NYSC / Re: NYSC 2013 Batch C Corp Members House by Ojigho: 4:48pm On Jun 26, 2013
Mine is so pathethic, didn't go in February because some dude in the Nysc department in my school(Futo) forgot our results in his cabinet, now I'm missing June because of this jamb issue. The annoying thing is that I submitted the jamb registration number thrice, but either it wasn't corrected at Nysc headquarters at Abuja,or the correction came too late for it to be effected. I'm just so annoyed and frustrated. Another five months wasting again.

It's going to be,we gave it our best shot, but certain people made my government ungovernable. If i'm giving another 4years,I'd make all Nigeria's problems go away in no time.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Re: I-Go-Save And I Go Dye Celebrating Chelsea's Win by Ojigho: 10:56pm On May 16, 2013
I remember last two seasons, when Man Utd and Man City were sent packing from the Ucl,which tournament did they drop to? I remember how red nose was boasting of how his team were going to the Europa league to win it,what happened at the end of the day? They got beat home and away by Athletic Bilbao, now the same Man Utd hypocrites are hating now because we won. Hate it or love it,blue remains the color, and we'd continually keep the blue flag flying high.
Politics / Re: South-south, South-east Governors Back Jonathan, Condemn Northern Terrorists by Ojigho: 12:45pm On May 13, 2013
There's a question I'd like to ask,and that question is are we happy and comfortable with the way our nation presently is run? Are we glad that we are gradually turning into the laughing stock of West Africa and Africa as a whole? As each day passes, the events that happen in the country makes one think and believe that we're just playing our parts in one giant game of chess, and the main actors are just on one side looking and laughing at us. Why must we tribalise everything? People are being killed, billions and trillions are stolen daily with impunity, and instead of the citizenry asking pertinent questions as to how our resources are being managed,we hear stories like "after all when a certain section was at the helm, they stole and nothing happened,so it's our own turn to take our own share". When will we pull this sentimental cloak from our eyes? When will we see that the monster (corruption) has no tribe, religion or creed? When will we rise up and say we can't continue living as paupers in a land where there's more than enough for all? Whether we like it or not, every Nigerian bears the brunt of this misrule, everyone suffers. We have a chance to ask ourselves these questions, and think carefully before the next elections. God bless Nigeria.

@anitank. My girlfriend not knowing how to cook is the least of my problems. I don't mean to blow my own trumpet or anything, but I cook, clean,do my laundry and handle most household chores comfortably. As long as she's honest enough to tell me she lacks in that department, and is willing to learn, that one na small thing.

Politics / Re: I’ll Run For Presidency In 2015, Says Buhari by Ojigho: 4:46pm On Apr 18, 2013
Atimes I wonder if english language is really that hard to understand. The man hasn't said he is the flag bearer of the Apc,has he? He only said "if given the chance",he will run. So I wonder where all these permutations are coming from. My only wish is that the new opposition party fields a sound, sellable candidate, maybe someone like Fashola,Oshiomole or Okorocha, and the pack of Pdp thieves that are holding the nation to ransom will have a run for their money. As a young Nigerian,it pains me that a nation so blessed as Nigeria still wallows in poverty in the midst of so much.
Politics / Re: Jonathan Sad Over Kaduna Sunday Blasts by Ojigho: 11:45pm On Jun 17, 2012
Who is constitutionally the chief security officer of the nation? The IG of Police, the Governor of a State in the country or the President? Can anyone remember how President Bush reacted to 911? Or how Vladmir Putin reacted to Georgia's bombing of South Osetia, and regions he felt were part of Russian territory? Coming home to Africa, initially before The Cameroons took Nigeria to the ICJ in the Hague concerning the Bakassi peninsula, what was President Olusegun Obasanjo's reaction to the Cameroonian violation of our sovereign landmarks and borders? A leader needs to have the heart of a lion,be fearless when the safety and security of his people is threatened. Will he be this quiet if a bomb kills any of his immediate family? Will he tell Nigerians to come to live with terrorism if he were to see his kids, wife or mother in pieces on the ground? These are the questions we need answers for.
Politics / Re: How Not To Criticize The Transformation Agenda. by Ojigho: 11:19pm On Jun 17, 2012
I and a large majority of Nigerians will actually want to see these things working with our two eyes before we believe them. I wasn't born yesterday,it was with the same gusto and fanfare that President Olusegun Obasanjo talked about his reforms in the power sector, where are those reforms now? It is not uncommon to find out in Nigeria for successive governments to bamboozle unsuspecting citizens with unnecessary noise and stories about projects they've already started or hope to complete within a specified period, only for their tenures to expire without the completion of these same projects. The next thing you hear is "vote us back in for us to complete the projects that we've started".
Politics / Re: Jonathan Sad Over Kaduna Sunday Blasts by Ojigho: 7:30pm On Jun 17, 2012
How did he express his sadness grin grin? By laughing and looking so sheepish I guess. I watched the church service on channels tv,seriously Uncle Johna didn't look sad and in distress. I almost laughed when he and some fathers of the day gave a choir rendition. Anyway I just remembered that "terrorism is something we should come to live with". grin

