Hello landers,am starting this thread for both sexes(lol-girls can tell us too),hoping to know the best words to use in ending a relationship!how a guy ditched you for some one else and vice-versa!the things he/she said to you and stuff!.A chik gave me the sucker punch recently, told me i was too hot! for her and she was used to calling shots in her relationship, her parting words:"i dont think i can do this again, its not leading anywhere?!" |
TRIALS; In a faraway land I found love, one that i didnt truely deserve, nothing like the previous "pequinas"av dated, one that rilli made me elated, ----without d comfort n'luxury I'm used to, ----without my immoral shenanigans, I learnt how to be a man! FATE; Being penniless n' alone, she made me whole! with all my unhealthyhabits, , she tolerated me!! In my trying times, she was aleiz a dime!!! but little did i know that I was on a scale, being measured for my worth n'tell tales. RELATIONSHIP; She bowed out when d ovation was loudest, after she'd reformed my troubled being, my heart sank like shakespearse tempest, that i cant feel a single thing, and so I CRY for you: cos whenever i think of us, its the favourite song in the CD i bought for u- -that I alweiz remember! "all the TRIALS and FATE in the RELATIONSHIP have all made me strong" , but still i shed these tears. |
i finally came to embrace the people of MBEKI with open arms,i will truly miss the times my D.S and i would go out and get drunk off palmwine share jokes ,laugh and all that, we used to call throwing up after drinking spelling "new york",waking up early and going over to nkechis crib(female corper)to holla out neighbour "ina kwana,ya kuri bane abinchi"(neighbour goodmorning, please bring food)!being over dressed for school like i was going for a fashion parade(i used to like waking up early and getting dressedlike am one kind banker on walls street),teaching my students-though they dont understand everything you say, twas fun going into the classroom and imparting knowledge!the latenite conversations with fellow corpers and students,my exploits with the policemen in MBEKI(Sheddy baba n oga usman!how they alweiz try to imperss me "akoi sha" ,expending in the village which is full of mineral resources begging for exploitation!!i will truly miss mr.paul(an igbo man who runs a store close to my house)there were times when i wouldnt have money and still got what i wantesd!!will miss coming home from school and my roomate vinnie is one corner cooking up a meal!going for CD'S once a month was thrilling stuff cos we have to travel 1hour to a neighbouring village where the CLO stays, the commissioning of a project by corpers in my school(previous batch b)where i was the compere and put on a brilliant performance, LIFE IN THE ROCKS:JOURNALS OF A CORPER!(Is the name of my book which i will publish next year by Gods grace),it took me 9months to know GODS PLAN IN MY LIFE,and am loving it!cos i see life from a different perspective, ![]() |

Finally the trial has come to an end and the verdict has been passed, left to me it was just a show of human rights because all along we all knew how the story would end!so early this morning in far away Iraq the for mer leader, dictator and was sentenced with his half brother and another senior official for war crimes in the 1982 killings of 148 people in the towns of dujail, lest I forget they were sentenced to death by "hanging"gruesome u might say,but serves them right I tell you.For more information log on to CNN.COM |

