I would have thought that common sense would have descended on the rumor mongers but no, they are hell bent on ensuring that they are ridiculed by the hate speech and fake news bill... All the affected aides have been transferred to new ministries as well as such it's only common sense that their access to the villa be ceased, very normal security move but no, some persons just need to flog a dead horse... Hope they get flogged. |
have sense have sense you couldn't even refuse cos u no get brain as per you be zombie when you call them finish no forget to call them your fellow wailers... na one short video Buhari go take sweep una back into the cave you've been hiding for two weeks... oya open your larynx [/s] ZombieTERROR:[s/] |
Even if one is paid to be inept there should come a time to draw the line. To buy into the works of a 3rd rate writer and photoshopper would call for harakiri in Japan MelesZenawi: |
you folks are just trying your uttermost best to wedge a divide between the President and the Vice but it is going to fall flat on your faces just like the times y'all started wagging that it was The VP and El Rufai... Osinbajo is not a coward that would release campaign images on a low key... Le Prof is too grand for that |
bull crap!!! what further trouble could they be in seeing that they are already sacked and in debt? when your tale is riddled in holes be glad that folks don't know your real name to shame you properly hisexcellency34: |
berbs:so you would rather believe this mumu story of two fictional aides that don't want to be named as against the President himself? Mad o! https://www.chronicle.ng/2019/11/buhari-questions-sack-of-35-aides-in-vps-office/ |
I'm not a fan of the Social Media Bill but really some persons need to be hanged. How much are you paid to write a fiction that has not an ounce of verifiable facts? Anyways, since there are so many who have little memory let us remind them of the true facts: 1) Abba Kyari tried to have the VP aides sacked 2) Abba bullied the SGF into actually printing the said letters 3) All media houses went to town with the tale especially Daily Trust 4) Buhari got wind of the scenario and cut short his trip by two days to deliver the biggest crushing blow to the Kabal; VP AIDES NOT SACKED BUT REDEPLOYED TO INCREASE PERFORMANCE https://www.chronicle.ng/2019/11/buhari-questions-sack-of-35-aides-in-vps-office/ https://www.chronicle.ng/2019/11/ignore-reports-that-35-vp-aides-sacked/ IN CLOSING; If anyone tells you he's been running up hotel bills and their business is failing, wouldn't y'all think those persons should actually be let go as they clearly show lack of coordination to actually aide the VP in bettering the lot of Nigerians? |
Seeing as the expansion of the program was one of the major claims during the campaigns of the last elections, there has been even more states added to the program since February. The right to study on well-fed stomachs is the right of all Nigerian Pupils. |
the farmer always ploughs towards himself. times without number I've said all those posturing in 2019 are the dogs of war... by the time the battles come around they'd be long gone. Uncle Femi needs a leash though... |
Sometimes, It is a little difficult to feel the impacts of these government actions as they are not directly targeted at the masses but then the same people who are complaining without having a full understanding of economic policies are the same ones that still find it hard to fathom the not so complex TraderMoni. we need to learn to keep an open mind |
Great leaders have always been the ones who strive for the many as against the few. The vice president's one of those. |
People are just giving themselves titles and ranks just to get clout... Well, 2023 no far... All these political experiments will begin to show fruits |
Everyone has a right to their own opinion but as stated in the same article, this is 2019, by 2023 we'd have a greater appreciation of the democratic process in Nigeria. |
Surely one needs to be a nuclear physicist to still refute the impact that N-Power and the other SIP's have had on the lives of youths across the country. |
It's often said that ten lies are required to cover the first one, while truth speaks for itself. Festus was asked a couple of simple questions failing in sincerity to respond, he began to spew vitriol and phlegm about. |
Funny how Christians even believe one can pray for the death of another... Is that how far removed we are from the core of our faith? Anyways the VP would never do such a thing. |
Claims by the Presidency that presidential aides sacked in the Vice President’s Wing of the Buhari Presidency were disengaged to cut down on government’s expenses simply stands logic on its head. That is another view from Presidency sources Totally at variance with the altruistic reason advanced by the Presidency, is the fact that more than half of the affected aides are donor-funded, including donors from well-known international development agencies from the United States and the United Kingdom, a source added. Sources maintained that “what is happening in Aso Villa is an attempt by the President’s Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari to grab power, and tussle with the Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, who is seen as a trusted and reliable supporter of President Muhammadu Buhari, and whose influence is causing the cabal sleepless nights especially, because of his rising profile ahead of 2023.” Besides, the claim that VP’s office is too large, with the number of aides put at over 80 in some reports, has also been debunked by officials of some of the donor agencies. The argument according to top sources is that the quantum and weight of the programmes being implemented in the office demands quite an even larger staff strength if that were possible. One of the sources put it this way: “Take the Social Investment Programmes (SIP) for instance, the budget is N500b, covering NPower job Programmes with half a million graduates involved, and the National Homegrown School Feeding Programme with about 10m pupils in 33 states, and others. What kind of staff strength do you need to run such Programmes with half a trillion Naira budget? The source added that there are other functions that the VP performs statutorily and constitutionally, like the National Economic Council (NEC) that comprises all state governors and the Central Bank Governor, the only constitutional venue where states and the Federal Government interact on a whole lot of issues. “What about supervising the Niger Delta Power Holding Company, with at least 10 power plants across the country? The source asked rhetorically, adding that it is also the VP’s office that supervises the Federal Government’s interests and shares in all the DisCos in and several other agencies like NEMA, DMO, NIPSS, the border communities’ agency, as well as the National Boundary Commission