My sister recently got to know from here 3 years old daughter that she has been sexually molested by a non-admin staff of her child school. She said her husband has hip all blames on her for this and he has bluntly refused to go with her to report the issue to the school authority saying he would send them an email rather, she said she told him sending email is not enough rather they should go to the school authority together to report but her hussy isn't bulging for reasons best known to him. When she reported the issue to me I feel it's both party that should go to the school authority but on a second thought, he can use the mail system also. I became a little bit confused myself and decided to ask for your take on this. If her hussy is refusing to go, who can she go with...me? Please mas and sirs help a sister out
Take a lawyer along, sue the school and arrest the staff

PoliticsA Strong Case For One Nigeria By Bar Ezike by odysey(op): 2:49am On Jul 12, 2017
Biafra is a state of being.
Until we have achieved that state of being, the desired geopolitical region remains at risk. So we must pursue both tasks together.

And the State of Being is as follows:
We have to do as the Catalonians do in Spain.
When they realized that the Castelianos (Madrid) will never voluntarily or easily give them Independencia, the Catalonians (Barcelona) decided to turn inwards and develop their region Technologically, Economically and Infrastructurally - and now they are the economic powerhouse of Spain.

The same thing is with Bayern in Germany. When Germany was declaring itself as a nation, Bayern (Bavaria) had the choice to stay out and be a country on its own (like Austria did) . Instead it opted to stay within a greater Germany and become it's best part. Today Bavaria is the most technologically and economically powerful region in Germany - and it has the whole of Germany now as its primary and biggest market.

The same thing is with California in the USA.
It's not only the biggest economy WITHIN the US, it's also the 6th largest economy in the World!
However, this is only because it is within the US and can leverage on all the synergies that come with that, that it can be so powerful.
If it were suddenly to try to break away overnight stand alone, as a competitor against the rest of the US, things would not be so easy.

Nigeria does not fear IPOB as is. Infact they WANT IPOB to challenge them, so they can militarily wage war on the Igbos.
IPOB at present is not the Biafra that Nigeria fears.
They fear the Biafra that becomes like Catalonia, like Bavaria, like California.
That's the Biafra they fear.
So they NEED this militant IPOB to give them an excuse to come and reduce Ala-Igbo to a wasteland again and turn back the hands of our clock once more to Zero, like they did in the last Civil War.
Even if we don't want and don't start any hostilities, they will use the slightest excuse or provocation or accident to send in their troops. Britain will support them and in the end USA will establish a military base in Igbo Land, to keep the peace. And that is how we will become occupied territory.

We have to be smart, and shift the battle to the field where we can win.

What I am saying is this: yes we will continue to ask for Referendum, like Catalonia does in Spain, like Scotland does in Great Britain.
But it is not Referendum that will give us the Biafra we need. And of course It is not guns that will give us Biafra, that we know.
As Igbos we have to conquer our chronic Individualism - and we have to pool our wealth, intelligence and efforts together to turn Ala-Igbo into a First World region, right here and now. But this is the most difficult thing for us because we are individualists! It is easier to protest.

The second point is: Our Governors. As much as we don't like them, we have to work on them.

If IPOB mobilises the people against the Governors, the same way it is mobilising them against the Federal Govt, you will see how fast things will change.
What will the governors do? Will they start shooting their own people? If a governor does that, where will that governor run to hide from the people's revenge? They have nowhere to go and hide. Your state is your home - so they MUST listen to the people. If the people are united. And IPOB can unite the people.

Instead of going to Abuja, the Governors should come together, put money together from their budget and start building a second Niger Bridge.

Computer Village in Lagos is full of Igbos.
The governors and leadership should put their moneys together and build TECHNOLOGY TOWN in Aba.

Put their money together and elevate Enugu Airport to a level HIGHER than Lagos or Abuja airport.
Things like that.

We need a world class Stock Exchange in Ala-Igbo. We can achieve that without the fed govt, because we own trading.

