Language is not a barrier for starters

I have someone there and going to 3years now working and it’s now he want to enroll for language class

Not true, language is a big barrier, that person must be an international student or asylum seeker that carry goods in DHL or Amazon then later enroll in language class. A job seeker without knowledge of German will not get job in Germany except in few IT sector.

You can easily get jobs to offload containers or carry goods in a company in Germany but they cannot change your job seeking visa to working visa with that kind of job. International student is entitled to work anywhere for survival but when they graduate they need to speak German to get a good job that can change their student visa to work resident permit.

Anybody telling you that you can work in Germany without speaking German is lying to you except if you are in IT, for working in healthcare you need a minimum of B1. Those who work in Germany without speaking German are mainly international student who carry goods in Dhl, Amazon or asylum seekers that offload containers or carry heavy irons.
