The Spanish football federation says it will take legal action over Jenni Hermoso's comments about its president Luis Rubiales.
Rubiales has refused to resign after kissing forward Hermoso on the lips following Spain's Women's World Cup final win over England in Sydney.
Hermoso said on Friday she did not consent to the kiss, but the federation has questioned her version of events.
"The evidence is conclusive," the federation said. "Mr President has not lied."
In a statement by players' union Futpro, which is representing 33-year-old Hermoso, she is quoted as saying "in no case did I seek to raise (lift) the president" while they embraced on the podium.
The Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) said: "The RFEF and Mr President will demonstrate each of the lies that are spread either by someone on behalf of the player or, if applicable, by the player herself.
"The RFEF and the President, given the seriousness of the content of the press release from the Futpro union, will initiate the corresponding legal actions."
The federation also said that, if selected, players have "an obligation" to play for the national team, after 81 female players said they will not represent Spain until Rubiales is removed from his post.
Real Betis striker Borja Iglesias has also said he will not play for the men's national team again while Rubiales is in charge.
In its statement, the RFEF provided four images of Hermoso's embrace with Rubiales, with an analysis of each, which it claims demonstrates that she applied the force to lift Rubiales' feet off the ground.
The federation says it has tried to contact Hermoso, who is Spain's leading women's goalscorer with 51 from 101 appearances, but have "been unsuccessful at all times".
How did the situation get to this point? Rubiales' behaviour at the Women's World Cup final has drawn international criticism, with government ministers demanding his resignation.
The 46-year-old watched Spain's 1-0 win over England from the VIP area of Stadium Australia in Sydney.
As he celebrated at the final whistle he grabbed his crotch, with Queen Letizia of Spain and her 16-year-old daughter standing nearby.
Then came the kiss with Hermoso, who plays her club football in Mexico for Pachuca, during the presentation ceremony.
She initially said on Instagram she "didn't like" Rubiales' actions but a later statement released on her behalf defended him.
Rubiales apologised for the kiss on Monday, but Spain's Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez said that was "not enough" and second deputy prime minister Yolanda Diaz joined those calling for him to resign.
On Wednesday, Hermoso said Futpro would "defend my interests" and the union said the kiss should not go unpunished.
On Thursday, football's world governing body Fifa said it had opened disciplinary proceedings against Rubiales, and the RFEF called an extraordinary general assembly on Friday, where Rubiales was expected to resign - but he insisted he would not.
Although he apologised for grabbing his crotch, he vowed to "fight until the end" and said the kiss was "mutual, euphoric and consensual".
The Spanish government later began legal proceedings seeking to suspend Rubiales, before statements by Hermoso and Futpro on social media led to the latest response by the RFEF.
The RFEF provided analysis of four images and concluded that "the feet of Mr President are ostensibly raised off the ground as a result of the player's action"
'His ego is greater than his dignity' - reaction Rubiales' defiant stance has been met with widespread condemnation.
Beatriz Alvarez, president of Liga F, Spain's top women's league, said: "His ego is greater than his dignity and honour.
"I think more people are going to join in but given the lack of determination of Luis Rubiales, other people are beginning to speak out."
During Saturday's game between Orlando Pride and San Diego Wave in the National Women's Soccer League in the United States, all players wore wristbands featuring the message 'Contigo Jenni' [With you Jenni].
They included USA striker Alex Morgan, who said on Friday: "I'm disgusted by the public actions of Luis Rubiales. I stand by Jenni Hermoso and the Spanish players.
"Winning a World Cup should be one of the best moments in these players' lives but instead it's overshadowed by assault, misogyny and failures by the Spanish federation."
Spanish World Cup hero Olga Carmona netted the only goal of the Women's World Cup final, and after the full-time whistle she received news her dad had died.
A statement from the Spanish Football Federation read: "The RFEF deeply regrets to report the death of Olga Carmona's father. The player learned the sad news after the World Cup final.
"We send our most sincere hugs to Olga & her family in a moment of deep pain. We love you, Olga, you are the history of Spanish football."
Real Madrid added: "Real Madrid CF, its President and its Board of Directors deeply regret the death of the father of our player Olga Carmona.
"Real Madrid wants to express its condolences and her affection for Olga, her relatives and all her loved ones. Rest in peace."
Carmona was the difference maker for the Spanish team, with her first-half goal earning Spain a World Cup win.
After finding the net, the Spanish captain lifted up her top to reveal a message: "Merchi." Speaking after the game, Carmona said: "First of all, I want to say that this victory, this achievement, goes to the mother of one of my best friends who has recently passed away.
"I celebrated the goal with her shirt and from here, I dedicate this to the whole family with all my love."
England had no response to Carmona's strike, and she lifted the World Cup trophy at the first time of asking - with the Spanish also in their first ever Women's World Cup final.

