Master plan is not a political achievement. Even without a Governor, a master plan can be designed and enforced. Some master plans dates back to the colonial period. It's good that Obi did that for his state, the state has to look descent, but to me it's not a biggie.

Not a biggie but that was what APC termed Tinubu's achievement in Lagos. So I am challenging APC to show documentation of Tinubu's masterplan abi is blueprint they called it. Lol.
