Why are you guys afraid of free and fair election in Nigeria , Nigerians are insisting on normal manual paper voting, manual counting in front of voters then signatures and stamp of officials, then scan and transmit result electronically to serve for everyone to see results. You guys keep on running halter scalter on simple process that will eliminate rigging in Nigeria elections.

I am really not clear about the agitation. So is Nigeria not practicing this today? I assume thats what Irev does.
It is not compulsory, when they make it compulsory, it will go along way to prevent manipulation of results after voting.
PoliticsNigerians Are Only Calling For Electronic Transmission Of Manual Voting by Odingo1(op): 12:15am On Feb 11
Nigerians are calling for electronic transmission of results after manual voting not electronic voting. That will prevent rewriting of paper result as seen in previous elections. We all know this and some people keep on supporting evil, that is why black countries are not progressing because they are corrupt.
PoliticsRe: Elon Musk: I Will Never Endorse E-voting, It Is The easiest Way To Rig Election by Odingo1: 12:10am On Feb 11

SportsRe: Gay Referee, Pascal Kaiser Attacked For Proposing To His Boyfriend In Public by Odingo1: 12:20am On Feb 10
HacheNoire:
Smoking, alcohol and cultism has done more damage to humanity than gays and lesbians.

You said it’s a habit, but it inconveniences people, takes life and stems crime. But to you, it’s a habit. What have gays and lesbians taking from mankind?

Analyze what you stated. So if being gay is one’s habit, it should be justified since he derives pleasure of it.

You cannot make it make sense.
In as much it is true that smoking, alcohol and cultism have taken more life, gayism and lesbianism will damage the society more by increasing usage of dangerous drugs, most of them don’t use condom and have multiple partners, so more diseases in circulation.
It will also reduce the numbers of men available for women to marry.
SportsRe: Gay Referee, Pascal Kaiser Attacked For Proposing To His Boyfriend In Public by Odingo1: 11:46pm On Feb 09
HacheNoire:
Have you ever told a smoker, alcoholic or cultist to do his art in private? No, you have not.

Gay and Lesbians are your problem.

What does it take or add to you?
The act is not worthy of emulation, if left unchecked, it will corrupt the society. Smoking or alcohol drinking is a habit. If many people become gays it will affect the society. The act is also more prone to STDs disease because most don’t use protection condom and do drugs.
SportsRe: Gay Referee, Pascal Kaiser Attacked For Proposing To His Boyfriend In Public by Odingo1: 11:39pm On Feb 09
HacheNoire:
The culprits should be arrested and made to face the full wrath of the law.

Why taking tramadol on how a man chooses to live his life.

Do you beat up smokers and alcoholics for doing their thing?

I just don’t see how these people affect anything, cos of you really call it societal ills, you will have to abolish many things before it gets to them.
They should do it in their closet not in the public

Foreign AffairsRe: Spain To Grant Legal Status To Half A Million Undocumented Migrants by Odingo1: 9:01am On Jan 28
Atleast it will favor Africans although they are not much in number like South Americans.

Spain favors South Americans because they don’t need to learn a new language since they already speak Spanish or Portuguese.

Starlink is coming, MTN should be prepared. Once there's a mobile starlink, all these network extorting poor people will be decentralized.
Which starlink ?, starlink is already in Nigeria and very expensive. It is not affordable to the masses for now maybe in the future.

As of May 2025, the residential plan is approximately ₦57,000 per month, with a one-time hardware kit cost of around ₦690,000.

Because the Yoruba people are alpha tribe.

That’s why everything is being concentrated in the SW, even the air you breathe and the land you walk on.
Is the same you guys that are crying foul that other people are residing in large numbers in Lagos after you people finish taking all food to Lagos then you will want to relax and eat it alone. You guys are not sincere people.
PoliticsRe: Tinubu Approves Oil Drilling On Tongeji Island, Olokola Port Gets Green Light by Odingo1: 8:51pm On Jan 22
Everything is being concentrated in SW zone, what happens to other parts of Nigeria like eastern seaports in Calabar, Rivers or Warri. This is not healthy for a country that want to be widely developed.

