PHijo:Wike has also warned you Ijaws off Rivers. Have you forgotten? Read my signature, to learn more about Ubani (Richness of land) So now both Ogonis and Ijaws are scrambling for Oyigbo LGA. Come and take it |
Nwaelohim:Ogba people are in ONELGA (Ogba Ndoni Egbema LGA). ONELGA and Oyigbo LGAs have the most oil reserves in Nigeria. But when it comes to gas, Anambra and Imo state lead |
Seerade029:Bayelsa, Rivers, Akwaibom, Enugu, Lagos etc also have gas. But the states with the most gas reserves are Imo and Anambra |
airsaylongcom:Please read the content of the attachment in my signature section. It will completely answer this question. Bear in mind that book was the first book ever written about Ubani (Bonny) nearly 200 years ago. Alternatively, you can Google what Magnus Abe said about Bonny and the Ndokki-Igbo owners of the town. If they've started denying their Igbo ancestry, it is purely because of the post war politics of intimidation that has gone on for many decades now, the latest of which is the massacre of Ndokki people in OYIGBO LGA, all in a ploy for them to sever their genetic links with their immediate brothers in the SE |
airsaylongcom:Aro people are also known for selling Igbo slaves, so what's your point? |
luminouz:I am not Ndoki, so I don't know why you think I am chest eating. Anyway all the information I supplied are accurate. Please feel free to correct the wrong one |
Bryanobi:I'm from Anambra. Are you from NDOKI? |
God seems to be answering Igbo people's prayers. Haters will not like this at all. Afamed and helinues and seunmsg. The news is not looking great for you guys Ekene Dili Chukwu |
horsepower102:Now they are fighting hard for Obigbo people to renounce their Igboness, which will never happen anyway. They have started massacring Ndoki/Asa people of Obigbo. But God is on the throne. Ndoki/Asa people have to stay strong, and not let themselves be confused by internal colonialists. Ndoki people have some of the most enviable real estates in Nigeria, which include Bonny (Ubani) and Obuaku and Oyigbo LGA, which along with ONELGA another Igbo LGA, are the LGAs in Nigeria with the largest oil deposits. |
horsepower102:The largest gas reserves by far in Nigeria are in Igboland. Imo and Anambra lead the way. Abia and other Igbo areas of the Niger delta, are representing solidly also. |
Igbo people's prayers for Trump are working wonders. Helinues, Afamed, Seunmsg and co are not teasing Igbos anymore ![]() |
IDENNAA:Inferior mindset as in what ?Anybody with genuine lack of knowledge on NRI matters, I supply humbly. Anybody that wishes to be condescending or insulting, gets insulted, and that is the way it's gonna be. I probably know more about the Nris than anyone else in this forum, so there is the likelihood that people may see the new information I reveal from time to time, as boastful, and possibly made up. It is in fact because of that same reason that I have chosen not to reveal all, that I know about NRI here. There are a number of things that I know that will even baffle Umu-Nri people in this forum, so there is no room for inferiority mindset with me. A few years and months ago, Benin people in this forum had a freehand in twisting history and claiming how they civilized the Igbos. I don't remember reading you or the other Umu-Nri forumites, putting up an appreciable challenge, to correct the falsified history. To me that is inferiority mindset. I was the person that helped provide evidence here of Igbo cultural independence, and in fact Benin cultural reliance on Nri-Igbo people. Some other Igbo battlers helped in that fight. Don't you know that whenever Igbos are attacked culturally, it is the duty of the Nris to lead in that fight? Look at the identity crisis crippling the Ikwerres and Ogbas. Do you know that neither IPOB nor Ohanaeze has what it takes to reverse that. What does Nnia Nwodo or Nnamdi Kanu know about foundation of Igbo towns and cultural practices. Do you know that the only clan that can reverse the cultural rot in Rivers state is the NRI clan. That is the only clan that can effectively shrink the proverbial Benin cultural d!ck and history twisting that has gone unchallenged in Rivers. But I am not allowed to reveal this because it will start seeming as though I am boasting. Igbos are their own worst enemies at times. Today the Edo state government properly funds the Oba of Benin palace. Ooni of Ife is properly funded. But the Eze NRI palace is not funded at all by the Anambra state government. The Eze just received the same stipends as any warrant chief. What this means is that the Oba of Benin can set up efforts to twist history in Igbo speaking areas, and NRI doesn't have the resources to protect Igbo cultural frontiers. That is what we now see, happening in Rivers state. Another long story I prefer to avoid at this juncture |
IDENNAA:I fail to see the aggression in the message you were referring to. I was dishing out pure unadulterated information. From time to time, I can get spirited especially when I notice someone getting lackadaisical about his or her ancestry, or disparaging Nri-Igbo contributions to Igbo, Benin and Igala cultural practices. Alarm bells start going off in my mind, reminiscent of alarm bells that go off in Igbo people, when Ikwerres deny their Igboness. It doesn't make sense when an Igbo person is annoyed with the Ikwerres for denying their Igboness, while at the same time, the same Igbo person is denying his or her NRI cultural links. |
