They said Yar’adua may not write a letter to the National Assembly intimating it of his return because he did not transmit a letter before he proceeded on medical vacation, even though his spokesman later said Yar’adua recognised Dr. Goodluck Jonathan as the Acting President.

Yar'adua is no longer in power, and probably never will because he's terminal. Here's a proper analogy: your driver (Yar'adua) got sick so you hired another driver (Goodluck) to take his place, but instead of being satisfied you decide to lynch his wife saying she's a witch. It's not in good taste.

david mark is a politician. anybody that expects less from him is on a long thing. he is telling us that his senate committee on banking and finance are a bunch of nitwits. if as watchdogs they failed to see through the smoke screen taking everything soludo 'told' them without thorough evaluation, then david mark should know that he also misled nigeria on banks consolidation because he folded his arms and watched while the masquerade was let loose.

"Who told you it is PDP government?" He asked. "PDP is the ruling party, what else do you want? The Acting President will consult us. can the efcc as a matter of urgency bring closure to this case as quickly as it was masterminded. it wouldn't make sense for them to 'investigate' this case for 2years when the whole drama happened in 2weeks.

maybe you should start a thread on voice voting. the issue on ground is both houses have failed us on their lukewarmness to act and that is why i stand by my statement, which may be 'cowardly' and 'lazy' to you - no problem. and yes i took your advice. just sent a strongly worded email to my house of rep member.