Politics / Re: O God, Don't Make Me A President Like Goodluck Jonathan by Ojigho: 9:17am On Jun 17, 2012
I personally as an individual, have nothing against his Excellency Dr Goodluck Ebele Azikiwe Jonathan, what I'm against is his lukewarm style of leadership. For the people saying that nigerians don't have an idea of what he's going through,my question is wasn't he prepared in the first place? To even aspire to be headboy in a secondary school,it is expected that the individual is supposed to have an idea of the position he is aspiring for,and what holding that office/position entails. God help my country, because as each day passes,my fears increase.
Politics / Re: How Not To Criticize The Transformation Agenda. by Ojigho: 8:39am On Jun 17, 2012
@karlmaxx. Even when facts are as clear as daylight in this country,is it possible to discern the true position of things with the kind of judiciary we have in place in Nigeria? It is to me (judiciary) another extension of the highly corrupt and thieving PDP. If I'm also to take cue with the "developmental strides" you talked about, then setting up unnecessary committees without any meaningful result, would de akin to development right? When serious issues like reinstating a few credible persons left in the judiciary like Justice Salami were thrown to the doorsteps of Dr Goodluck Ebele Aziliwe Jonathan, what was his reaction? If I'm to ask you with all sincerity and honesty to equate the rate of corruption now,to that of President Umaru Musa Yara'adua of blessed memory, what will your answer be? Compare the standad of living of Nigerians then to now with accurate statistics, what your answer will be. Nigerians are not asking for too much,we just need the basics;food, shelter, clothing, good and purposeful leadership and peace of mind, and not committees. @Mandelaguy. I understand that there may be few sincere and hardworkind people in his cabinet, and to they have my utmost respect, what i'm trying to say is that the amount of square pegs in round holes is greater than it should be,and that's why Nigerians are vexed. Isn't it possible for portfolios to be given to people without political and sentimental undertones? Can't the best in different spheres of life be put into positions of authority in Nigeria? Taking sports as an example, can't someone like Austin Okocha be made Nff chairman,or Mary Onyali,or even Faliliat Ogunkoya at Afn? How can we as a nation make any progress with the present structures on ground? These are the things I'm talking about.
Politics / Re: How Not To Criticize The Transformation Agenda. by Ojigho: 10:01pm On Jun 16, 2012
@karl maxx. So I'm just being sentimental, and according to you "blabbing". List the achievements Dr Gooluck Azikiwe Jonathan achieved throughout his eight years as governor in Bayelsa State? If according to you,Fashola has been in power for five years. It's people like you that made us get to this place in the first place with your fresh air propaganda. A man is judged by his antecedents, and I'm sorry to say it,but with the snail pace at which development is taking place in this country and the rate at which the monster corruption is growing, even a child born yesterday knows that unless God intervenes we are heading towards a failed state. As many as those of you on this blog who are either paid government agents or are so delusional to think or purposely due to the fact that they receive stipends from this thieving government try their utmost best to hoodwink Nigerians into thinking anything good will come from this government to have a change of heart because when the wrath of God and Nigerians who have been pushed and taking for granted strikes, there will be no hiding place. A word is enough for the wise.
Politics / Re: How Not To Criticize The Transformation Agenda. by Ojigho: 4:43pm On Jun 16, 2012
