Nope you can only use it to drive for 90 days by which time you will have gotten ur texas driver license after passing all the necessary tests. pls visit any of the Department of Public safety (DPS)

You dont have any problems at all. Just walk into Children practice hospital in the mornings and you will be attended to. For your marriage, you are good to go because you married before the result of the lottery came out. So you gain no benefit from the marraige as it were. Big up man JUST go and claim ur visa. SUCCESS

Dear Nairalander, it has been a challenging experience. Touch down some few days ago with family in Houston, Texas. The Airport experience was good and welcoming. Host has been welcoming. But the difficult aspect is that one needs a second death to fit into the system of things here in Gods own country.Very unlike naija where anything goes. We got to the embassy by 6:30am, we met one lady there for crew visa for Britain airways and so many policemen n women cos of the Boston bomb blast. We enter d embassy by 7:15am n do the normal security checks. Then after went into d main building where d woman check our interview letter send to US by d embassy n give us I901 as our nos. So we went to d interview hall. By 8:15am our nos was called for submitting our documents, devil want to use d woman but our God have settled it since so we were not worry about what she said that she won't collect our AOS, because it was scan copy not a posted copy. She later said our bank statement is ok for us. She was friendly with my daughter and I went to pay £600 for d 3 of us. By 10am, our nos was called @window 15 were we met one nice guy. Our interview lasted just 5mins which I always prayed for.

pjogutum1: @chykezworld: @husmern......d agents r no fools...my advice is dat u prepare for ur interview in terms of docs...cuz i knw dat for ur police report n medical u nid ur international passport,Der is no nid goin for a new passport,d moni u will spend for d process of getn new passport can b used to pay dem,dey r human n dey do knw wen u r slated for ur interview,just arrange sm moni frm nw n go to dem towards ur interview date beg dem,reason wt dem n above all pray to God about it...God holds d hrt of kings n men...with God everything is possible...don't ever under estimate wat God can do....i wish u well.



Husmern claimed to have paid 350k or there about to the agents out of 800k, the agents are asking for 50% of the reaming money before they will release his e-passport which is about 225k I am sure they would want to collect his parcel and visa after a successful interview by June. Assuming he is not granted the visa he losses everything and the agents have already gained. It seem wise to me that while Husmern is arranging with them, he should also have option B
his e-passport which will not cost him more than 20k and an address in the US. if finally he is successful the happiness and assurance can than spur him to further source for money to settle the agents. If he pays them everything now, which money will he use for his Medical, police character and visa fee?
@Husmern, since you know your interview date, if by the end of this month no solid agreement is reached between you and the agents please kindly get another passport and prepare for your visa interview. that’s my take on this issue.

Husmern has walked himself into a culdesac. The only way out to me is smart negotiation because all the various options have their attendant consequences as it were. Play it cool with them and concentrate on the interview.The extortion will soon peter out with time. In as much as they want their money, they too do not want you to fail. Just look closely for a negotiating skill to adopt. You will surely succeed IJN

daddykelly: yea am relaxed now,my oga @ the top(God) has done it..i moved yesterday evening from okota to onikan in order not to miss the interview...i passed through hell because the guy i was directed to don't even have a wrapper not to talk of carpet or mattrass to sleep on,while i dey sleep 4 under air condition 4 my uncle house @ okota....i have to borrow wrapper from his neigbour because there is no way i can go back to okota @ that time,so i endured.
I woke up around 3:13am because i was nt comfortable,started browsing(if u check u'll see my post around 3:33am).
I arrived @ the embassy like 15 minutes to 5(i was the 1st person there),waited until 6:00am a police man came and scanned us.later we were told to line up(i was no3 in immigrant queue).submitted 2nl only and passed through security checks(very tight).
Paid my dv fee 330 dollars(i paid in dollars) @ window 22.
Later called to submit my documents @ window 17.
After 5 interviews i was called to window 14(a cute white guy),he dint even tell me i just put my hanh there take finger print,the interview went thus:

pstadabi: Sorry for the delay of my testimony...i was totally drunk yesterday ....my E-Family yesterday was tougher than ever its only three window that interview yesterday but window 16 that devil white lady and window 15 that tallest talker-thief white guy was busy denying pple..... well i just thank God for divine mercy that work for me yesterday.....Here is the interview goes... we were called at 7am and they started there normally security check....my pple Yankee security is too tight we just dey go frm one check point to another like say person carry exhibit.. ...After the successful of the security checking which is face one i proceed to the main hall and my number was called at window 20 where a black Nigerian guy was attending to me ...then after that i proceed to pay my money which is 330 dollar... then i finished those one which is face two as usual then i went to sit waiting for my number to be called..... the fist window that started is that God fearing white guy in window 14... i swear the guy na God sent to nigeria ...and after window 15 joined him and later that witch lady window 16 jst dey appear like invisble...To God be the glory my number was beep at window 14..i beg my body shake first ooooooooo...so here is the interview

Note: We had 2 birth certificates; the NPC, and the normal birth certificate for myself and my wife. The man at windows 20 looked at both, but choose the NPC. He remarked : your NPC certificate is a certified one (authenticated), and I said yes.
We prepared so hard; asked ourselves questions and even carried 2 big albums for courtship, introduction and wedding, but CO never asked us to present any album and only asked us 2 questions during the interview proper as highlighted above. We can clearly see God's favor and hands in our interview.

Just walk-in in the mornings 8am. Budget a day for the medicals and 3days later for the results. Then u good to go. Best Wishes

Please go the WEAC Zonal office were you took the Exams and collect your certificate. Besides which year did u write the said GCE? Note that in notication it is clearly stated that the notification is not certificate.

Me: We re commercial students. So we teach ourselves Commerce & other commercial subject.
Co: OK, I will grant you a visa. He gave me the two sheet. One for the visa pickup & the other for the USCIS Immigrant fee.
