ochukoccna(op):
Yesterday, a civilian coup took place in the National assembly shocked shocked
And the loser wasn't Bola Tinubu as many have gleefully gloated, rather it is PMB
Although Tinubu's greed and insistence on producing the NASS legislative spine backfired spectacularly grin grin
Yesterday, the starting shots of the 2019 general elections were fired not by INEC but the nPDP
And everyone who desires TRUE CHANGE in Nigeria must be vigilant for Nigeria's devourers are about to strike again cry cry
Many foolishly derided Bola Tinubu as the loser yesterday but if you truly love PMB, you should be weeping for his political naivety cry cry

Probably because he wanted to shed off the dictator image, he openly stated and kept his word of having no anointed candidates for the NASS leadership
However Nigeria lacks strong institutions and structures for that kind of politics undecided undecided
In the UK, David Cameron has a grip by which he periodically feels the pulse of the House of Commons same goes for Barack Obama in his first term
Those who follow American politics saw how Congress and the Senate rubbished and threatened Obama in his 2nd term because of their legislative control
While the the NASS is controlled by APC in name, did anyone know who Saraki first visited upon emergence? huh huh
Not PMB but Atiku Abubakar, another nPDP arrowhead embarassed embarassed who sponsored both Dogara and Saraki embarassed embarassed
The 1st senator who also nominated Saraki is an nPDP member i.e. Dino Melaye
While PMB has viable no political structure to rival that of the nPDP or even Bola Tinubu, he should have understood that he needs legislative spine [key men in the legislature] to set his political agenda
Someone like El Rufai would have suited him well in the Senate but he choose to be Kaduna state governor sad sad
Inadvertently PMB has opened a crack for the PDP to gain a firm foothold and remain politically relevant because the nPDP will naturally graviate towards their former comrades in the PDP
Till today PMB has no political command structure i.e. ministers , chief of staff, advisers etc while his package of change is still largely amorphous
I recall pastor Tunde bakare say while he trusts PMB, he is weary of those [Amaechi, OBJ, Jagaban, Atiku etc] who surround him
Except PMB gets his acts together, he WILL BE A ONE TERM PRESIDENT
PMB deliver your soul from this political hawks, or is it already too late? embarassed lipsrsealed cool

You can do it ALL ON YOUR OWN
The information contained in this thread https://www.nairaland.com/826936/uk-student-visa-tier-4 is fantastic
And if you decide to use an agent, use reputable ones

Although I had gotten my CAS prior to their offer
Thus you can deduce, the schools give the agents some remuneration

“An excellent plumber is infinitely more admirable than an incompetent philosopher [PHD holder]. A society which scorns excellence in plumbing, because it is humble activity, and tolerates shoddiness in philosophy, because it is an exalted activity, will have neither good plumbing nor good philosophy. Neither its pipes nor its theories will hold water.” John Gardener, US Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare.

The militant group Boko Haram has seized a town and key multinational military base in north-eastern Nigeria, officials and eyewitnesses say.

A senator in Borno state said troops had abandoned the base in the town of Baga after it was attacked on Saturday.

Residents of Baga, who fled by boat to neighbouring Chad, said many people had been killed and the town set ablaze.

Baga, scene of a Nigerian army massacre in 2013, was the last town in the Borno North area under government control.

It hosted the base of the Multi-National Joint Task Force (MNJTF), made up of troops from Nigeria, Chad and Niger.

Set up in 1998 to fight trans-border crime in the Lake Chad region, the force more recently took on Boko Haram.

Boko Haram attacks towns and villages on an almost daily basis, abducting people including young boys and girls, BBC Africa analyst Mary Harper reports.

The military, which includes Western advisers and surveillance, seems incapable of dealing with the problem, she adds.

'Helter skelter'

Residents who fled to Chad said they had woken to heavy gunfire as militants stormed Baga early on Saturday, attacking from all directions.

They said they had decided to flee when they saw the multi-national troops running away.

Maina Maaji Lawan, senator for Borno North, told BBC World Service civilians had run "helter skelter" - "some into the forest, some into the desert".

Communications with the town were cut off and exact information about casualty numbers could not be confirmed, he said.

"We are very dispirited," the senator added.

Confirming that the military had abandoned the base, he said people's frustration knew "no bounds" over the apparent fact that the military had not fought back.

"There is definitely something wrong that makes our military abandon their posts each time there is an attack from Boko Haram," the senator said.

@ cavenchy, do you shop for your clothes @ Argos? shocked shocked
That is so lame man grin grin

@ esosa4real,add Vectone to your list for mobile network list
Look up all the networks suggested to you online and do your research from Naija
If your cousin has supplied his address, you can order a free SIM to be delivered there waiting for you before you arrive or buy at the airport

On clothing if you want mass production dress ( but cheap and of good quality) check out Primark
If your aim is dress that stand out (yet still with reasonable prices) visit a TKMaxx store wink
You might also pay Sports Direct a visit though they do more of casual and sportswear

You can book online for trains but know that the nearer the time for your journey that you book, the more expensive is the train
Same goes for buses but trains are faster
If you already know your itinerary, you can book from Naija or tell your cousin to help you purchase the ticket and reimburse him when you arrive

Poundland, Pound Stretcher, Lidl, Curry's PC World, and Aldi along with some names dropped for you by cavenchy are places you can get different things ranging from games to accessories
Amazon and Aldi can also help but deliveries take about 3-4 working days minimum

Other stores abound, just shine your eyes
The way the UK is built, their cities and towns have major shopping hubs and axis
Ask your hosts or the hotel staff but most of all have a tablet or good phone that can support browsing on the go
Goggle maps might come in handy to help you trace out postcodes cool cool

Find out from your school when they'll have breaks (which can can take advantage of to travel to Niaja) before you buy your ticket
Even at that, you can always extend your return ticket's initial date for a minimal fee if the selected date doesn't suit you again
Just contact your airline before the due date and they'll tell you how to go about it