After reading your "wonderful" write up in quotes,i would like to ask you a simple question, and that is how many of those white elephant projects have actually seen the light of day? The problem I have with a lot of you pro jonathan fanatics is your inability to agree that the man is a clueless misfit. How does Governor Raji Fashola of Lagos State do the magic? Is it rocket science or spiritual? Like I'd always say,we as Nigerians reap this kind of leadership because we are clouded by sentiments. As an individual,I don't care where a man comes from, the most important thing is keeping to the promises of his manifesto, and if i'm to ask you(the writer if this piece),how many of those promises has Dr Goodluck Ebele Azikiwe Jonathan kept, what will your answer be? Corruption, the bombings here and there, misuse and abuse of power to name a few have increased to abominable proportions and all you can tell Nigerians is that people are misinforming us about "mr president's good intentions". I don't intend to be a prophet of doom, but the way things are going at the moment, suffice me to say that Uncle Jona may turn out to be the worst president in our nation's history, because there's never been a time in the history of this country that we as nigerians have been this forlorn and helpless. I just hope you won't latch up to using the tribal trump card! Because it might shock you to know that I'm also from the SS too,and a Deltan.
Politics / Re: Official Thread::: Delta State Election Rerun by Ojigho: 2:41pm On Jan 07, 2011
I don't even know what to say,but personally these few days have really been the most painful for me.You know how it feels when the glaring truth is thrown aside because of monetary gains,do you know how it feels when people knowingly sell the destinies of their generations for some few thousands? It really hurts.Imagine hearing people selling their destinies for 4k,rice and garri.I just want to pass something across to all you misinformed people who were induced to vote with money. You just sold your lives, your destinies and the destinies of your children. Is what i'm hearing true? That the security agents are now coming out to "maintain peace",where were they during the elections were taking place? In the two polling stations in my ward, materials came with two policemen, who were visibly afraid because of the large turnout of voters. My heart bleeds for my beloved Delta.
Politics / Re: Official Thread::: Delta State Election Rerun by Ojigho: 1:53pm On Jan 06, 2011
Jega?I'm dissapointed. So this is the free and fair election you've talked endlessly about right? Those thieves would then start telling the world that they won a free and fair election.Right now in my ward, materials have just arrived but pdp thugs don't want us to vote.I just have one word to say to all those people who don't want us to choose leaders of our choice, you and your generations to the eight generation would never know no peace, everything u steal and deprive the good people of Delta State you'd lose as the wind blows dust away. And for all those who see the truth and because of selfish gains turn the other way,may God,fate and mother nature pay them back to the tenth generation.God bless Delta State.
Politics / Re: One Million Signatures Against Atiku The War Monger! by Ojigho: 5:07pm On Dec 16, 2010
When i hear political illiterates like u Blazay talking,i get irritated. How long has the North whoose cause you are championing held stay in power?Do we have to start counting the number of military cattle rearers that ruled the country?Or the level of desolation and corruption they left Nigeria in.How credible is the Atiku you are blabbing about?A man who is haunted left and right with money laundering issues right?I do not blame any of you(Notherners), maybe because of the Military years of easy money and misrule, you've all been made to believe Nigeria is your personal property.Guess you all need a reality check.Nigeria belongs to each and every man be it ijaw, kanuri, igbo, ibibio, efik etc.How many political parties are in the country?Yet you are using an agreement expired politicians made to hold the nation to ransom.Just get one thing straight, if it's the will of God that GEJ would be president at the end of the 2011 general elections, there's nothing you or those idiots talking about making the nation ungovernable can do about it.Let me also remind u that not everyone is even happy with this contraption called Nigeria.I'd even be the happiest person if we peacefully go our own ways,so i'd see how those thieves would survive.
Romance / Re: Can U Experience True Love Without The Cash? by Ojigho: 10:15am On Dec 15, 2010
@beeman.It is sustainable and attainable. When money  becomes the centre of attraction in a relationship, that relationship is doomed. The truth is that there's always someone for everyone, and as such if he or she thinks and feels since you as an individual isn't a money bag enough,u have to let go.Even though it definately would hurt,it's a lot better meeting someone new who'd appreciate u for u than hanging around trying to impress someone.

