I knew some of u that were raised in abusive homes by abusive parents would descend into insults. It's about the law and for u to think that the law would be set aside to satisfy your ravenous desires defines why many of u may opt for suicide when all this ends. Go get a copy of d constitution and check if my claims are correct.
PoliticsSection 232(2) of Constitution Bar Supreme Court Frm Accepting Atiku's Evidence by Odibembem(op): 3:23pm On Oct 11, 2023
This is to educate us all so some don't start abusing the Judges when they deliver their judgment based on the constitution. Section 232 subsection 2 of the Nigerian constitution says and I quote verbatim:

"Provided that no original jurisdiction shall be conferred on the Supreme Court with respect to any criminal matter".

Now forgery is a criminal matter and Atiku is asking the Supreme Court to accept his evidence from d Chicago depositions and documents to conduct a criminal trial on President Tinubu and find him guilty of forgery and then disqualify him on that basis. But the constitution specifically divests such powers from the Supreme Court, they can't do any original criminal trial except on appeal hence they will throw out Atiku's motion. The constitution has tied their hands so don't abuse them.

What Atiku needs to do is to gather his evidence and approach the Nigerian Police who will assign an IPO to the case. The IPO will do his report and with it prosecute Tinubu in a magistrate court and find Tinubu guilty of forgery. If Tinubu doesn't appeal, Atiku can now take the judgement to the Supreme Court as evidence and have them disqualify Tinubu on that basis. Unfortunately for Atiku, Tinubu as president has immunity from prosecution, his option is to wait till 2027 if Tinubu loses reelection and another person is sworn in or wait till 2031 when Tinubu would had completed two terms and cease to be President. This is the bitter truth, it doesn matter how much people abuse or mock people, even Atiku's lawyers know and they have told him but he has told them to still go ahead, a typical Nigerian politician is incurably optimistic, it's like a form of cocaine they inhale.

So you will agree with me that the only reason why Israel is refusing to give up Palestine is pride as it views all terrories taken during the 6day war as war bounty and nothing more. Even when you look at the map....it's disjointed with places in Israel and Palestine intertwined you can't even clearly make out Israel land.

Yes I agree....the Palestinians lost a war with Israel and the land.

But does that justify the apatheid in the 21st century?
Is that enough reason to blockade a people and make their land the largest open air prison worldwide?
If u trace back this conflict, u will read that the UN initially was an arbitrator before d establishment of Israel and had a partition plan which gave Israel only about 30% and d Arabs ( cos no one was called Palestinians then, both Jews and Arabs were Palestinians) were allowed 70%. While d Jews accepted d UN partition, d Arabs rejected it cos they believed they had the upper hand to crush the Jews. War followed and d Jews defeated them and expanded far beyond what d UN plan gave them in d interest of their security. Do u blame them? Cos they had to fight and defeat 5 or 6 Arab states combined and in every war they kept defeating d Arabs and extending their territory. Those Arabs only became Palestinians after d 1967 war when Israel took East Jerusalem and West Bank
My take is that both sides have to make concessions. But d Palestinians are d weaker side whether they accept it or not and have to make more concessions. But Hamas won't allow them. In Gaza today, no elections have been held in almost 20 yrs, what legitimacy does Hamas have to rule them? But any little protest against Hamas, d people will be executed. So Hamas has to be crushed totally so that d Palestinians can breathe and elect a reasonable group of people who would be able to negotiate, make compromises and deliver a Palestinian state for them. I tell u with Hamas, d status quo will remain