The body of a missing man recovered from a pond in Martha's Vineyard on Monday morning was an employee of former President Barack Obama, the Massachusetts State Police (MSP) said.
Divers for the MSP Underwater Recovery Unit retrieved the body of 45-year-old Tafari Campbell at Edgartown Great Pond.
“Tafari was a beloved part of our family. When we first met him, he was a talented sous chef at the White House --creative and passionate about food, and its ability to bring people together," President Obama and former first lady Michelle Obama said in a statement. "In the years that followed, we got to know him as a warm, fun, extraordinarily kind person who made all of our lives a little brighter."
The Obamas asked Campbell to continue working with them after they left the White House and he "generously agreed," they said in a statement.
"He’s been part of our lives ever since, and our hearts are broken that he’s gone. Today we join everyone who knew and loved Tafari -- especially his wife Sherise and their twin boys, Xavier and Savin -- in grieving the loss of a truly wonderful man."
Campbell was visiting Martha's Vineyard at the time of his death, police said. The Obamas were not at the home when the incident occurred, according to MSP.
The victim's body was located by Massachusetts Environmental Police Officers, according to MSP.
The underwater recovery unit retrieved the victim's body about 100 feet from the shore and 8 feet underwater, according to state police.
The paddleboarder went missing in the pond on Sunday, but authorities suspended the search after several hours to "allow dive teams, flight crews, and other responders to re-equip and assess next steps" after they could not find the man, MSP said.
The Massachusetts State Police Detective Unit is investigating the incident.
A ring designed and worn by Tupac Shakur is set to go on auction – and could sell for nearly £250,000 ($327,000; N257m)
The sovereign ring will sell as part of auction house Sotheby's sale marking the 50th anniversary of hip-hop.
It features a jewel-encrusted "crown" with gold, ruby and diamond.
Tupac was classed as rap royalty but was gunned down in 1996 in a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas, US, aged just 25.
The murder came three days after wearing the ring at his final public appearance at the MTV Video Music Awards.
This ring marked a new phase in his life, in which he abandoned his "Thug Life" persona.
The piece of hip-hop history is expected to sell for £152,719 and £229,079 at auction in New York this week.
Following a stint in prison, Tupac launched media conglomerate Euphanasia Incorporated and began transitioning into a more executive role in the music industry.
And to celebrate the new era of his career, he marked the occasion by commissioning two new pieces of extravagant jewellery.
He told his godmother Yaasmyn Fula, a friend of his mum's who also served as his "advisor, auntie, money manager, caretaker, and lifelong supporter", that he wanted a piece of jewellery to serve as an act of 'self-coronation'.
The finished gold crown ring boasts 10 carats of cabochon rubies and pavé diamonds and an inscription reading "Pac & Dada 1996".
In what was to be his last interview with MTV after the VMAs, flanked by fellow West Coast rapper Snoop Dogg, the flashy ring can be seen on Tupac's left hand.
Just three days later, Tupac was shot in Las Vegas in a drive-by shooting and died in hospital six days later, on September 13, 1996.
The rapper's godmother Ms Fula, who is selling the ring, explained it served as a "powerful" symbol of responsibility.
She said: "Tupac thought of himself and his creativity as a tool of expressing injustice and love.
"That message has been carried on with a lot of artists to this day that give him acknowledgement and say how much he inspired them.
"That ring is a powerful symbol: whoever wore that ring had to accept that they have a responsibility to have an impact upon the world.
"Finally, when the ring was finished, I'll never forget that when I walked in with the ring and he looked at it, I think it just blew him away."
The ring will be sold at Sotheby's annual hip-hop auction in New York on July 25, and is on display to the public until its sale.
Cassandra Hatton, Head of Science and Popular Culture at Sotheby's, added: "The crown jewel of our hip-hop sale this year is the crown ring that was designed by Tupac and then worn by him.
"This ring will be a highlight of our annual hip-hop sale, which this year is held to celebrate the 50th anniversary of hip-hop.
"It's a 14-carat gold crown, encrusted with diamonds and rubies.
"There's a large, central cabochon ruby. It's quite a big ring that makes you think of coronation jewells; the types of jewells that kings would wear for formal ceremonies.
"It was so important to him that he asked his godmother, the person he most trusted, to oversee the designs of this ring."
Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis has named the price-tag he placed on Victor Osimhen, warning ‘the only club that can afford him is Paris Saint-Germain.’
The striker is in negotiations to extend his contract and so far the Partenopei are resisting the idea of a release clause.

Arsenal have agreed a deal worth £105m to sign West Ham's England midfielder Declan Rice.

