The Ghanaian man who had a conversation with his friends while engaging in the act, was heard saying he is a black man and has nothing to be afraid of.

Dwight Ritchie, a popular Australian boxer has died in a freak accident after he was punched in the stomach during training.



The 27-year-old was sparring with Michael Zerafa on Saturday night in Melbourne when the incident occurred. He was said to have taken a body shot before walking to his corner of the ring and then collapsed.



Jake Ellis, his promoter and friend announced the tragic news in a heartfelt tribute on Facebook.



'It is with great sadness and shock to announce that 'The Fighting Cowboy' Dwight Ritchie sadly passed away today doing what he loved,' the post read.



'Dwight will always be remembered by the boxing fraternity as one of the brightest talents in Australia whose fighting style embodied exactly how he lived.



'RIP Cowboy you’ll be forever missed.'



Ritchie was helping Zerafa train for his upcoming rematch with Jeff Horn when the incident occurred, the Sydney Morning Herald reports.



The Australian boxer, who only lost twice in his 21-fight career was also preparing for his light-middleweight fight against Tommy Browne, 36, in December.

The disturbing video below shows the moment police shot a man while he was trying to 'rape a woman' in broad daylight.



Police in East Cleveland shot and killed the suspect while he was attempting to rape his would-be victim right in front of them.



According to MTO, officers were called to the scene to investigate a "rape in progress" inside of a public housing project in East Cleveland. When police arrived, they located the alleged rapist who was armed with a gun dragging the woman's hair in public.



In the video, Police can be heard telling the man to drop the gun, but he refused. Officers then fired multiple shots at the suspect, killing him on the scene.


The woman who was believed to have gotten injured during the incident was rushed to the hospital for treatment.

26-year-old Nollywood actress Deborah Oguntoyinbo has been arrested by the Canadian police for stealing the identities of 20 women which she used to commit a large scale fraud.



The actress who is facing more than 50 fraud-related charges in Toronto as well as nearby York, Peel and Halton regions, was arrested after she tried fleeing a luxury condominium complex in Markham (north of Toronto) she tried renting with money she made through fraudulent means.



Oguntoyinbo reportedly tried renting the condo with the name Natalia Bozic. The real Natalia Bozic who is a self-employed esthetician from Mississauga confirmed that someone destroyed her life by using her personal information to get into her bank account, apply for loans and credit cards, change all her passwords. She also disclosed that $4,000 was stolen from her account.

She said, “It was June 10, and it told me to call the phone number listed. So I called them, and they told me to come to the bank.

“They investigated and put my account on freeze. They told me nobody can put money in and nobody can take money out.

“Someone reset passwords, reset security questions, reset my phone to a new phone number, created a new email address so I don't get notified my password changed.”
Police services across the Toronto area are still piecing together the extent of Oguntoyinbo's crimes.



"She definitely would be considered a professional fraudster, knows what she's doing and [is] quite prolific," York Regional Police Sgt. Andy Pattenden told CBC News. "She's really been all over the [Greater Toronto Area]."



It was further gathered that the police in at least four Toronto-area jurisdictions have filed identity theft-related charges against Oguntoyinbo. Court records revealed that Oguntoyinbo is accused of stealing the identities of two people in Peel.



The Halton Police have also accused her of stealing the identities of 11 people, while York Police alleged she stole four identities.



Oguntoyinbo is currently behind bars as the latest round of charges work their way through court systems in the four jurisdictions. Forged drivers' licences, social insurance numbers and passports in the names of other people were seized from the actress who also used stolen cheques to buy a Mercedes Benz and a BMW.

Nigerian rapper, Eva Alordiah has revealed that she fell in love for the first time at the age of of 9.



She disclosed that her first love was a 10-year-old boy and they were both school prefects. Eva who recounted telling him how much she loved him, said he stood at some spot staring at her like she was mad.



The rapper said her crush ended up telling all his friends about the encounter and they in turn taunted her at the end of the school day.

Wizkid’s phone fell-off his pocket while performing with Burna Boy at the SSE Arena concert in London yesterday.
This happened as a result of the excitement that overhwelmed Wizkid which caused him to put to the fore a lot of energy which propelled his phone from leaving his pocket to the ground. This issue didn’t however escalate as it didn’t drop in the crowd but the stage. Burna Boy picked it up and gave it back to the Starboy.