IPOB has already come up with a blueprint for an Igbo-wide democratic customary govt, the people's govt, very republican in nature, and this is good. This is power. Ironically, it might even be according to the nigerian constitution. If peacefully achieved, this can be the leverage with which to control the elected executive and legislative levels, if Nigeria stays together. And if Nigeria falls apart, then automatically we already have a framework state in operation.

If we are doing things like all this, Arewa will not need to issue quit notice - Igbos will come back in droves to build up Alaigbo.

The Igbo governors can execute and implement ANTI-OPEN-GRAZING LAWS in their states, and call on all indigenes to participate in monitoring it.
This will empower all Igbos and we will rid ourselves of these Fulani Herdsmen in no time.
This is a priority. Every passing day is too much.

Ekiti State did it.
Benue State has done it.
It's not impossible.
Why cannot the States of the South-East ALL do it as ONE?
Anti Grazing Law.
This will shake the Nigerian Govt more than asking for referendum.

IPOB has power. If they use it wisely they can bring about tremendous change in Ala-Igbo without a single drop of blood shed.

If Nigeria stays together, we Ala-Igbo have to become the most advanced region of Nigeria.
If Nigeria breaks up, we have to be ready to survive on our own. And at the moment, we are not yet ready. This is where we need to put our eyes into. Because the ball is already rolling.

What we want is for people to come and start investing in Ala-Igbo, from all over the world.
If that happens, everybody will protect Igbo land. Biafra will grow from within. - Hon. Barr. N. Ezike

For many years in this Country millions of Nigerians have been silent irrespective of the situation, this is because

1. they may be 'ignorant of 'the situation

2. they are benefiting directly or indirectly from the 'situation

3. It doesn't really 'affect' them etc

I'm a victim of the current situation in this country both directly and indirectly, I may have benefitted from her present state directly and indirectly

NONETHELESS I Refuse to be silent, the Nation is rotten to the core and now Many Nigerians are more aware of how great this country could have been if not for Politicians serving their own interests

I've tears in my eyes as I write this without electricity listening to the music played by my neighbors gen in this modern times when 24hrs Power should be a norm not a gift.

I read the published list of the kidnappers, I said to my self we have wealthy people in this country that are not politicians, why have they been silent (not blaming the victims), the country is going way and way under and Yet so many are quiet, silent hoping the problems will go away, hoping the government will swoop in and save the day

Over the past few weeks after reading about the happenings in the country my heart broke, victims are being victimized, CBN helping to put the economy under, the security agencies playing with our rights while murdering innocents and locking up people who call for Justice.

Are we going to continue been silent? A Wind of Change is blowing This is our opportunity to Speak up and be the Change
Listening to a lecturer years ago he said "the present generation has failed us"

I heard his silent question... What will your generation Do?

HealthRe: How My Only Child Was Killed By Doctor's Negligence - #JusticeForTobi {Pics} by odysey: 7:18pm On Jun 28, 2017
paulstrings:
A Grieving Mother { Mrs Stella Offor BAKARE} Is crying For Justice For Her Deceased Child.
Here is Her Account of what actually transpired:
=================================================================

Tobi, my only child (a male, good-natured 14-year-old) was admitted into Duro Soleye Hospital, Allen Avenue, Lagos State on the morning of Saturday, 10 June 2017. He died on the morning of Tuesday, 13 June 2017 due to the negligence of Doctors Korede and Awe , who were on duty and their employers, Duro Soleye Hospital.

What happened:

1. When Tobi was admitted, the hospital, surprisingly, had no wheel chair to take him to his ward. The nurse on duty put him on my back to get to the ward.

2. Duro Soleye Hospital placed Tobi on oxygen on Sunday, 11 June 2017. The oxygen cylinder was plastered and obviously not in good condition (see attached pictures). This had me worried, but I was more concerned about my son's survival.

3. Tobi had a CT scan at Echoscan on Monday, 12 June 2017. Duro Soleye had no functional ambulance to take us to Echoscan for the test, we had to pay N5,000 for the laboratory to bring their ambulance to pick Tobi up.