Have u all heard of reverse psycology? That's what the op used on u guys, cos he knew that using that catchy headline would attract views in droves.Anyway he simply was talking about men who's only motive is to use women who they think and feel act too proud.Nice post op,and i really agree with the karma issue cos it's always comes back with equal measure.

Romance / Re: Can U Experience True Love Without The Cash? by Ojigho: 3:04pm On Dec 14, 2010
It's really irritating when relationships are measured according to what the man or woman can get or give to you,or what monetary value one tends to gain from a relationship. As for me,if a woman doesn't love me for me,and leaves me cos i ain't achieved her defination of success,i'd cry,get depressed, take it in my stride, and work really hard to achieve my set goals and objectives.Cos i know the best revenge is called success, and that there's always a payday. On a second thought, her leaving me may even be blessing in disguise, cos it would make me leave my comfort zone, and push myself to greater heights.
Romance / Re: How Do I Handle This? by Ojigho: 12:36pm On Dec 06, 2010
@everyone.Thanks for your responses, like the saying goes, "what wouldn't kill a man, makes him stronger.I'm still trying in my own little way to handle the whole issue, but honestly it really annoys me sometimes.@stranger,i've never and would never be a violent person.I believe there are other ways of handling issues instead of getting physical on her.If i take your advice, and beat her to death,u'd still be the same one saying if u asked me to put my hand in fire, would i?She could be an angel when she's in her element, but when she's stressed out,hell.@blank.It's not voke, its obas.
Romance / How Do I Handle This? by Ojigho: 2:11pm On Dec 04, 2010
I've been following most posts on this section alot lately, and i guess it would be my turn today, seeking for advice.I'm in luv with this girl,we've been together for about 3years,and by God's grace i'd want to settle down with her.The only problem i have with her,and which hurts me alot is her ability to transfer aggression.Whenever she has a bad day,or has issues,i end up bearing the brunt of everything. We've talked about this same issue alot of times, she always promises to change, but ends up doing the same thing over and over again.Sometimes i'm like Wtf,i'm not the one that spoilt ur day,and then she goes hysterical on me.I luv this girl,i'm not looking for the easy way out cos i know every relationship has it's own peculiar problems, but what do i do?
Romance / Re: Ladies Here's Some Truths For That Ass by Ojigho: 6:09am On Dec 01, 2010
@ Poster. You hit the nail on the head, and honestly that post was terrific.Sisters,i'd like to add a little to what he said,a player shows the level of his game from the begining,so thinking since u're with him,he'd change is wishful thinking. If he pressures u for intimacy very early in the relationship, giving it as a condition of making the relationship work or sweet, please run, unless u want to be another statistic.A man that wants to love and respect you, would want to take his time to get to know you.

Romance / Re: Many Women In Nigeria Give Up Their Dreams In Their Desperation To Hook Men by Ojigho: 9:56pm On Nov 29, 2010
Sistas out there please listen and harken to the advice given by the o.p.Those days of relying 100% on a man have come and gone.Every man respects a woman he knows can succeed in whatever she puts her hand in.State it down from the begining that u must be doing something, and if he isn't cool with it,let go of him.Never and i repeat, never stay laid back in a relationship, making him feel he's the lord and master of your life.To a certain extent, maintain a little sense of independence, never make him feel he must provide everything for you,cos a certain stage might reach when he'd begin to look at you as a liability.Engage yourself in a trade,or get into a buisness,so u can at least take care of your immediate needs.
Romance / Re: I Think She's Up To Something by Ojigho: 11:38am On Nov 29, 2010
My man,i know how u feel, considering the love and feelings u have 4 her.You don't really have to bother yourself too much about her cos if she really wants to cheat on u,she would whether u like it or not.She might even open another facebook adress that only her and the guy would know about.Just take things easy, act like u don't care about what she's doing. But if u're 100% sure she's cheating, then u tell her how what she's doing to your relationship is affecting u,and if she wants the relationship u both have to continue.
Romance / Re: What Men Really Want In Modern Relationships by Ojigho: 2:44pm On Nov 28, 2010
@ marchy 18.I never said u were speculating,no,and if u notice all my posts were strictly about how i and everyother brother out there who loves and respects his woman.I'd be a fool if i say i don't know there are devils in men clothing whoose tongues are made of sugar. But sistas out there, are you guys saying u can't spot a player, liar and cheat?I know there's always a pattern, things happening that are too good to be true. There are even cases where some sistas think since he's with them,he'd change. The bitter truth is that people don't change people,God does.So if he cheats on you, beats and abuses u,please show him the door.On sex, when a man is just after your body,u'd know from the word go,but often times, sistas don't do anything about it,cos majority of them are recieving monetary or other favours. When a man knows u can achieve the world without him,he respects and adores u.But if u follow the "he who pays the piper ditactes the tune" principle, sorry sista, cos that brother is going to use u,and when he tires of u, he'd show you the door.
Romance / Re: What Men Really Want In Modern Relationships by Ojigho: 2:24pm On Nov 28, 2010
@marchi 18 and Mrs Eve.I know u both might have hit a rough patch relationship wise, might have had the misfortune of falling in love with some low lifes, but not all men are like that, majority of us may be like that, but we all aren't the same.I know it might be difficult trying to convince u all that there are good men out there, but there are. It's just that sometimes ladies don't appreciate them, tend to think cos they love and respect them, they are weaklings.I'm not trying to say men are any better cos we all hear and see men who have the best wives or girlfriends but they treat them like poo.So it goes both ways.Like i said in one of my earlier posts, majority of people get into relationships for the wrong reasons, and as such leave alot of casualties.Life like they say "is a school" ,so we should learn to look at relationships constructively, making sure that the love and feelings are mutual, trying to make things work when issues crop up,and when the damage is irrepairable, breaking up amicably, peacefully and still being friends. If and when u get into another relationship, u watch out for those signs that didn't make your last relationship work, and nip them in the bud. This is how we learn, and not by thinking every man on planet earth thinks with his j.t.
