Wrong Calculation. Saraki was elected by majority of senators present. All Buhari needs to do is to ensure that most PDP Senators are not allowed entrance into the National Assembly. Then use the Majority APC senators to impeach Saraki.
After all, that is how Saraki emerged, while most APC Senators were absent in the Chambers, he played a fast one on them.

What you are saying need brain work unfortunately Buhari and his team have non of that and the reason Saraki always smart them.