Pls this is not about Obi. After all we are even yet to see the so called certificate or teacher training or whatever Atiku has from ABU before he jumped to do his so called Masters. We are interested in his qualifying documents that admitted him to that program. We want to know what was Atiku's birth name. What's d name in his primary school certificate? Did he change the name to Saddiq Abubakar? On what basis and where is the affidavit? We won't accept anything backdated. Then he suddenly became Saddiq then when he wanted to start working in custom he became Atiku again. It's obvious being a cameroonian he used someone's GCE to get a job in Custom. Do u know the number of eligible Nigeria s he cheated in the process? That's criminal and he shouldn't go free. People can't keep using fraud to cheat the rest of the country
PoliticsAtiku Or Saddiq Abubakar Stands Disqualified also, Peter Obi Is Lastman Standing by Odibembem(op):
New evidence indicates that Atiku Abubakar submitted the WAEC certificate of another person, Sadiqq Abubakar to INEC which is a clear case of impersonation and forgery. His claim that he wrote the exam with that name then changed his name later to Atiku Abubakar and later swore an affidavit to that effect shows that the man is an embodiment of fraud itself cos he claims his primary school documents bear Atiku Abubakar while he joined custom with d name Atiku Abubakar without explanation while Saddiq Abubakar suddenly appeared and disappeared. Indications are that the affidavit may had only been sworn recently and backdated which is fraud in itself. Serious investigations are ongoing as to the real identity of Saddiq and those who perpetrated the affidavit and once that is established, Peter Obi would become the only man standing. Dear Obidients, behold a clear path to Aso Rock. As for Atiku all the assets he used that fake certificate to acquire by virtue of being a Custom officer should be forfeited to the Nigerian state.

iwaeda:
The Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar has explained the discrepancies in his Senior School Certificate Examination, SSCE, certificate.

Atiku offered the clarification through Dele Momodu, one of his aides, on Tuesday in a post on his social media platform, X.

According to Momodu, the clarification became necessary following allegations of forgery against his principal by members of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.

Some members of the APC had questioned the name ”Sadiq Abubakar” in Atiku’s WAEC certificate as against his other credentials.

However, Momodu said he forwarded the accusations to the former Vice President, who also provided an answer for the discrepancy.

Momodu wrote, ”The APC busybodies have been bombarding me with allegations of forgery against my Principal, ALHAJI ATIKU ABUBAKAR (GCON), which I immediately forwarded to him and here is his copious response: ‘Yes I used Sadiq Abubakar to sit for my WAEC and after passing my exams I went to swear an affidavit to say I am the same person as ATIKU Abubakar. I went to ABU as Atiku Abuakar and passed my Exams as Atiku Abubakar. Interviewed as Atiku Abubakar by the Federal Civil Service Commission and hired into the Customs Service as Atiku Abubakar. So where is forgery there?’ – ATIKU ABUBAKAR

”CAN THE APC social media bullies forward the deluge of questions in circulation to their boss and get instant and direct response…
I SALUTE ALHAJI ATIKU ABUBAKAR…”

https://dailypost.ng/2023/10/10/why-my-waec-certificate-bears-sadiq-abubakar-atiku-responds-to-forgery-allegation/
If Atiku has the same Atiku Abubakar in his Pry Sch cert from his Pry school, then he presented a WAEC certificate bearing Saddiq Abubakar only to return to Atiku Abubakar and claim he has sworn an affidavit, then it could mean he used d certificate of someone else. A clear case of forgery is obvious here. We need to see d affidavit to know when and why he changed his name. Obidients see food, if both Atiku and Tinubu are disqualified, Peter Obi becomes president. Obidients rise!!

Ramallah,
Bethlehem,
Nablus,
Hebron,
Jericho,
Jenin,
Tulkarm,
Qalqilya,
Tubas,
Salfit.
Gaza City

They are also demanding control over three more cities

Askelon,
Gath,
East Jerusalem - which may be theirs in the near future.

Ashkelon: Throughout history, Ashkelon never belonged to Israel but instead was historically associated with the Philistines, even in biblical accounts. However, Israel took over the city in the 1940s and filled it with Jewish refugees from Europe after World War II

Gath: This is another significant Philistine city that has been present since ancient times. It was one of the largest cities in the Middle East and is famously known as the birthplace of the biblical figure Goliath.

East Jerusalem: The entire city of Jerusalem was originally founded by the Canaanites before Israel claim that God has given it to them.

In an effort to achieve peace, Jerusalem was divided into two parts - West Jerusalem controlled by Israel, and East Jerusalem controlled by Palestine.