etc. Continuing the source said the few people in the VP’s office that are executing the SIPs and other reform programmes like PEBEC, have actually been attracting continental and global recognitions for the Buhari Presidency, including from the World Bank, the African Development Bank (AfDB) and many local awards. Informed sources explained that while the aides were all approved by President Buhari, in August this year, he also approved the number of those who will work in the Presidential Villa as different from those deployed to work in other ministries outside the Villa. “There is the talk of some re-organisation going on in the Presidency. For instance, all presidential staff working on the SIPs were transferred to the new ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development. But at the same time, there are also other presidential aides, who were moved to various ministries from the OVP on the approval of the President recently. It was not about disengagement.” The source continued: “It was therefore intriguing that the same set of presidential aides so transferred in September, after their appointments were approved by the President are now to be disengaged altogether, without any kind of wrongdoings on their part.” As at last night, it was believed in government circles that the cabal has its own agenda working with the Secretary to the Government, Boss Mustafa, who reports said was pressured to write disengagement letters for all the presidential aides that the President had approved to relocate outside the villa to ministries relevant to their portfolios. One of the sources explained that this was done so as to forestall a reversal, which the President was expected to do later in the month when back in Abuja. “This explains why some of the names of the aides were leaked and then Kyari asked one of the Presidential spokespersons to issue a statement on Friday confirming the sacking of aides in VP offices, who were meant only to be relocated outside the Villa,” said the source. Another source added that the VP was nearly schemed out of last week’s ECOWAS trip to neighbouring Niamey, Niger Republic. It was alleged that President Buhari had instructed the VP to attend on his behalf, but attempts were made by the Cabal to send the Foreign Affairs minister, Geoffrey Onyeama, but the plot failed. Apart from the 2023 Presidency, the main reason Osinbajo is loathed, the source again alleged, is because he has information regarding shady deals that are taking place. “They see him as a real threat and hate the fact that the President trusts him,” the source added. |
A huge pile of hogwash... Not worth the read |
How many of us take time to finish articles even after we realize that the writer is just fishing in a barrel? For as soon as I read where this guy said Osinbajo didn't go to burdillon even though they had met at the venue, I realized he didn't know the personalty of Vice President Osinbajo. The gentlemen have yet to declare so people should sheath all the guns and swords and allow the ellected do their duty. |

it is only those whose hands are soiled that run at night when no-one is chasing them. If the Emir is chastising them it must mean that they've been up to no good and should desist from such actions that cause rancour in the presidency. Anyway, time itself would tell the true tale in due course. |

Comments like this all too often show how far we have to go as a nation in the healing process. Nigerians know the direction the oppression is coming from but won't direct the nozzle of our grievance at it. Yes, I said Nigerians, cos all over the country people are torn between remorse and rejoicing, but the vindication that comes with perseverance shall bring succour to the land. Viva VP Osinbajo Viva La Federal Republic of Nigeria |
guess FFK is hell-bent on wallowing in self-ridicule, Nigerians really know who's been caught with his pants down in the seedy streets of Lagos. Social media ensures he gets a hearing but actually what he needs is a leash and a mouthguard. |
When it is said that we are no longer the giant of Africa this border closure is a glaring example of how we lost that mantle. A country with our population and geographical location should be able to throw its weight around and see results and with the envoys from Vietnam and Malaysia thronging over and the unrest in our neighbouring countries, we can tell that finally, here is a policy that is Nigeria centric above all else. |
• MSME Clinics have been held in 24 states across the country, and the FCT. The one-stop shops allow for continuous interactions with the participating agencies to ensure MSME issues are being resolved quickly. • So far, five (5) states - Cross-River, Osun, Kwara, Plateau, Abia - have launched One-Stop Shops for MSMEs to foster continuity after the Clinics, while three (3) more states to launch by end of the year - Kaduna, Edo, Lagos, and Kano. • Agencies like NEPC, NAFDAC, SON and NEXIM have also used the clinics to reduce MSME related certifications by 50% during Clinics. • From the MSME Clinics, the National Export Processing Council (NEPC) and NEXIM identify and provides support for MSMEs that are ready for export. • Before the end of the year, the FG plans to use the MSMEs Clinics platform to launch Shared Facilities for MSMEs across the Nation. • This will allow MSMEs without financial capacities walk into cluster style fully equipped facilities and pay a token to use machines or equipment they can't afford, these facilities will also be fully certified by the regulating agencies like NAFDAC, SON, NEPC, etc. • Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, requests monthly updates of the Performance of each participating agency. • The National MSME Clinics Is a Presidential Initiative, headed by the Vice President. • The Office of the Vice President monitors the performance of the participating agencies before and after each Clinic, from feedback received from the Clinic Secretariat headed by the Special Assistant to the Vice President on MSMEs, Mr Tola Johnson, who also coordinates all activities of the MSME Clinics. • The Federal Government has recognized and rewarded MSMEs in the Country for the first ever with the National MSME Awards, which held at the Banquet Hall, Abuja in August 2018 • An MSME won the grand prize of a brand-new car and a cash reward, while others went home with cash prizes • All the finalists at the awards are to be given a month's media publicity by FG. • Second edition of the MSME awards took place in August 2019, with three awardees winning cars. • The Federal Govt is also launching Shared Facilities for MSMEs across the nation this year. This is to allow MSMEs without the financial capacity to own their equipment and opportunity to go into a fully equipped cluster style facility to pay a token to use such equipment, while the relevant regulatory agencies will have certified the facility.