A woman has pleaded guilty to stalking two Premier League footballers and harassing a third.
TikToker Orla Melissa Sloan, 21, bombarded Chelsea's Mason Mount, 24, with messages in a four-month stalking campaign after their relationship ended.
She also pleaded guilty to stalking his former team-mate Billy Gilmour, 21, and harassing Ben Chilwell, 26.
Mr Gilmour said her messages had a "huge impact" on his life.
Westminster Magistrates' Court heard Sloan and Mr Mount slept together after they met at a party at Mr Chilwell's home in November 2020.
Prosecutor Jason Seetal said they stayed in contact for about six months before Mr Mount "decided that the relationship was not going to progress".
He subsequently was bombarded with messages from her and blocked her number, the court was told.
"He then began to receive messages from new numbers and each time he would block those numbers there would be messages from a different number," Mr Seetal said.
A total of 21 different numbers were used to contact Mr Mount, the court heard.
Mr Seetal said Mr Mount was "concerned she had an obsession or fixation with him and he didn't know what she was capable of".
In a statement, the footballer said he was worried that Sloan would "turn up at my training centre".
The court heard other messages were aimed at professional footballers, friends and family members, including Mr Mount's England and Chelsea team-mate, Mr Chilwell.
Scotland midfielder Mr Gilmour said her messages had a "huge impact" on his life, after he joined Brighton & Hove Albion from Chelsea in September last year.
"I have not been able to sleep and have had to take sleeping tablets," he said.
Sloan, from Exeter, pleaded guilty to causing "serious alarm or distress" by stalking Mr Gilmour between 10 September and 28 October last year.
She also admitted stalking Mr Mount between 19 June and 28 October last year, as well as causing harassment to Mr Chilwell between 20 October and 29 October 2022.
District Judge Neeta Minhas said Sloan's most serious offence, against Mr Gilmour, crossed the custody threshold.
Sloan was granted unconditional bail and sentencing was adjourned to 20 June.

A female bodybuilder has been left heartbroken by the sudden death of her fiancé with their wedding on the horizon.
Leonard van der Mond, 25, was found dead on March 9 near Lake Constance, in Bavaria, Germany, a matter of weeks after posting an Instagram post confessing his love to Tiffany Ritter, 25.
Writing the touching Instagram post, Leonard said: "Actually, I don't post here, but I dedicate this post to [Tiffany].
"A woman who knows what she wants.
"I am grateful that you came into my life and that we can redesign the future together, 2023 will be our year."
The day before Leonard died, Ritter announced – with no reason why – that the wedding was postponed.
Physio Ritter and fellow bodybuilder Leonard fell in love through their mutual love of the sport, getting engaged and moving in together shortly afterwards.
Leonard van der Mond, who stood at 6ft 3in and weighed 130kg was due to marry Ritter but the big day was pushed back.
Egyptian referee Mohamed Farouk has been suspended for using a spectator's mobile phone to disallow a goal in a league match.
Al-Nasr thought they had scored a late equaliser away to Suez in a second division match last Friday.
There is no video assistant referee (VAR) in Egypt's second tier, but Farouk used the phone to watch a replay after the home side protested there was a handball.
Farouk then ruled the goal out.
The Egyptian Football Association said in a statement that Vitor Pereira, who replaced Mark Clattenburg as head of the Egyptian Referees Committee earlier this month, decided to suspend the entire refereeing staff for an "indefinite period".
"The committee decided to investigate the incident when Mohamed Farouk, the referee of the match, used a mobile phone to review footage of the match's events," the Egyptian FA added.
Suez scored their third goal shortly after the disallowed goal to seal a 3-1 win, with 15 minutes of stoppage time being played.
Farouk left the pitch under police protection, amid protests from Al-Nasr players and officials, who have threatened to take legal action against the referee for violating the regulations.
Manager Steve Cooper says Nottingham Forest are supporting midfielder Gustavo Scarpa after he reportedly lost almost £1m in a cryptocurrency scam.

Cameroon's Under-17s face a race against time to field a team for regional African Cup of Nations qualifiers after more players failed age tests ordered by Samuel Eto'o, president of the country's governing body, Fecafoot.

But BBC Sport Africa now understands Cameroon have suffered a fresh setback as 11 new players also failed tests on Tuesday, with coach Jean Pierre Fiala struggling to find replacements.
Cameroon host Congo, Chad, DR Congo and Central African Republic for the Central African Football Federations' Union (UNIFFAC) qualifiers between 12 and 24 January, with two teams progressing to April's Under-17 Nations Cup in Algeria.

"Here in Cameroon, people are by and large pleased that Fecafoot actually seem to be doing something to try to stop the cheating," Lyonga told BBC Sport Africa.
"It is important for the country to give chances to players of the right age."
Cameroon have twice been continental champions at Under-17 level, in 2003 and 2019.