However, Israel unlawfully took control of East Jerusalem. They have been demolishing Palestinian houses and buildings ever since then which has been widely critized by many people, even the UN.
Palestinians are Arabs not Canaanites or Jebusites. They migrated to those lands after the rise of Islam and even more recently cos Arafat himself was an Egyptian. Jerusalem was never the capital of an Arab state, educate me if it was. Caliph Omar took it cos of it's importance as a place of pilgrimage to Christians as it generated much revenue. Salahadeen also took it from d Crusaders and after them d city had no importance to Arabs till Israel took it from Jordan in 1967. The attachment of Arabs and Muslims to Jerusalem is over a so called Alaqsa mosque they claim is their 4th holiest site, a place never mentioned in their Quran, never visited by Mohammed, just a manufacture of Islamic scholars. Almost all nations were formed by war and conquest, from d US to Russia to Germany to France to Turkey to d Arab states. The Palestinians fought a war and lost so let them negotiate knowing that d losers in a war can never leave d negotiating table with the longer end of the stick. Problem with people like you is that you dont understand that there is a difference between being landlocked and having access to the sea

A lot of Nigerias think that having access to the sea means having coatline, thats not true

The River Niger may run through Niger Republic through Nigeria to the Sea, but Niger Republic is so far from the sea that their access to sea is neither here no r there. However, the South East is not only close to the Sea, it has many tributaries going across it and running directly to the sea, some in Abia are as short as just 15 nautical miles to the sea. It may shock some people to know that Portharcourt whaf is 18 Nautical miles to the Sea

Assuming the South East becomes a seperate country from Nigeria, thats where the UN Convention On Laws Of The Sea(UNCLOS) will take effect. That water way that runs from Abia to the sea, even though it may run through Rivers State and Akwa Ibom, is not owned by Nigeria. You can only own land, nobody owns Rivers
Does Kogi state have access to the sea?

I clearly state that these are some Benin city walls, I even state the location: ring road.
As for your 200 m comment, you just keep going on tangents. Even the fence of an ordinary average sized house will rarely be less than 200 m, the perimetre of a football field is 400 metres, and you are saying that the palace walls were less than 200 m long. And you got those extraordinary measurements from your time travelling I guess.

I believe I gave you an other picture in which I also clearly state that I believe that is the picture of a part of the wall which is subject of your tirade of hatred.

You are the one who was fed a fable, you feed yourself a fable out of jealousy. The great walls of Benin are in the Guinness book of records, your jealousy and your fable will remain in your head.

History denialism is not new, it is just an other form of conspiracy theory, your mind can't accept facts and you try to force your mental illness upon others. For the last time, the wall was witnessed and written about for hundreds of years. Now don't quote me again and perhaps you should end your obsession about Benin and rather talk about your own people. I'm tired of always having all these mentally ill Nigerians obsessing about my people for one reason or the other. It seems every mentally ill Nigerian believes Edo people owe him explanations.
For your information I am an Edo man, my fore fathers paid homage to the reverred Omonoba, I have a sacred duty to ensure honesty and integrity in any history of d great Empire of Benin. Did u say those walls are in Ring Road? It is tiring talking to fools who believe they have cracked the code of human knowledge.
Things disappear over time, dome things don't, it is as simple as that. The British destroyed the walls of Benin in 1897, not just with bombs and fire, but also by destroying Benin empire which had the duty of maintaining the wall. Obviously I'm not an architect, nor an archaeologist, but the latter have been complaining that Nigeria was failing it's duty to maintain the wall leading to it fading away.
Picture of some Benin city walls taken in 1897.

This is what Ringroad looked like in 1897. These walls are also similar with the defensive walls of Benin city, walls which were observed by European visitors right from the 1400's and whose trace were still noticed by archeologists. But yeah the likes of you think it is all a conspiracy, even though we are talking about a thing which was written about by eyewitnesses since the 1400's (hundreds of years of people witnessing it and writing about it) and even today, archeologists write about it. You of course have cracked the code of human knowledge.
The picture here is d earthen wall made from red clay round d Oba's palace, they were tiny walls not more than 200m in length, don't be deceived. Is this what u guys are referring to? Pls rest, u have been fed a fable

The wall goes FAR beyond Benin city, and is a KINGDOM RAMPART.

Oh sure, scientists and researchers in Europe, America, journalists, etc just decided ''we are so bored, so let us invent this monster wall in Benin city which never existed, just to titillate ourselves.''.