4. I repeatedly had to call the attention of the nurse or doctor on duty to attend to Tobi, to replace the drip, or to carry out their lawful duties. The nurses on night duty were never prompt or responsive, always complaining and reluctant to do their work. Throughout our stay in the hospital, the bed sheets were never changed. The floor was also cleaned with only water, instead of disinfectant.

5. We got the CT scan results at about 5pm. The doctors [OE2] on duty saw the results and had no clue how to proceed with the treatments. This was clear evidence of the doctors manifesting clear incompetence in the assessment of Tobi. At that point, I began to panic but could not take him to another hospital because he was already on oxygen. The doctors on duty tried in vain to get directions from the Medical Director, Dr. Odunowo, but could not reach him till about 11pm.

6. In the evening of that same day (i.e., Monday, 12 June 2017), I asked the lady doctor on night duty (Dr Korede) and the nurses to change to another oxygen cylinder to avoid midnight exhaustion. I did this, because their practice was to sleep throughout the night. Regardless of my lawful directive as a paying client and mother of the patient, they refused to change it, insisting that there was still a little oxygen left.

7. The oxygen got exhausted while the doctors and nurses were sound asleep. The doctors and nurses had even forgotten to do the routine ward rounds and could not categorically say when the oxygen got exhausted! The doctors and nurses on duty failed to attend promptly to Tobi, even though he required urgent medical attention.

8. Due to my diligence as a mother, I discovered that the oxygen was exhausted, I called the doctor and nurses to change to another cylinder. None of them knew how to fix the new cylinder, they were arguing among themselves whether it was 'rubber type' or 'plier type'! They subsequently called an elderly man, hospital driver, from downstairs[ who fiddled and fiddled with it and seemingly "fixed" it. Prior to my discovery, the doctor and nurses failed to change the oxygen cylinder, a task which should have been done under any circumstance for the good of Tobi.

9. The doctor (Dr Korede), nurses and the elderly man then left the ward and the doctor switched off the light saying light can damage his eyes. This heightened my fear; after some minutes I switched on the light and called out to the doctor, who came and declared Tobi dead. It turned out that no oxygen passed from the cylinder to Tobi!

10. Also, mucus in his mouth was not sucked all through the night. Tobi was unlawfully deprived of his right to life by the actions and inactions of the medical personnel on duty. He died a horrific and painful death with plenty choking mucus (picture attached), which the Medical Director of the hospital, Dr. Odunowo, saw himself.

I informed the Medical Director of this development when he resumed for duty on Tuesday, 13 June 2017. I also wrote a formal letter (copy attached) to the hospital, which they refused to acknowledge. I gave the hospital my phone number.

I want justice for my son, whose life, dreams and aspirations were illegally cut short. One of his dreams was to study Medicine in the university, so he could help save lives. Unfortunately, the same institution he looked forward to being a part of, woefully failed him. Doctors owe their patients a duty of care and must never be negligent in their duties.

Yours' sincerely,

Stella Offor BAKARE

PropertiesRe: How I Was Defrauded Renting An Apartment In Lagos, My Experience by odysey: 9:35am On Jun 23, 2017
deebest8:
Due to traffic and distance to my office, I decided to move from my previous location at Ikorudu to Orile Iganmu so that I will be closer to my office which is located around constain, While searching I saw an agent number and decide to call (09097079102), What really attracted me since I was kind of desperate was the note I saw which was ‘pay and pack’.

I was taken to the house which I found okay for my standard, little building renovation is needed (fixing the door mainly) it’s a semi new house. I spoke to the supposed developer or caretaker of the house named Akinola he explained how the house was given to him to manage, I was curious (I had some doubts in me though). The next day, I went to the street nearby to ask from shop owners around the house to make inquiries about the house, they gave me a go ahead that the owner is genuine; all this was on the 11th of June.

