What does the correction form entails? Is it for those that have mispelt names or those that later add a third name to their Jamb instead of d normal two names they used in their Waec? Tell us abt it

it is a form used for correcting(as d name implies) any irregularities of any kind in d student's documents. it is submitted to your clearance supervisor den transferred to d senate for issuing their verdict. den transferred bk to d studrnt ,from den on you know wat to do

My middle name was also abbreviated not in my Waec bt in my jamb. My Waec carried just my two names surname and my first name while my Jamb carried my surname ; first Name and the abbreviation of my middle name. Waec : Samuel Obi Jamb Samuel Obi B

I don't know wether to stil sworn an affidavit even though it shows that am d same person in both waec and jamb due to d the abbreviation of my middle name I later added to my jamb. Any staylite with similar case could contribute to lead us through. Any need for affidavit?

Which correction form? Ok what abt those that have names issue. Not that they mispelt their names o. Those that use two names in their Waec (Like Surname +First Name e.g Samuel Obi ) then later use 3 names in their jamb ( Like Surename + First Name + Middle Name E.g Samuel Obi Clement or Samuel Obi C ) will such people have any issue during clearance for the fact that they added their middle name during jamb registration but that middle name was nt in their Waec any issue?

I saw some. but it was mainly date of birth issue. name is a small tyn. A girl I know was a victim. it was painful o. The painful tyn is DAT, they paid acceptance fee

if u have a prob DAT warrants correction form, you have to fill,den d senate will seat on your issue, if you a certified to clear, you clear, if not ..... you know d rest. I was cleared after matriculation, it was not a small tyn

forget DAT affidavit of name I had similar issue even less. in our tym weda affidavit or not u must fill. its wen u are certified DAT u might b asked to bring d declaration

We learn every day. The fact that u're in ur Penultimate year doesn't mean u know it all. Nobody would quarel u if u didn't state ur personal info in ur affidavits in ur time. But things change with time and is expected of us to change with trend of things. If u didn't put it in urs does that stop me from soliciting others to take note? How can one swear affidavits to a school without stating his personal info related to the school like ur Reg No, Course, Department and Faculty? I told u they already have the format in their system in the court where I did mine. If anyone need an affidavit they will only edit those info I stated above and replace them wit urs. U ain't the one sweaing the Oath or maybe u did urs outside Court environment thats why they didn't include those essential personal info. Always try and learn from others even if u know it all there are still things u do not know. I only solicited others to take note to include those info to their affidavits for those that haven't done theirs but u saw it as not important simply because u didn't include them to urs in ur time. Is that good of a penulmitate Icon?