Your hatred of Benin is clouding your judgement.
Only traces of Benin defensive walls still exist today, the British leveled those walls in the war of 1897 which opposed Benin empire to the British empire. So asking to see the walls today is a little bit strange, like asking to speak to a dead man which you also ask for when telling people to go and speak to egherevba. By the way, contrary to your claim, egherevba was not in anyway "the leading authority" in Benin history, actually egherevba is just a man who wrote stories for his PhD in university of Ibadan, he called his stories: short history of Benin. But he seems to not have known how to actually conduct historical research, he just put a bunch of stories with no substantiation, his stories were oriented towards a pro-yoruba perspective which was very well received by his Yoruba university (mystery solved). You also do not seem to understand how history is researched, you seem to think all you need is to quote a person who has the same views as you and then hype that person as "the leading authority", therefore making your argument like a word from the gospel.
History is researched through eye-witness written documents! All the Europeans who visited the capital of Benin empire/kingdom (the capital is Benin city), talk about the walls, you see: eyewitness written records.

It is also strange that you think these infos can be found on archives even though, our ancestors didn't have a written form of language! You clearly have a learning disability. You don't understand the concept of time, I see many Nigerians with this mental disability.
My friend think, use your head and think. The pyramids of Egypt were constructed 4000 years ago, they suffered pillage and vandalization for 3000 years yet their ruins are still there for anyone to see. The ruins of d Incas cities in Peru over 500 years old don't need a satellite or helicopter to see, they are still there for d naked eyes. U say the walls of Benin were felled by d British in 1897, that's just about 125 years ago yet zero sign of them. Did d British carry their army with bombs and dynamites all around Benin blasting d walls? If they were as majestic as d great walls of China with d length u are claiming, how reasonable for a 19th century army to effectively bring down such a wall without any trace of rubble just 125 years later? Look, there is Legend, there is Myth and there is Fable. This is 100% fable, even worse than that of Arualan who used to use palm trees as broom to sweep and as chewing stick and Iyenugholo his witch doctor. BTW Arualan's statue is adorned in Ring Road with a tree in his hands in a sweeping position, u can also argue that he aactually was a historical reality and used palm trees to sweep. What Benin has is d great Moat, not Walls.

The Oba of Benin is famed, too majestic to live in that ringroad palace, our people and govt need to go to a huge expanse of land, in d outskirts of Benin, build a huge palace that befits d majesty of d omonoba, site a royal museum in that vicinity, build six lane roads with huge walkways and site some natural wildlife (not violent wildlife oh) enroute to d palace to attract tourists like Burkingham which looks like everyday is Christmas while retaining d old palace in ringroad. This is what we should be doing not creating fables and consoling ourselves with lies of things we never had. What matters now is what we have and d present palace is nothing to write home about. A more majestic palace for d Omonoba should be d song!

Na nonsense judgement those judges gave that day.
Trader too is calling judgement nonsense cos u also heard others call it nonsense. It was full of sense, well delivered with proper citations and precedents. Peter Obi did not win, he can't win and he will never win

