Akpakomiza2:It is false to say that Akamkpa has no link with the Calabar–Itu Road, because an Akamkpa man or woman including goods traveling to Akwa Ibom, Rivers, or other South-South and South-East states would obviously journey via calabar Odukpani- Itu road |
lordm:For building a road that he will not finish |
For someone claiming to come from Akamkpa, Ansam Edet should ask the APC why the Calabar–Itu highway was abandoned while a shiny concrete Lagos–Calabar coastal 'project' of fraud took priority. |
promami:My comment and yours run in parallel. You might want to check again, I don’t think I’m the person you meant to address. |
Ikumapkayi:Governance isn’t a fitness contest or a hospital privilege. Access to “the best doctors” doesn’t translate into the capacity to lead over 200 million people through economic collapse, insecurity, and policy confusion. This isn’t about whether Tinubu is healthier than anyone, it’s about performance, clarity, and stamina for the job. And on that note, Nigerians don’t need a medical report to read the results. Being alive is not the same thing as being effective and right now, the gap is painfully visible. |
seunmsg:Yes, Atiku and Obi lost at the Supreme Court, but that judgment didn’t magically launder anyone’s past. The Nigerian Supreme Court ruled only on constitutional qualification, not on Tinubu's U.S. drug related and forfeiture records. And those records aren’t allegations. Tinubu forfeited over $460,000 to the U.S. government after the funds were established to be linked to narcotics, that’s on record, not propaganda, So no, the court didn’t “clear” Tinubu of being a drug baron. |
I truly feel for the people of Edo State. What level of monumental sycophancy and asslicking is this supposed to be? In a state ravaged by insecurity, unemployment, collapsing health facilities, and death-trap roads, the governor’s top priority is to order LGA chairmen to erect 20 campaign billboards each for Tinubu’s re-election, even when INEC has not released a timetable for the 2027 elections. How exactly did Edo State sink to this sorry depth of governance? So Edo went from Oshiomhole to Obaseki and then plunged headfirst into Okpebholo, a man who couldn’t read the figures in his own budget during a budget presentation. And the APC, after searching far and wide, found no better option than to punish the people of Edo State with Monday Okpebholo, a man who can’t spell Tuesday. SMH. |

Tinubu is currently not suited for the onerous task of governing this nation. He should do himself a favour by not seeking re-election in 2027. Having served as a senator, governor, and president, he has achieved all that public office can offer. It would be best for him to retire and focus on his personal well-being. Those who truly care about him should advise him to step aside and allow another candidate within the APC to carry on from 2027. |
Op, you traveled and discovered a 'silent revolution'? Interesting. Millions of Nigerians live here and are discovering hunger, rent hikes, job losses, worsening insecurity, and unaffordable food every single day. Governments before Tinubu built roads and rail lines too, we all witnessed the rail expansion under Buhari. Today, under Tinubu the rail sector looks largely dormant. So the roads you saw don’t cancel the inflation Nigerians feel. Student loans aren’t free education. Band A light isn’t progress when most people can’t afford a Band A light. Governance isn’t a sightseeing tour. Results aren’t measured by drive-by impressions, flag offs and propaganda, but by whether ordinary people can breathe economically. Nigeria doesn’t need better storytelling. It needs better living conditions. |
Atarakpa:Stronger than Tinubu |
I don’t know why a government and its agencies would choose to deceive itself believing that they're deceiving the public |
Olisa Metuh already told us the kind of ideology the APC has, and they are living true to it.
|
press9jatv:I thought the Presidency had warned Wike to allow Fubara govern peacefully. Is Wike now bigger and more powerful than Tinubu that he openly ignores the President’s instructions and orders? |
Karma at its best. Wike forgot so soon that he too denied others the use of the same stadium when he was Governor of Rivers State.
|
There is no faction in the PDP. The rogue group known as Wike & Co Caretaker Committee Limited, which is wrongly described as a faction, is not part of the PDP and has been expelled from the party. |
....and there’s a cameraman standing by to capture the embarrassing moment. In this content era, we can’t tell what’s real or scripted anymore |
yarimo:Your comment completely misses the point. |
Trump want to become a dictator |
Chucks13:This concerns how a party runs its affairs. The court has no jurisdiction over it. You are talking about a general election, and of course the courts have jurisdiction over how an election is conducted, making sure it is carried out in accordance with electoral law and the Constitution |
Linzo:@ the bold, I think the right word to use there is injunction Procured injunction Black market injunction |
9jatriot:Obidients are not the source of your frustrations |
Princedapace:And what Tinubu and his men are doing currently will shock you even more |
Cajal:Is this the basis upon which the Federal High Court in Ibadan nullified the convention, or you just fabricated this? This judgment by the Federal High Court Ibadan is a nullity and of no effect whatsoever. |
Cajal:Could you specify instances of the alleged violation of the PDP Constitution? |
An exercise in futility The court has no jurisdiction over how a party runs it's affairs |
Tinubu is a Notorious crîmînál
|
yarimo, please feel free to vent your misplaced frustration and anguish on this wonderful thread |
Putindbutt:News breaks about the naira appreciating to N1,394/$, and your first thought is to attack imaginary wailers and bitter people. Putindbutt, I already said on the other thread, you’re venting misplaced frustration and anger at the wrong people. They are not the cause of your predicament. |
