Ever wonder what might happen if a python ate a porcupine? Well, wonder no more. One of these giant snakes recently dined on a porcupine and didn't live to brag about it. See its journey to death. What happens when a python eats a porcupine? Hint: It's not pretty. A hungry snake in South Africa just found this out the hard way when it ate a porcupine for supper and died less than a week later. On June 14, a cyclist riding along one of the mountain bike trails at the Lake Eland Game Reserve in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, spotted this engorged snake. No one knew at first what the snake had eaten; just that it must have been something fairly large. Park rangers suspected the python feasted on a small warthog or a baby impala. Less than a week later, on Saturday, June 20, park rangers found the python dead near the bike trail. When they cut it open, they found a 30-pound (13.8 kilograms) porcupine. It still isn't clear if this python's spiky meal was actually responsible for the predator's death. Rangers found the snake underneath a rocky ledge, where it had apparently fallen. On impact, the quills inside its engorged belly may have pierced the python's digestive tract, which could have killed the animal, Jennifer Fuller said, general manager at the game reserve. Believe it or not, pythons and other snakes do sometimes eat porcupines. However, many snakes end up regretting their choice of snack because the porcupine's quills can pierce all the way through a hungry snake's body.

Bless the lonely hearts...Man commands fleet of 20 luxury cars for grand marriage proposal but the embarrassed girl still said NO!!! A man who reportedly arrived with a fleet of 20 luxury sports cars and a bouquet of flowers, was left red-faced after his grand romantic gesture ended in rejection. He tried to propose to a 27-year old TV dating show contestant, Peng Yang, in Shenzhen, southern China. Peng walked off in embarrassment with the lavish proposal, leaving his heartbroken suitor posing on one knee. Peng, who features on a popular dating show every week, appeared shocked and embarrassed by the incident, as the reality star looked uncomfortable and was seen burying her face in her palms several times, before saying: 'Why do you have to do that? I beg of you, please stand up! There are so many people looking!'. Peng then strutted off, leaving her rejected friend on the floor. http://www.tori.ng/news/5128/wow-man-proposes-to-woman-with-20-luxury-cars-and.html

Demigods:Even Satan your daddy who was an arch angel who fell from didn't deny the existence of God, how much less youn mere once church goer?. Now that you(god) that has reached the 'godhead' help us chase boko haram away coz every god is believed to have super powers, so mr freewill-god help us out this time ![]() |
So they are fasting too? Wow! What an irony, the holy devils. Fighters of god or allah isn't it? More death to their camp. If there could be a way to be killing 100 from them daily, they would have been weakened but its not an easy task |
The question is can APC survive for the next 10 years? Or rather can APC rule herself for the next 5 years? |
ceejayluv:If there should b era of mirochip why is it on the exact place predicted in Revelation 13 vs 16? Why didn't Obama ask them to place is somewhere else? Abt boko haram you mentioned, So identtifying them is our problem isn't it? What of IS and others?didn't they have their records too? Did that stopped them from their heinous activities? Even if we can identify all the boko aharam members, will that stop them from killing? I rest my case bro, happy weekend |
Thanks op. This is one of the strong reasons why I believe in God, bible, Jesus and that there is life after death. How I wish people can follow the trend of recent events and try to see if there's any of such in the bible. I challenge us all to read The book of Revelation. Bible was written over 2000 years ago and the recorded prophecies are coming to pass. Will BVN stop fraud in our banking system? Is sim card that expensive that its compulsory for us to register it? Why is USA planing to implant chips where exactly the bible mentioned, why not somewhere else? Why are they forcing everything that has to do with data capturing on us? Don't be too blind to see there realities. If the only book that predicted all these was written 2000 years ago I think its worth reading especially books of daniel and revelation (Revelation 13:11-17) just that 7 verses explained everything! Nobody is forcing religion on anyone, we all know it pays to live right. Don't give excuse of what one pastor did or didn't. They are not you God! And for those who may argue that there's no God, remember even d devil didn't make such a mistake. And one church did this or that, church is a gathering of saints and saints in making shalom |
What of lotto? baba ijebu, nairabet, horse race....and dice? |
I gbadun ds man jo Americans fit crash that plane for his sake...never underestimate ur opponent always be a step ahead of ur enemy Oga Kashamu, as u dey go abt wit ur lawyer, always go about with your parachute and bullet proof vest as well abeg, sharpest of all d senators ![]() |