His mum is Igbo. And my brother, what are you even saying, struggling to justify just 1 out all the Greedily- hoarded Financial Authority, Control and even Leadership Positions in all other Sections over Nigeria that time. Ashiwaju Tinubu is by far greatly Fair when compared to these 2 Predecessors of his.
I am an Asiwaju fan, a BATist to d core but when I see an error, it's obligatory on me to correct that error which is all I just did. How do u know Jim's mum is Ibo? In Nigeria we identify by our fathers tribe and u can't keep checking d maternal line of everyone before u establish their tribe. He graduated from my dept in Uniben and when I was there, he was appointed chair of NASB, we used to invite him for NUASA programs and he always honoured our IV. We know him as a Bini man and that's what he always identified with.
PoliticsRe: Point Of Correction By Senator Ita Giwa. This Is Who Iam by Odibembem: 5:38am On Sep 19, 2023
ETIIKO:
As a public figure of several decades standing, my antecedents are widely known. Nevertheless, it has become necessary to restate who I am and correct some misleading information made about my person.
My name is Florence Mayen Ita-Giwa (Asibong Ita, was also my maiden native Efik name). I was born on the 19th of February 1946. Although I do not have a birth certificate, I have an age declaration document sworn to by my late Mother, which I have used all my life. My mother almost died of post-partum hemorrhage during my birth at the hospital; a situation which was made worse as the hospital did not have a blood bank. The story of the circumstances of my birth stuck in my memory, and because of it I donated a blood bank to the hospital, much later in life.
My late Father, Obong Ofiong Umoh Ita Ofiong, was a traditional Ruler in Atabong, Bakassi. He attended Methodist Boys’ High School, Oron (founded in 1905) back in the early 20th century. His parents’ choice to send him to school in Oron was influenced by the fact that Archibong Town, and then James Town, both in Bakassi, were the first ports of call of the Methodist Church Mission in Nigeria in 1893. And, when the Mission set up its first school in these parts, it was natural that my late Father would be educated there. My mother, the late Chief (Mrs.) Beatrice Bassey Ita, was at first a school teacher before venturing into journalism and becoming a renowned pioneering female journalist in South East of Nigeria. Her parents were from the Ekpo Abasi Royal House of Calabar, and their family house was No. 19 Boco Street at Bayside of Calabar South Local Government Area in Cross River State, where I grew up right from infancy until we moved to No. 55 Beecroft Street, also at Bayside in Calabar South. I vividly recall how my Mom used to entertain family and friends with tea in the afternoons; a veritable vestige of Calabar's affinity with the culture of the British colonialists.
I started my education as a girl-child at the renowned Duke Town Primary School, Calabar (with a history dating back to 1846) before attending The Edgerly Memorial Girls’ School, also in Calabar. I took up Nursing as a Profession and went for training in it at Aba in the present-day Abia State, although my dear Mother had wished that I went into journalism like her. If there is anything like re-incarnation, I will still choose to belong to the noble profession of Nursing.
My late mother was an avowed Zikist, who worked as a correspondent for the Zik Group of Newspapers in Calabar. She eventually sought transfer to Aba in order to remain close and keep watch over me while I was undergoing my studies. The Nigerian civil war broke out while we were in Aba, and my mother and family chose to remain in the "Biafran" territory for the entire duration of the War until it ended in January 1970. I never set eyes on any federal troop or officer until when the war ended while we were at Ahiara, where we had fled to, having lost everything we owned in life. That is the closest exposure I had to fighting that raged between the armed forces during the Civil War. A Nigerian Military officer rescued us alongside other relatives and graciously arranged for our safe passage to Calabar. Sometime after we arrived in Calabar, I recall that my mother was briefly detained by the Federal authorities as was the late Margaret Ekpo. My mother was eventually employed by the Sketch Newspaper as the South Eastern State correspondent at the time, and Aremo Segun Osoba, who was its Managing Director. The photograph of myself, Ndidi Okereke Onyuike the former Director General of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, and the late Cecilia Ekpenyong, the former Deputy Governor of Cross River State, which appeared in a book written by Brigadier General Alabi Isama was taken at a party in Port Harcourt sometime in the middle of 1970, long after the Civil War had ended.
I proceeded to the Kilburn Polytechnic London to train as a Medical Secretary. At the end of my studies, after my field work experience at the cancer follow-up department and periodontal department of the university college Hospital Gower Street, London, on the strict insistence of my mother, I returned to Nigeria and was immediately employed by Beecham Laboratories as a Medical Representative. After receiving some training in Pharmaceutical Detailing, I was then posted to be in charge of the company’s Northern Nigeria operations. After doing a good job at Beecham, I got head-hunted by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals and was appointed the Medical Representative in charge of Lagos State. I thereafter left paid employment to found Flobett Pharmacy and Med-Equip Limited, with branches at No. 1 Norman Williams Street, Ikoyi, and No. 1 Kofo Abayomi Street, Apapa – both in Lagos. Med-Equip Limited was an accredited agent of AJ Seward Medical Equipment UK and won a contract to fully equip seven 30-bed military hospitals (MRS) in different parts of Nigeria, including Zuru in Bornu State, Owode in Ogun State and Ibawa in Akwa Ibom State. To this day, I am still able to conceptualize and set up a hospital from the reception to the morbid section.
I joined politics, contested elections and won four very difficult contests starting from 1991, each time on “opposition party” platforms. I voluntarily opted out of seeking elective office to allow space for the next generation to express themselves in Nigerian politics, after my outing as Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 2003. As a law maker, I attended a course on Legislative Management at the Thames Valley University, London. I am currently working on a book on “Legislative Management and Parliamentary Lobbying” with the objective of sharing knowledge with the next generation of politicians, public office holders and the general public.
Apart from my daughter, I have 15 other lovely children that I brought out from the Creeks of Bakassi and single-handedly weaned, nurtured and groomed into responsible and promising persons; to the glory of God Almighty. The youngest of them is now nine years old. She was rescued from the creeks of Bakassi at just four months old. Today, she attends one of the best private schools in Calabar. I also have a pair of 14-year-old twin boys whose parents were killed right in their presence at the age of four. They both attend what is considered one of the best high schools in Calabar, Access School. Most of my other children have graduated from the best private universities in Nigeria and Ghana as Petroleum Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Computer Engineers and so on. In my family there are no titles or divisions, because I believe that a child is a child, no matter how he or she came into this world. All these children are mine, given to me by God. And, I am committed to training them into good and worthy citizens of Nigeria, complete with strong family values, love, respect and compassion for their fellow human beings.
It is common knowledge that a typical Calabar lady’s physiological issue cannot be “aesthetic augmentation”, but ‘reduction’. Besides, aesthetic procedures are not normally done under general anesthesia. So, a third-party or next-of-kin is not usually needed, unless there are underlying conditions which may be considered threats to the procedure, thereby warranting the assurance of a relative as surety. It is a fact that, 18 years ago I underwent liposuction (fat reduction) around my hips; a feature I obviously inherited from my late Mother. This was public knowledge, as I had informed the media. I do not do things and hide in the shadows, or are ashamed of. Nobody leaked any secret, as that procedure was public knowledge. I have consistently counselled younger women not to be scared of ageing, as it is an inevitable phase of life, but rather they should embrace the prospect of ageing gracefully and beautifully in good health, by embracing a healthy lifestyle and seeking any wholesome and safe medical intervention needed.
On a final note, I have always advised career women and female politicians to stay strong and courageous, and not to ever cave into the threats or bullying or blackmail of chauvinists and other predators, irrespective of their gender.
This is who I am. It is well. God bless you all.