On the 13th of June I went to the house and still saw the same people with all of this I was rest assured that am paying the right people, I made a transfer of 180,000.00 to diamond bank account number 0054904265 ATANDA TAJUDIN YUSUF and I was giving a receipt and agreement, (I was again assured because the guy is a Muslim and claimed to be fasting, which gave me assurance that it was genuine). I was told to come and collect the key by 25th of June as the room would have been fully renovated. I decide to check on the place to see how the work is going on Tuesday 20th of June, I met people inside the house fighting and smoking marijuana, they said the room belongs to them with the same receipt I have with me.

I later got to know that the man Mr Atanda collected close to 9 million from other people for same room(there was like 6 rooms in the upper apartment), I was stunned to say the least, we were up to 22 with same receipt, we concluded to report the matter to police station but some of us disagree that we should called the Ijo people (Landlord Association), We called them and they brought some police man which later sent everybody out of the house and lock the whole house including the church that was downstairs in the house, after that we were told to go the police station to make statements, when we got to the station(Orile Iganmu or so), the police started their usual rhetoric. They said they cannot arrest him. I just left the police station with anger and disappointment.

Another thing that baffled was that a church was below the apartment. I wonder whether a church who claimed to be serving God doesn’t know about the fraud on this apartment. They acted dumb all through. I know the building would be opened very soon. I know the police have been bribed by their actions and activities. I saw pregnant women and families that were already prepared to move but were defrauded of their money

I am sad and depressed to say the least, I used my last card to get this apartment, now am stuck. We were up to 30 people that were defrauded

Many families were defrauded. Some paid time 4 of what I paid. I don’t have faith in Nigerian police.

People should also learn from this when looking for apartment in Lagos. There are fraudsters all over using name of religion and ethnicity.

Please if anyone knows how I can reclaim my money. I will so much appreciate it.

Thank you.
involve the Efcc, petition/write to the IG of police.

This is a plea to ladies married or unmarried

A young lady pretty at that most likely drugged, strung up on a rope and hanged. The persons that committed the act shielded their faces

Please protect your self, study your environment, be alert be prayerful and be on your guard. If you are in a bad relationship make plans to leave or just leave.

I just weak. Wish you all the best.

Hmmmmm. I realized I made the worst and gravest mistake of my life by marrying a man who neither care or value me. To him am just one of his acquired property. He doesn't share opinions with me. I am just married but living a lonely and miserable life, honestly I have been good to this man but I discovered recently that he's after other women(not one but plenty) I wouldn't mind if he's showing my own affection and respect but he don't just care if I exist. I already have a son for him so I can't leave my son and walk away. That's the only thing holding me back. My son is my world, he's the only thing I have on Earth. But am dying slowly each day, thinking to finish off the life. What is life without affection, what is life without who you can share your thought with, what is life with living with the wrong man, what is life if all I do everyday is cry myself to sleep, what is life with a serial cheating husband who don't care about me? What is life with a man who only come to me any time he need sex and will just raise my gown and dip his di.ck like he's fvcking a prostitute? Does the life really worth it? No it doesn't. I will end it soon
If this is what marriage is all about then in my next world I want to remain single forever
instead of ending it Leave, be strong 4 yor boy, start working on a plan

Nigeria is actually headed for a doom. The Federal govt thought that their so called rhetorics of building good economy can pacify Nigerians now. There is no amount of railway, expressways, Hospital renovation or any infrastructure that can make Nigerians see themselves as one at the moment. So when we talk about sitting down and discussing and proffering solutions and implementing, this present APC regime thought it's needless. There has to be an atmosphere of understanding and relative peace for people to appreciate govt efforts. As it stands now, the theory of sitting on a keg of gun powder is before us. Little thing now can ignite a chain of bloodshed that can precipitate into a full blown civil war.
Buhari is the most divisive, dangerous and foolish leader since the end of civil war and will be blamed for setting a stage for internal strife among components of Nigeria.
Not Entirely true if the Major problems are fixed in 3 months and the minor in the following 4 months, justice and equality and compensation for all including the innocents killed during protests, clamping down and hard on Fulani herdsmen, re constructing the Nation and the north held accountable for all crimes especially religious killings, improved security, constant power, corruption checkmated Jobs provided, functional refineries and so much more off course we'll stay together.