Bkayyy:So you believe you know about monarchies in Igboland, better than those that instituted and crowned those monarchs in ancient times? What is your source of information on Igbo monarchy? Don't you think the best source of information on Igbo monarchy is NRI? The same NRI that crowned well known non-Igbo monarchs that the whole world marvels at? I am here, telling you that there were 66 monarchies in Igboland before the coming of the white people, according to the Nris, and you are here quoting an unknown source. There were 100s, if not more than a 1,000 of Igbo towns in the past, so 66 monarchies is a small fraction. |
Bkayyy:According to the Nris, there were only 66 Igbo kingdoms before the coming of the Europeans. Ogwashiuku, Agbor, Onitsha, Uruala, Nnewi, Oraeri, NRI e.t.c Most towns were governed by the Nze na Ozo society or council of elders |
ysquare:Yorubas were not loyal to PDP and yet Obasanjo was elected on that platform |
Bkayyy:NRI also no longer crowns any kings, NRI used to crown every king in Igboland and Igodomigodo and Igala. All these changed around 1910 or so, when the. British forces Eze NRI Obalike to sever the cultural links between NRI and the Igbos. Subsequent warrant chiefs were forced to renounce Eze NRI in their oaths of office before the British recognized them. It is a long story. Anyway the crowning of kings was a spiritual exercise, which was why it was totally within the sphere of NRI duties |
Someone should tell this lady to stick her advice. When Obama was throwing us under the bus, why didn't she say anything When Obama was fighting left right and centre, to enthrone a WASC-less, dictatorial jihadist massacring president on Nigerians, she was nowhere to be found. Abeg, Trump has my support. He is much more likely to protect the Christian populations of the world, than Biden or any democrat for that matter |
ThatFairGuy:Chinekemeeee Just a few days ago, you guys were rejoicing that Igbos have lost out because you though Biden had been declared the president-elect.Now reality is beginning to set in |
helinues:Robbing ooh,. Looting ooh, are all stealing. Why did Buhari authorize the shooting of peaceful protesters? |
helinues:Were they killed? |
helinues:So in your book, rampaging hoodlums should be left alone, while peaceful protesters should be shot with live bullets. Anyway the massacre happened in Lekki, hence Lekki tollgate massacre |
helinues:If you Google for it, I'm sure you will find it. But get back to the topic. The Lekki massacre |
owobokiri:Or bribe him, so he can start saying he received his bullet wounds from his village people. Expect stories in the next few days. Either he is dead or the story changes |
helinues:Yes, there were bands of criminals who were looting shops and harassing people in Lagos during the Coronavirus curfew. They obviously were not peaceful, yet not much was done to curtail their activities. Yet, Buhari sent soldiers out to kill peaceful protesters at Lekki |
helinues:I believe both of your questions are taken care of, by the last statement I made, in my previous message. There was a curfew in Lagos at the height of the Coronavirus pandemic. I don't recall the army shooting defaulters. There was a curfew in Lagos meant to start at 9pm, the army went to Lekki at 7pm and started shooting people. Every human being in Nigeria, was aware of the change of time from 4pm to 9pm. The government did not send me any private email informing me of the change of time, but it was a general knowledge as it was all over the media, and it was repeated several times by Lagos state government top officials. Sanwolu's curfew was to start at 9pm. So in fact the army's presence in Lekki had nothing to do with Sanwolu's 9pm curfew, otherwise they would have waited till 9pm to start shooting. The army was there at 7pm, on a shooting spree, ordered by Buhari. The questions for Sanwolu should include, In spite of the fact that his curfew was to start at 9pm, did he request for the military to be there by 7pm? Did he also request that the army should shoot peaceful Lekki tollgate demonstrators by 7pm If not, did he request that the army should shoot peaceful Lekki tollgate demonstrators at 9pm For Buhari's people, they should also answer the following. Did they receive a request from Sanwolu for soldiers to be deployed at Lekki tollgate hours before the curfew? Did they receive a request from Sanwolu for soldiers to shoot peaceful protesters around 7pm? If so, why did they grant such a wicked request to shoot at peaceful protesters? If not, why did Buhari authorize the army to kill peaceful protesters with live bullets, at 7pm? |
Juliusmalema:Much of the cultural practices in Nnewi points to their NRI links in the past. You can go and jump off a cliff, for all I care. And yes, Mgbeke and the rest are names given to female children within the NRI sphere of influence, who were born on those market days dedicated to those NRI shrines. Eat your heart out ![]() |
helinues:Curfew does not translate to "go and shoot unarmed protesters". To me though, both the requester and the authorizer, have questions to answer. |
Juliusmalema:Confirms my point. You are not Igbo. NKWO Nnewi, how do you think it came about? Clue: Umu-Nri own all the market day shrines |
Juliusmalema:Which clan does the IKPU ALU in Nnewi? If you don't know, go and ask Nnewi elders and they will tell you. I am already certain you're not from Nnewi |
Bkayyy:. Which clan abrogates abominations in Nnewi? IKPU ALU Everywhere NRI people carried out IKPU ALU, NRI people crowned their kings in ancient times, if they had monarchies You think this is all about talking and doing gragra. I am a nwadiana in Uruagu Nnewi by the way, so I know way more about Nnewi than you know. |
Amotolongbo:Alternatively you can prove me wrong, with incontrovertible facts. This is not your drug den |
