Politics / Re: ''I Am Solidly Behind Buhari Over Onnoghen’s Suspension''- Governor El-rufai by ogbeifuncletus(m): 8:47am On Feb 01, 2019 |
BigND: Those supporting Buhari should take note. Cos they are bunch of hypocrites. A man of integrity, suspends the constitution because of personal ambition and you tell me he is fighting corruption. No he is not! He is fighting his political opponents. Mind I don't support the action of the CJN, BUT follow due process, cos this is a democracy not a dictatorship. |
Politics / Re: Onnoghen Residence Under Siege By Security by ogbeifuncletus(m): 1:49pm On Jan 26, 2019 |
It's amazing how Nigerians think! Firstly, Onnoghen is wrong by not declaring his complete asset, but the way the federal government is going about it is constitutionally wrong too. Remember, two wrongs don't make a right. The consequences of this behave if uncheck will be devastating especially if he wins. So I expect every right thinking Nigerian, whether you a Buhari lover or not to stand against this, because this is how dictatorships usually begins. 2 Likes |

This is my humble opinion, Both parties are right in their own ways, that is Blogabiz and Terry. But you both left out an important aspect of life and business, which is the human factor. As a Financial Planner with Leadway Assurance, I have come across people like Mr Blogabiz who have one grievance or the other against insurance companies. But upon closer scrutiny, you'll find that it might have been a case of misrepresentation or carelessness of the marketer. In all insurance, is great. So my advice to you would be to investigate any policy and company, you wish to take out an insurance with, and be fastidious with your records. If any of you have an issue with an insurance company, you can contact me for help and advice on the best way to resolve it. Just remember that things like this are bound to happen from time to time that's why we have regulators and arbitrators. Two things make a great networking business. 1. A great product. 2. Dynamic leadership 1. A lot of the so called networking businesses that we have today don't have a product that they can point to and say, this is the value we are offering people. In Wealth Generators, you get 7 fantastic products i- Trade with experts and make daily profits ii- Trade with robots for long term profits iii- WG University, where you will be taught about forex and how to manage money iv- Devee social- make money on social media v- Travel around the world with Hodo-Global vi- Crypto mining vii- Networking 2. Dynamic Leadership The company is led by amazing guys that have continued to take it to new frontier's. I am proud to say that the company is on the stock American stock exchange and can be publicly traded. |

Investment / What They Don't Tell You About Insurance by ogbeifuncletus(m): 11:52pm On Jun 19, 2017 |
According to wikipedia "Insurance is a means of protection from financial loss. It is a form of risk management primarily used to hedge against the risk of a contingent, uncertain loss." But in a layman's language, it is the transfer of a risk/potential or uncertain loss from the insured(the person who has the risk) to the Insurer(the company underwriting the risk) for a fee. But one legal aspect of it which is often left out of the contract signing is uberrimae fidei which is the latin for "utmost good faith". This is the governing principle behind all insurance contract. It requires that all parties to an insurance contract must deal in good faith, making a full declaration of all material facts in the insurance proposal. This is what draws the line between real claims and insurance fraud. Therefore, the insured must reveal the exact nature and potential of the risks that he transfers to the insurer (which may, in turn, be sold onto a reinsurer), while at the same time the insurer must make sure that the potential contract fits the needs of, and benefits, the insured. Where this is breached, the contract becomes void. In such cases, any claim associated with such policy will not be paid by the insurance company. To avoid this, I advise you read through the proposal form carefully by yourself and fill it truthfully, to the best of your knowledge. Any questions? |