Nigeria is a Country peopled by tribes and Nations that have existed independently from themselves for centuries but were forcibly brought together as one Country by the British to further their imperial interests.

Nigeria has since this forced union been on a roller coaster ride to perdition as it presents a tower of Babel with the people tugging in different directions, having varying opinions of where to go and who to drive, thereby missing opportunities to truly be great and prosperous. Of course no tower of Babel can truly be great. Forcibly bring together France, United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Spain and say, Holland and force a unitary system on them, you will have the same result.

The issues have been adumbrated in my other treatise and in many texts by others. Some people get emotional about Nigeria because it affords us a large country and I often ask what this largeness has done to make Nigeria great. Singapore is very small Country, but it is a first world country. Nigeria is very big but it is a third world country!

I have mentioned some of the inequalities and injustice hindering Nigeria and the pro-Nigeria, pro-status quo people have never had any answer, now let me mention another one: Kano and Jigawa were one State few years ago. At the time they were one State, Lagos had more population than Kano. Now that Jigawa has been carved out of Kano State, Kano has more population than Lagos. Lagos has 20 local government areas, Kano has 44, Jigawa has 27. So the old Kano has 71 local government areas. Revenue from the federal government that is made up of about 97 percent contributions from the oil producing States and Lagos is mostly shared on the basis of the number of Local governments. Dange Suni is a local government in Sokoto State that is made up of two hamlets- Dange and Suni. These two hamlets have a real population that shouldn't be up to three thousand. Akoko Edo LGA in Edo State is the only local government in Nigeria that has never been sub divided since its creation and should have a real population of not less than five hundred thousand people, yet Dange Suni LGA would receive more from the federal allocation than Akoko Edo because Dange Suni has a bigger land mass as a desert community and most poignantly, it is in Sokoto State, the seat of power in Nigeria.

According to Steven Covey, character is much more important than personality.

The current Nigeria does not have the character to be great. I recall four years ago, Steven Keshi took the super eagles team that were made up of mostly Igbos to the Nations cup and they were derisively called the Biafran team by our Yoruba, Fulani and Hausa brethren. That team won that tournament. After that, there was a deliberate policy to introduce federal character to the National team and the team has not qualified for the Nations cup that we used to take for granted, since then.

A country that institutionalises a pass mark of two, four and ten for some States like Zamfara, Sokoto and Taraba and a pass mark of One thirty nine, one thirty and one twenty seven for some States like Imo, Anambra, Lagos, Delta and Edo for same exam and for same school, is not ready for greatness and can never be great. It would forever be enmeshed in mediocrity. Honestly, we cannot continue with such a Country if we are a serious people.

Countries that are great are homogeneous. Those that are even a bit heterogeneous, practice fiscal federalism to be great. Nigeria has been run on full blown unitary system since 67 and every call to revert to fiscal federalism have been rebuffed with a wave of the hand and puerile, unintelligible arguments, showing that the hegemonists would rather die than heed calls of reason. So the only option is to work towards exiting this forced and false union, then maybe the colonial masters would heed these calls to restructure.

Some have tried to use the civil war experience to persuade people to stop the "Biafran advocacy" but my response to them all the time is this: so because of the civil war experience, we should allow this culture of inequality, injustice and mediocrity to continue? The pass marks for federal Unity schools of the various States speaks eloquently to us. While States like Imo, Anambra, Delta, Lagos, Edo have One thirty nine, one thirty, one twenty seven as pass marks, States like Sokoto, Zamfara and Taraba have two and four. What entity can make solid progress like this? Yet we wonder why Nigeria is the way it is?

The truth is that if we remain in this contraption, better put entrapment, called Nigeria, we will die without knowing what it feels to be great. If we seek to create another Country, even though we may not be too sure of the outcome, but we will never know until we do it.

The options before us is to one, remain in Nigeria, two demand a return to fiscal federalism ( which we have been doing ever before I was born) or demand to form another Country. The choice is ours. It's a choice between life and death. What would you prefer?
