arejibadz:Trechery or betrayal or advice from bad influence (third party effect) contribute to all of those... If husband and wife stay true and simple one to another, their love thrives and shines like always... |
Xitri:Please you can say that again |
Wrong title by overzealous writer. Modified: Sowore did not come to this water body for any traditional practice, no. Having read the statement credited to sowore, he came to this lake to enjoy the natural and recreational beauty of this place, period. Nothing more. Thus the title is misleading. |
God Almighty give victory to the Nigerian Troops iJn |
Zee0007:She doesn't need to thank the day she was born, but She would and infact WILL THANK GOD FOR HER BIRTH. GOD IS TO BE THANKED, NOT THE DAY SHE WAS WAS BORN. |
Emilokoiyawon:You left your sense while quoting my post? Do people need to worship you or erect your statue to prove you're popular amongst them? If billboards of a politician away from his own region does not signify popularity, what does? I did not see Tinubu's billboard in this part of the North where I have travelled. New York, you're in no New York. You're in Ogbomoso, stop lying. |
Laws are made without targeting any person in particular. Learned Falana should be abreast with that. Any further insistence on the using of the said constitutional amendment to bar Jonathan from contesting the presidency will point to the fact that that amendment was targeted at GEJ as an individual, and that's not in consonance with our jurisprudence... |
Reno has lied again. Rotimi Amaechi, Orji Kalu, Rochas Okorocha, Even the minister of state for education Nwajiuba all has their billboards here in the North. Right now I'm in Yola Adamawa state and if you doubt it Reno, I will prove it with pictures |
hammermcc:The Land Law in Nigeria, which is principally The Land Use Act and the Grund Norm, recognizes that land is Ancestral in it's ownership. (Hope you understand this) Land Use Act criminalizes burial in homes... But enforcing this law across Nigeria is a hercullian task because of the diversity of the Nigerian state and most importantly because land is a sentimental property. A lot of emotions are attached to land so much so that, even you this OP, the land where you consider as your ancestral land: you are ever ready to fight dirty to protect it from encroachment... You Op can even kill for your ancestral land. Real estate or not, you parents or loved ones are going to get buried on a piece of land and you will be ready to pay money for their graves to be guarded from Invaders. Esp. at this point in time when graves are robbed of the parts of the bodies of the dead... You may wish to focus on your acclaimed real estate hustle without complicating matters for yourself. Virgin lands in Nigeria is still more than builded lands, why focus your Precious time on burial lands?? ![]() ![]() |
Mr President, I want to help you end insecurity in Nigeria. There is a plan in place to actualize that. The problem is that you are not reachable by ordinary persons. God help Nigeria! |
The DSS and it's spokesperson Peter Afunanya has done well alerting us Nigerians. However, when we talk of soft targets, why omit to mention market places where much people flock to and carelessly too. Most markets in the North, East South and Western Nigeria gathers a lot of people and these people hoard together from gates to lines and shops in the markets... Peter, please take the message to market places and sensitize Nigerians to watch out for this threat. For me, whenever the DSS begins warning the public of a danger, them it is RED already. Let's save lives. It's my wish that a day will come that Nigerians will learn to have good people Band Together...to prevent terrorism. The way Nigeria is now, it calls for well meaning citizens to band and work together for a better country. Sitting back and watching security agencies to do everything won't be sufficient. Everybody has a role to play for a secure Nigeria. |
I like it when great men recognize greater men and humbly approach the later for capacity building of the former. Anambra (Soludo) has the potentials to be great. Lagos (Fashola) has gotten there already and pushing further ahead-ahead... Soludo knows what he is doing. My ideal Governor in the East. |
Torbez261:Over here we are mourning the death of our illustrious brother, a business man with a lot of great future to make the world better through legitimate business, but has been cut down by useless urchins who do not worth anything. They may be non-Nigerians even. You shouldn't derail this thread. Mourn this loss of our country, or create a thread for your topic. |
degamonn:Good Guys don't have this kind of money. I don't know why policies are made to favour just moneybags, even unscrupulous money bags. Good guys are skeemed out through policies in this country and it's not fair. I don't want to sound as a wailer, because I am not one. But Adamu Garba sounds like a wailer himself, he is wailing by complaining publicly about his party's internal affairs. |
Righteousness2:The simplest definition of witchcraft is 'acts that challenge the authority of God' The human persons are known to challenge God when they are well fed. How else can one explain satanism so boldly practiced and enforced with loud audacity? People are tilting towards evil, than they tilt towards the Creator, and it's unfortunate. In the final analysis, some of this madness justifies the assertion of Mr. Righteousness. You know, those 'end time stuffs'. |
Oh noooh Overspending is dangerous. Avoid it at all cost. Our drivers nowadays are known to speed recklessly. But that is not the worse, they sleep on steering. A driver who arrived a destination late night will load his vehicle that same night if he finds passengers for a return journey. I was in a vehicle and the driver told me he did two trips last night and, I asked him why is he not sleeping but driving us "now" knowing he could easily dose off? His response was that he is use to it. He can dose off on steering severally and, nothing will happen.... I kept him busy with discussion through out the journey.... To avoid the ugly situation... RIP to the dead! |
NotoriousBiggyS:This musician was a teen when the touch went popular |
Easyincome24:Op you're man enough. We used this touch with Flash batteries (metallic) that lasts weeks and better than Tiger. We go hunting with it then, sometimes adding extra battery beyond the length of the touch to get brighter light. 3 batteries on that touch, you dare not look at the bright light and it extends farer |
Lagos owns the number one spot when it comes to the most beautiful city in West Africa. Keyboard argument cannot change this fact. |
If Jonathan has the formula to return a bag of foreign rice to #9,000, Litre of petrol to #140,000, Bag of maize to #10,000, Bag of urea fertilizer to #7,000, And prices of other food stuff and commodities to at least close to what they use to be in 2015, Then it's best option for Nigeria. Even Mr grills want the birds he grill to be affordable both for his purchase and for that of his clients/customers. #Fact stated! |
IbileIfe:On point |
theTranslator:Correct guy |
Am I alone in thinking that these two named groups are one and the same people? It is like the difference depends on where they operate. In North East= B h. In North West= Bandits. The difference may not be far from the above |
Ola Rotimi is a legend in Literature. He belongs to the caliber of Achebe, Soyinka, Okigbo, there are many of them. |
It's up to the Court now to find her |
So eventually, this crime of kidnapping has become the most lucrative trade in 2022 Nigeria? Before we are used to typing "crime doesn't pay". That's what we use to type in Nairaland. After collecting #100,000,000, the bandits now gets assured that crime pays. While good citizens are languishing in penury, criminals are cruising in surplus money... How did we get here ![]() |
paramakina202:Christian missionary schools are always open to Muslim students as well. It's never out of reach for non-christian students. |
What is the essence of the procured fighter jets and super Tucanos? What's the use of air power if they cannot be deployed to salvage military facility under attack? How can terrorists attack military base for two hours and the air power not be deployed to crush the terrorists, and at the end, the terrorists has upper hand, inflicting heavy casualty on the military? What's going on ![]() |
Shoodboi:This is preposterous |
Governorship ambition is not by force. Let's give peace a chance and not scuttle the tranquility currently being enjoyed in Enugu state. No person should make his ambition a do or die affair |
Islie:I have question: Are these bandits not Muslims? What happened to the spirit and holiness attached to the fasting? Or, are they not fasting? Second question; Isn't security improvement part of the reasons Zamfara Governor joined APC? Because some of us thought jumping ship would give Zamfara an edge security wise... ![]() |
