Please let us hear word ,go and meet Amosun and INEC chairman, and complain to them. Charley Boy staid "the voters don't decide who win the election but the person that counts vote". So electorates have less to decide, rigging has been institutionalized, the best rigger carried the day. |
You mean everyone should queue behind Buhari? I think you should examine your brain. This is a country with divergent views, so don't expect everyone to follow one man and this is not North Korea. |
You are on point. If we refused to learn from this fraud especially we Southerners by allowing Buhari winning or Atiku loss to becloud our reason that means we are more illiterate than people we believed they are. OP is making a valid point, number of accreditation should be equal to number of total vote cast since the accreditation was not done separately for each presidential and national assembly elections. People of good will need to hold inec accountable. Let us stop hypocrisy and ask questions and if our leaders should keep quiet at this material time posterity will not forgive them. |
Leave ondo politics alone. It's is very complex, Mimiko couldn't deliver for Jonathan in 2015. For Tinubu with ondo state politics is like inviting leprosy to dining table. |
I remembered, I was still very small then but I know everything that was going on. Because I later asked questions about that 1993 election why were people queued behind the photograph of candidate raised up by party agent? I was told that it is an open ballot of voting system. You are very correct about your analysis, I think with open ballot of voting system then, it will be physically impossible to cook any imaginary figure because counting is done per head. This election is no longer between Atiku or Buhari neither between APC and PDP but the fate that will befall South. We are in trouble the earlier we realize this the better for us and our generations unborn. Tinubu, Amachi, and others should watch their back if they are jubilating that Buhari has won. If we here in south don't rise up and challenge this fraud, we will never achieve political emancipation without begging north. |
deomelo:Don't see this issue from that perspective, what happened in core north is still coming to hit everyone here in south in higher magnitude if allowed to pass without questions. Some logical questions have been raised in which inec themselves cannot provide answer to. If this country works is good for us all and if other way round, it is our choice. |
muyinet:You are very correct, nothing will ever comes out of this fraud calls Nigeria. I pity people like Tinubu, Amachi, Oshiomole etc, a day is coming they will taste this humiliation from north. Anyone here in south jubilating that Buhari has won is a poor student of history. Buhari won for north not Nigeria. |
globemoney:Thanks you very much. We are expecting that so it will teach Tinubu lesson. No one understand why some Yoruba are following Tinubu , he was a champion of true federalism before Buhari won in 2015. He never mentioned something like that again, knowing very well Buhari wants false federalism. We want northerners to disgrace Tinubu so that he will come to his senses. |
Welcome to next level. Please we want to hear news but not this kind news. |
Don't worry my brother, the stick used to whip the first wife is there waiting to be used against new bride. Tinubu you need to be very concerned with what happened in core north, I am very sure Buhari and co. cannot keep the promise they made with you. |
Whether we agreed or not, this election falls below the standard of 2015 election. As a country, we supposed to build on success and challenge of that election but it is pity, we have retrogressed again. Please no one should be jubilating or fill sad, this is moment of sober reflection. I witnessed this kind election during OBJ regime, but still some fake progressive will attack him. EFCC will arrest Yahoo Boys quickly, but electoral frauds were supervised by army, DSS, police etc. We are gradually going beyond redemption as s country. Let me use this opportunity to salute GEJ, posterity will stand for you. You will surely be remembered for your sincerity and nationalist. |
fiizznation:Hmmm, your argument is not coherent. Enlightenment without power of choice will bring exactly problems that persistent in the north and Nigeria at large today. |
Anyone that is surprised that the fulani won't give the Yoruba a bloc vote hasn't been paying attention to hausa and fulani politics. Even if Buhari had won 100% votes in Yorubaland, the real north will still cross over to any party and back another fulani in 2023. We didn't vote Buhari, we voted Osinbajo and the beginning of a new conversation, even Tinubu had privately raised the topic of him being betrayed by Buhari and his people. So to the so-called north, none of your game is lost on us, we just had to get Buhari in to get us faster to where we are going, Atiku would have taken 8 years plus an igbo Vp is a no no. God willing there won't even be election or Nigeria in 2023. Thank you Yakassai for helping to wake up the rest of Yoruba who are still not buying into our autonomy, not like we need everybody but at least this will bring more people to our cause. The north is just about hanging itself with greed, this statement is not just Yakkasaii's alone, it was planned and delivered as scheduled, so grab your popcorn people and enjoy the show, let's see how it will all play out.[/quo Thank you very much. I have said it somewhere that Buhari should not bother to appoint ministers from west that he should put his son, relatives and friends as usual. I know Buhari and his people will hasten our long time prayers. For the railway, they should be reminded that Awolowo built the first railway in West during regional government it was one Nigeria that messed the whole thing up. Right now prodigal sons like Tinubu will remember his father when it's dawn. |