Senator (Princess) Dame Dr. Florence Ita-Giwa, OON, KSW

From forcing his People on every stratas and sections of Leadership to trying to Use RUGA Law to Hijack the indigenous Fatherlands and Ancestral Homelands of Nigerians for his People being massively brought in from other Countries not Africa, coupled with intentional Silence as Nigerians were being unprecedentedly massacred Nationally on their Farmlands and in Village Homes, it is unarguable that Nigeria witnessed the most heartlessly Nepotistic Presidency under Buhari.

But as for Goodluck Azikuwe Jonathan blatant Nepotism(some say he was pocketed and his Government was hijacked), it was epidemic in all sections of Leadership too. To clearly remind s ourselves what happened in all Ministries during Jonathan era, let's use Ministry of Finance under Okonjo-Iweala as example IN CASE YOU MISSED…

This was how Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Jonathan’s Minister of Finance, then thought it fit, to arrange Nigeria’s finance sector. -

At the moral level where Peter Obi is at the moment, Tinubu can only dream of it

In terms of morality, Tinubu can't lace Peter Obi shoes
With such high moral level, it shouldn't take an effort for him to release his transcripts so we are waiting eagerly for him

But the gender in Tinubu's transcript is FEMALE grin grin
That's never in d CSU document, not in d released Tinubu transcript. The admission letter was addressed to Mr. A. Tinubu. Can Mr be female? Secondly d so called female gender is in d copy obtianed by a certain Mike Enahoro bearing Daley College and indications are that he altered d gender himself to sell a dummy to Atiku who out of greed believe that's his route to be president so he paid Mike alot of money for it. Now Mike is not coming to court to tell them exactly where he got that document from. Someone is going to go to prison for forgery here and it may just be Mike or Atiku himself who unfortunately hates to enter d US for some reasons

My friend don't lie and pretend, Igbos are angry and embittered that Obi lost. How do u even try to deny that? Go to the comment section of any social media news or handle or check out any Igbo celebrity or so called content creator, they are angry and cursing over the loss if Obi. Who is threatening d judiciary and co over d election tribunal? It's Igbos. So don't pretend u guys don't want d presidency,u guys want d presidency like mad just that unforty u don't have d means of getting it cos u don't know how to play politics.