@ ROSSIKE I read ur post with keen interest. I know you copied it somewhere but kudos to you, nice write up. Sincerely, I can assure you that many african govts are proxy government, doing the wish of their masters. Do I sound rebellious to some ppl? Yes I am! Ppl should read up gaddafi and libya story to understand all these. Can Uk and USA come out and tell us if they after our good or our goods? Africa shine ur eyes, these guyz are looters just like our lleaders who are their stooges. I know zimbabwe wil come strong with mugabe or without mugabe, the point is they need to know who their true enemy is |
abrahimzy:Hahaha I've seen this on almost eevery thread today and to cap it all 'beware of fraudsters' lol. Shey you no go ask for processing money or anything until after I'v gotten the job? Plz feel free to quote and reply me |
ekefre4:Hahahaha Amen pastor! |
Vikkie14:I'm not pro-apc or pro- aregbe but d guy tried. If op based his write up on salary alone aregbe and osun state should not be d only scape goat. He might not do well in paying the workers but that doesn't make osun one of d backward state. Maybe op need to visit osun @ least for once and stop all ds hearsay trash. Aregbe is performing wonderfully in all sectors. I don't like him personally but he's d best so far since d creation of the state. |
Same set of people have been ruling us since their early 20s to their late 80s...o ga o. Tho that doesn't justify the fact that most of us are lazy and not purposeful |
I read this on my facebook page and I think its worth sharing Arise O' Sleeping Youth of Nigeria! Been thinking about this for a very long time. Awolowo was (37), Akintola (36), Ahmadu Bello (36), Effiong (36), Balewa (34) and Okotie-Eboh (27), Enahoro (27) led the struggle for independence after the death of Macaulay. Only Zik was 42 at the time. In 1966, the first coup was led by: Kaduna Nzeogwu (29) and countered by Murtala Mohammed (28), Theophilus Danjuma (28), Babangida (25), Nanven Garba (23), Sani Abacha (23), Shehu Musa Yaradua (23), and brought into power Gowon (32), Ojukwu (33), Obasanjo (29), Buhari (24). Most of the military administrators who governed the states under the successive military regimes, most of whom are governors now, were under 30 years. The brief democratic dispensation which interjected the military interregnums also saw the House of Representatives in particular populated by majority of members under 30 years as well as some senators.Under 30s were also not in short supply with appointments, we have examples of MT Mbu who became foreign affairs minister at 23 and Pat Utomi who became a presidential adviser at 27 and so on and so forth. NOW: Why is it that this age bracket is today still sleeping in 3 seater chairs in their parents’ homes? Why is it that this age bracket is today still collecting pocket money from their parents? Why is it that this age bracket is today still writing JAMB? Why is it that this age bracket is today still sagging their trousers? Why is it that this age bracket is today still searching for jobs? Why is it that this age bracket is today no longer qualified to even be leaders of youth wings of political parties? Why is it that this age bracket is today so docile? Why is it that this age bracket is today still incapable of feeding itself? Why is it that this age bracket is today barred by law from even aspiring to certain political offices? Why is it that this age bracket is today incapacitated, unwilling, unable and incapable of asking questions? I need intelligent and sincere analysis, do we really matter in this country? Do they care about us?are we at fault? God help us all |
sodiqyinka:Whatever..that's my opinion. |
I'm not surprised sha, that's naija for u. Why beat someone to coman why? I think FG should stop this time wasting programme, the money to be spent on each corper is well over 600k. Why can't government use 500k to establish each graduate. This would encourage youth to be educated, provide jobs creation, promote sme and development. Let them write good business proposal while in school, train them and Give every graduate 500k as a start up. Imagine having like 100k entrepreneurs and SMEs in nigeria every year! |
Tho I'm not aregbe's fan but I have to give him the credit, I respect him for making this a reality. Weldone sir. If nigeria had started something like this 25 or 20 years ago, only God knows where we would be technologically today but better late than never. For those talking negatively about this move, I think its uncalled for. Ask your governor what he's doing with his huge monthly alocation coz I heard osun collects the smallest allocation. Let's appreciate good things and put our differences aside. |
Watching jonathan in their midst (obasanjo, amaechi, babangida, buhari, and co) on channels tv yesterday, tho I may not like him(neithher do I pprefer buhari to him) but I was emotional and deeply moved, he looked like a shieep in the midst of wolfs. Being the last meeting, they all gathered to bid him farewell. Never underestimate your enemies and chose your friends rightly, be closer to ur enemies than your friends, coz the greatest enemy might be ur friend. No doubbt Jonathan is a very humble man, he will always have my respect everyday. None of them present can take all he endured, none of them would accept defeat just like that. Don't tribalise my comment, I'm from SW, I'm neither pro APC no pro PDP but I follow events closely |