No sane people from south should rejoice about those figures from north, they deployed it against their own brother today, a day is coming they will deploy it against any politician from south. This result gave north impression that they can hold power against Nigeria wish in coming years. |
This is not about Atiku or Buhari again, there is urgent need of political summit for southern Nigeria. It is not possible for we to continue like this. It has been proven in this election that Yoruba did not vote for APC in 2015 because of hatred or love for anybody but their conviction and destiny. From the results coming in core north prove that Buhari has performed beyond their expectations. People are talking about appointing minister from west, please Mr President, don't bother to appoint any anyone here, put your son, relatives and friends as usual. For railway, Awolowo built the first railway during regional government but it was one Nigeria that messed the whole thing up. So,we desire good government down south and I believe it will come true one day. |
Pls stop advertising your illiteracy on a public forum, since when did the words "deal ruthlessly" becomes "capital punishment". If this is how your parents trained you don't you think you would have been dead along time ago when they threatened to "deal with you ruthlessly"? Get a life, and go get your PVC to vote your choice. [/quote Ruthlessly is far worse than capital punishment. Crime might have been established before capital punishment and will never involve innocent people but when army is being given licence to be ruthless, anyone including me and you can be caught in cross fire if they are around the scene without committing any crime. |
LNG should serve as an example for Nigeria, it is making a lot of money for Nigeria and stakeholders but NNPC reaps where it doesn't sow with systemic corruption. |
dlondonbadboy:This has been my concern when I heard what is going in APC shows that no one was in charge. What will now be the fate of Nigerians under this government? |
I laugh whenever people defending lawless APC. Time shall tell. |
NATIONALPASTOR:Please don't talk like this, there are many Yorubas that are ready to send this man to retirement, OBJ has since put his reputation at stake here, you can hear how he was called all sort of names. It is only a few Nigeria that can stand such insults even you will not like it for your father to be so vilified by so called drug baron, but the man did not bother. So, I know how you feel, Nigerians are clapping their hands while Buhari is turning himself to emperor. My brother kama is a bitch, it must fight back. Don't allow your emotion to make to say what is not necessary |
They way APC leaders take the program baffles me as the program is the major problems the primary schools face in Nigeria. This PDP government they abuse always did a lot for primary schools in term of infrastructure renewal, comparing to the government that termed themselves progressive. |
Thanks God, there are people with sense of history and judgement in Nigeria. Buhari can't never claim he loves Nigeria more than anyone. Give room for constitution, he became President by the reason of constitution. |
eagleeye2:You are a good student of history, the very day I was caught between custom and smugglers early morning in Lagos, it was grace that saved passengers from stray bullets. What baffled me most was seeing smugglers faced custom in such shoot out within street of Lagos. Nothing does ballot box snatchers, but I pity people that will be around the scene. |
I have said it before, removing thugs from Tinubu political strategy and seeing him become ordinary politician. He gave incentives to touts like mc to be markets and unions leader, thereby deploying their thuggery skills in time like this. Lagos state should be used as a pilot study for shooting at sight and see what become of Tinubu. |
the message is good for criminals like you who intended to rigg the election for thief atiku. [/quote Don't you know innocent people will be caught in cross fire? Ballot snatchers come with fortification to defend themselves but the people are in danger of stray bullets. |
I pity my people, myself and children. We all witnessed custom versus smugglers in many occasions in Ogun and Lagos especially, many innocent souls have been caught in cross fire and nothing happened except the bereaved families licking their wound alone. With such order now,be expecting similar scenario. Buhari can't claim he loves this country more than anybody, he even after the welfare of his people in particular. |
Thanks God boko boys are waiting for you guys in borno. You army run from terrorists and your moral was quickly boosted when you heard shoot at sight. Who knows who will be the next victim. |
Irrespective of his intention, calling police and army to kill is highly contagious. Police kills unnecessary before and has been giving order to shoot by c in c as if there is no more law in Nigeria to punish the offenders. Tinubu is purposely building area boys for elections since 1999 with incentives to control markets and unions in Lagos. Removing area boys from Tinubu and seeing him become ordinary politician. Let army and police start the experiment with Lagos state anyway. |
Remote control snatching is still fresh in our memory. |
2special:Remote control snatching is still fresh in our memory. It is a tragedy to be a poor student of history. |
What of the one snatched by remote control? Please people what does that one call? Buhari is about to set the rules he will follow without recourse to constitution, people are hailing him. No wahala, we shall see when table will turn. |
No problem at all. You people should continue hailing Buhari in his undemocratic tendency, one day the table will turn. All politicians in Nigeria have armed thugs including Buhari, last time APC held primary elections was like Nigeria was at war. Since 1999 up to last year, I have not seen the primary election as blood as that of APC. You mean those boys have not battle ready for this election? We shall see. |