RaptorX:
Even if you return before your visa expires, if they refuse to refund you what are you going to do, yes absolutely nothing. Your money don enter Trump pocket, you better use your money to enjoy your life in Nigeria instead of dashing America.
Is not possible for them not to refund the money because it is being backed law unless if the person flaunts some immigration rules why on visit in USA. There will be clear terms and conditions. Developed countries are not like Nigeria where anything goes.
TravelRe: US Introduces $15,000 Visa Bond For Nigerians, by Odingo1: 8:47pm On Jan 07
But the money is refundable, the deposit ranges from 5K, 10K or 15K depending on your travel experience or visa officer discretion and is refunded if the person return back to his country after the visit, fair enough that is to discourage illegal migration and visa overstay.

give her space like I said earlier , send no money during this time and watch her reaction. What you see or notice during this period will automatically give you the push or stop button. You will not lose your life for trying to be a good husband
Ok let me do that because I am still funding her that is why she felt that what she did doesn’t have weight. I have try to engage her for her to explain to me the reason why she did that, she only told me that she have already apologised that I am the one that allow the devil by rejecting her proposal.
PoliticsRe: Consumers Pay ₦1.13 Trillion Electricity Bill Despite Blackouts by Odingo1: 8:36am On Jan 07
nairalanda1:
1.Because the government does not want to make everyone pay cost reflective tarrifs. Too unpopular
2.Because Nigerians do not want to pay cost reflectitve tarrifs. Too unpopular
3.Right now,we all need to pay between N230-300 per kwh to get enough light...eventually. Nigerians will start shouting poverty and oppression and refuse to pay
4.Because government wanted to reduce subsidy payments for power, so they created the band A thing.
It doesn’t make sense that some people have reasonable more power supply via band A while others are in blackout. In a reasonable country there will be protest over that, that is discrimination among citizens. A Government should give light to its citizens on equal basis without these stories. Everyone should pay equal tariffs, if citizens can’t pay then that is failure by that government to provide job opportunities and thriving business opportunities to it citizens so that they can pay for their living expenses. If everyone is in band A, a prepaid meter will be supplied to all households, if anyone can’t pay, they can regulate how much they pay by switching off their lights when it is not needed.

my dear, say no more.

Follow my advise, leave the house and do it urgently.

Don't say a single word to her. Before you leave, try and record some of her actions and even say how she threatened you with arson. Now leave the house and move to a close friend or better still an hotel, block her line and make sure she is not allowed in your office.

Let her take care of herself for two weeks , watch and see if her brain will reset within this two weeks, if she is remorseful, forgive her , warn her sternly , limit some things and move on but if she is not , guy you are on your own. You never marry me that.

I love marriages but not to the extent of you losing your life to one crazy woman. What is now the essence of that marriage ?
Thanks for your advice, well noted, I doubt if she can change because if she mellow down at any other provocation she can attack, that is my headache now, I have forgiven her but how can someone hold lighter in her hand threatening to light someone up with fuel over disagreement.

nairalanda1:
1.Band A pay cost reflective tarrifs. Band B, C, D, E don't
2.Band A can pay as high as n230 or more. Band C maybe n160, or less. Band B is around 180 naira...
3.Band A consumers are being rewarded for paying more in power supply, not for being 'rich'. One can be rich and live in a band C area, one can be poor and live in a band A area.
4. The difference between cost of power and the actual tarifis payed by Band B-E is supposed to be made up by a subsidy from government, which government is still struggling to pay, and even if they paid, it isn't enough
Why should government divide electricity supply in various bands with only band A having reasonable light. Why not keep everyone on the same tariff and supply light on equal basis to all. Which countries practice such discriminatory power supply in world.

And you are in Band D and E and know the 'truth '?
Many of you are so dishonest in your feedback that it beggars belief to think of what you really want aside bad for every one.

I know folks in that band and know they pay far less and recieve electricity for certain period of the day and it's constant. I equally know people who protested being moved to band A because they don’t want 24 hour electricity.

Electricity supply has remarkably improved so much that it's now 24 hour constant for weeks!

Stop this unpatriotic act of running down the country to satisfy your itchy ears for bad news. When government does well, you will not die if you acknowledge it.
You are a liar, that you are paid to support a government doesn’t mean you should be gaslighting people on something that is visible to everyone, electricity have not improved, blackout is everywhere. In portharcourt there is sound of Generators everywhere. No any improvement except those in Band A and why should there be different bands in a serious country. Some have light others don’t have. Useless government. Even in Lagos there was blackouts in Surulere and many other places.
PoliticsRe: Consumers Pay ₦1.13 Trillion Electricity Bill Despite Blackouts by Odingo1: 8:03am On Jan 07
It is a shame that there is no light in Nigeria. Blackout everywhere. Only Band A have a reasonable power supply. Why should there be band A, D etc, why can’t everyone one have equal amount of power supply in Nigeria. Why the discrimination between the poor and the rich.

There are some poison that kills small small, your enemy won't die until the next 3 year , you will just fall sick, and people will think your enemy died of natural death ...

You open a lab for her which means she's a medical student. You are living with what will kill you last last. If everything you've said is true and you didn't add anything to it.

What she showed you is preamble ... Once she has a child , if the child is a male child forget it , you are gone .
Hmm nawaoo, what will make someone go to such an extent after being good to the person. Is well sha, I have to quit. I did not add anything, rather I cut the story short. I struggled hard to retrieve the lighter from her hand because she is attempting to go for the fuel in the Gen tank.