According to a British tabloid, the 38 years old American singer has called on black and brown people of different cultures, nationalities, ethnicities, genders and ages to come tell their stories.

The video would be directed by a Nigerian, Jenn Nkiru who was Born in Peckham, England.

Neymar’s absence from the list of 30 Ballon d’Or candidates was explained Tuesday by France Football magazine which organizes the prestigious award.

The magazine said events in what it called Neymar’s “année noire” (black year) justified his failure to be nominated for the first time since 2010.

It said, “On the field, Neymar was injured and missed many key games, including Brazil’s Copa America title run and PSG’s Champions League Round of 16 exit against Manchester United.

“Neymar was suspended for PSG’s first two Champions League group-stage games this season for insulting the match officials who gave Man United a decisive stoppage-time penalty.”

The Paris-based magazine also criticized the “summer soap opera” of Neymar’s failed attempts to force a move from PSG back to his former club Barcelona.

Neymar has never won the Ballon d’Or. He was third in 2015 and 2017.

Zlatan Ibile has been hospitalized in the United States after being hit by infections as a result of listening to his forthcoming debut album.
The rapper/singer who currently is on tour of the United States hilariously took to his Instagram page to post a picture of himself on an hospital bed in Atlanta. On seeing the picture, fans at first exercised fear as they thought it was truly a serious issue until they read the caption which made them realize Zlatan was just again in his usual jovial mood.

Future is enmeshed in another paternity scandal as he has been dragged to court by a lady claiming to be his 7th baby mama.



Cindy Renae Parker who claimed that the rapper is the father of her 3-month-old son Legend Ary Wilburn, filed legal documents against Future in Nueces County, Texas after claims of not being able to track him.

TMZ sources disclosed that Future had earlier agreed to a paternity test when it was suggested but was unreacheable when it was time to go through the process. It was further learnt that Cindy wanted the paternity case to be settled amicably but had to sue to the rapper when he was not forthcoming on their agreement.



She has now gotten a Judge's permission to serve Future's lawyers in his home state of Georgia.



This is coming two months after Eliza Seraphin filed legal documents in Florida, alleging that Future is the father of her 6-month-old daughter.

Reacting after news of adjournment surfaced, the singer wrote on Twitter: 'In Nigeria, they will arrest u first then they will try find out ur crime after.'



Back in March, Naira Marley was arrested on his birthday by operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on allegations of advance-fee scam and related cyber crimes.


After his arrest, the anti-graft agency filed 11 charges against Naira Marley bordering on alleged cybercrime and identity theft. The alleged crimes were in contravention of the Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act and the Cyber Crimes Act, which the artiste risks seven years in jail if found guilty.


He has since been released on bail.

Small-sized Ghanaian actor, Samuel Dabo a.k.a Yaw Dabo has narrated how his father abandoned him and his two siblings with their mother who single-handedly raised them.



According to him, his father came back to beg him and also seek his support after he became successful in his movie career. Yaw Dabo disclosed that he would have shot his father dead if he could at that time.

Ogundele David, the killer of an MTN staff identified as Abiola Tosin Ashinwo has been sentenced to death by hanging by a Kwara State High Court.



The convict who was handed the death sentence after over 3 years of legal battle, was convicted on two count charge.

Giving his account of the incident in court, the convict said “On the 25th April, 2016, I woke up and prepared for work but to my surprise I never knew how I found myself in Ilorin, I can never explain how it happened because I really prepared to go to work.

“Since I’m now in Ilorin, I called my legal wife on phone that she should get dressed that I will take her to Omu-Aran that morning…. I got to Tosin house, since her mum was around, I felt like saying hello to her.

“I got there that morning. We exchanged pleasantries. Her mum said she was happy to see me and we discussed for few minutes. Suddenly, the atmosphere changed and an argument began and before I knew it, I have stabbed her (Tosin) and her mum. On causing the death of Ashinwo by stabbing her with a knife and thereby committing an offence punishable under Section 221 of the penal code law, Ogundele was sentenced to death by hanging.

He revealed it was when Wizkid started doing music that so many young people started to nurture the dream of becoming artistes.