It all began with a lie! comfortin' n soothing words to ease ur plight, discomfort n pain u felt up ur thigh, till I came into ur life with my sordid lite, a promising rendezvous thus ensued, though without our hearts but our body knew, ---driven by lust, ---compelled by touch, ---overcome by passion, we thus began to live the lie! It continued with love, one that I've never felt before, such that I craved n long'd for much more, the beautiful"jerusalem"btw your thighs- -made each one of my entry a triumphant one! we hump'd n talk'd until we sigh!! it felt so good to be havin' so much fun!!! ---fallin' in love ---burning desires ---feelin's thru wires and a promise to love unconditionally. It ended with a broken heart, and I thot I was going to be the only"one", the "one"to give you an orgasm, the "one"to go raw with, the "one"I named a song after, the "one"to name both our libido's, the "one "I learnt a song for, the "one"I call by other names, the "one"I truly fell in love with, but instead of walking down the aisle! it became the first "one"to drown in river nile!! Its a pity and a big shame!how long do we av to put up with this?we cannot continue to loose lives on the air!now i dont know the meaning of safe travels nmore?the Associated Press described the incident as "An African Nation notorious for its unsafe air industry",its a big shame!may God bless the dead and Bless Nigeria too,it has come to the point of concern for us all,the latter lapses in the power and works industry is rubbing off on the aviation sector as well.As measures are being put in place to stabilise the situation we pray it actually works out his time!my goodness its such a shame |
dont know what to say,its a shame!how long is this going to happen?its a big shame!Associated press described the incident as "An African nation known for its notoriously unsafe air industry",what a shame!!RIP and God help Nigeria! |
My gud people of Nairaland,if i tell u av been listening to this song or that song i will b lying!the truth is am a song freak and i mean freak, if i start mentioning i wont stop, but i like D'bang's WHY ME,Cassie's ME &U,La toya's TORN,Beyonce's IRREPLACEABLE,P-square's Temptation(RMX),Akon&Snoop Dogg's I WANNA Bleep U,Styl's plus U DRIVE ME CRAZY(rmx),Taio's I JUST WANNA KNOW,Rihanna's WE RIDE, Tony Braxton's SUPPOSED TO BE,Usher&Lil jon&Ludacris LOVERS&FRIENDS,Anthony Hamilton's I CRY,T-pain's I'M SPRUNG, and i can go on and on to be continued ![]() |
I think the song is really cool, well what else do u xpect from an artist produced by the original BAD BOY, P.Diddy!the single "long way to go" is awesome too!but check out the remixes of ME&YOU with Ja rule and another one with P.Diddy himself, laters |
Okay let me analyze this song now;IRREPLACEABLE!hmnn u know what i think its another stone cold classic from a diva that has finally come to stay in our hearts, minds, radios ,parties, clubs and sounds! Beyonce has come to entertain our generation and we humbly embrace and welcome her with open hands! Her new album is doing pretty well in the US chart coinciding with the release of yet another diva from the Destiny's child dynasty;La Toya!her blazing hot fresh single "TORN" is giving Beyonce's "IRREPLACEABLE" a run for her money!Rumour has it that they are both at loggerheads with each other over album sales, awards for best R&B single etc,its a competition and we the fans are the judges, left for me i would say Beyonce has been there and done that so she should give La toya a chance to shine!the song TORN talks about a womans undying love for her man that she only wants to be with him and doesnt wanna leave! On the contrary Beyonce in IRREPLACEABLE is saying she can have a man whenever she wants(in a minute or a day!), u be the judge of that, who in yur own opinion is relaying true love?I mean the real essence of Rhythmn and Blues?!, Is it gonna be with you, or moving all yur things to the box to the left?u do tha math ![]() |

James Blunt is tha bomb!!!i think he really rocks as an artist, hes british which is a gud thing for the kind of lyrics he plays,av got his album which is nice but i got tired of playing it after a while when i started crying into track 5?lol,bedlam sessions rocks baby so does James Blunt, |

"The last king of Scotland",the new movie by veteran hollywood actor Forrest Whitaker, depicits the former African villian, dictator, ruler et al, Idi Amin Dada of Uganda!according to a review by the New York Times "whitakers" character as Idi Amin was a well" telegraphic display of a monster",he was amazing as he didnt let Africans down in the way he portrayed the character flawlessly, his use of the African vocabulary was superb for an African-American,reminding us of the way "Don Cheadle"played the character of "Paul Lu, "in the movie "hotel Rwanda".A revealing fact is that the man, Forrest Whitaker is actually a Nigerian from the Igbo descent, this he found out during the production of the movie while he was in Africa( and decided to trace his roots). We say a big thank you to the movie producers for once again reminding us of our past, present and future through the life of a gruesome African leader, the movie is proudly African and should be watched by Africans. |
