PDP in conjunction with Rauf bought the high court case to stop the tribunal case because they know it won't favour them. Appeal court will set aside the high court case and the tribunal will continue in which the polling units where over voting took place will b cancelled according to electoral law and the rest will be recounted. No amount of delay tactics by PDP and Aregbesola can stop the tribunal from continuing

And for the high court judgement over the candidacy of oyetola, it will be nullified at the appeal court because an appeal court has earlier ruled in as much as Bumi wasn't getting paid for the party position he held, nothing can be done against his party activities. PDP only went for that cangaroo high court judgement to stop the tribunal proceedings which they believe doesn't favour them owing to the obvious over voting issue on ground