FFK: FINAL DAYS OF A DROWNING MAN Femi Fani-Kayode has been without a job since 2015 when he jinxed the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) out of government. Things have been hard and his only source of income is to peddle fake news. He once claimed DSS had invaded the home of former CJN, Walter Onnoghen. He even once said Osinbajo would be forced out many months ago. But I will like to set the record straight with the latest FAKE NEWS by Femi. When you see a deranged fellow like FFK being vocal in public you need to first ask if he has taken his daily meds. For someone who failed as a minister in a government that did not even require him to perform at any extraordinary level, you wonder what standing he has to make the kind of brainless statements he throws out on social media. Having been used and dumped by the PDP, he is left to face the music alone at the EFCC trial. All this posturing and social media bravado he tries to put up are a pointer to one thing, he is trying to curry favours as the professional political jobber that he is. Even his former boss, Obasanjo has told the whole world the type of character that FFK is. “Femi Fani-Kayode is my boy. Provide him food, he will eat and then sing for you. He’s a smart boy.” This is the summary of all that FFK stands for in Nigerian politics. He is even putting the cart before the horse now, as he is now singing like a drowning canary before anybody has given him food these days. Femi the new estate agent in Abuja should do well to tell us the address of this ‘rented apartment in Maitama’ that he claims the aides were moved to. Which office is paying the rent? Clearly Femi is just another tale-bearer who gets his news from beer parlour gossip with zero evidence. He is trying to posture himself as a champion of the South West but even the most uninformed political novice can see the blatant irrelevance of this substance-abuser that should be in a rehab clinic, due to his prolonged relapse episodes since 2015. This is 2019 almost ending and FFK is yet to find any positive endeavor that can keep him gainfully employed. He got sidelined at the PDP convention after they sold him a dummy by making his wife (remind me of her serial number on his wife-beating list) a member of the PDP Convention Sub-Committee on Welfare. For someone who got the best UK education money could buy, you would expect him to be the least bit intelligent on legal matters. This man studied Law for goodness sake! He has chosen to remain perpetually clever by half on all matters where the name Osinbajo is mentioned. He is keeping true to his jobbing stock in trade, holding out in the hope that he will be invited to “come and chop” in this administration. The usual modus operandi is to make enough noise that they will eventually give you something to keep you quiet. That template is now very outdated. The man you try to castigate by calling him an errand boy is more globally respected than you could ever dream of, even in your most befuddled chemically-induced hallucinations. The video is out there when high level professionals were scrambling for his autograph before he could leave the podium at the Intra-African Trade Fair 2018 (IATF) in Egypt after he gave a deeply insightful speech in Egypt, with no papers in hand as usual. FFK cannot claim to be wiser than millions of Nigerians who voted and are still in support of Osinbajo and Buhari. Even with all his ‘famzing’ that he attended Cambridge with the Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari, a good reason why is he still on the outside despite all the fabled alumni loyalty and fraternity of the old boy network, is that FFK is one of the most toxic and treacherous fellows in Nigerian politics. The apple does not fall far from the tree, if you know, you know. The social elite that he calls his friends in Abuja now tactically avoid him like a chronic leper. No amount of pontificating and bible quoting for devious and mischievous reasons can change the facts of the matter. Osinbajo is light years ahead of FFK and his whole lineage. Yes I said it. |
Fani must think that his attempts at speech amount to anything. A known drug user, wife-beater, a corrupt and disgraced minister who parades himself without clothes or shame on SM tries to hold a candle to VP Osinbajo. Expecting a man who wasn’t hurt to go to the hospital must mean you were actually hurt he wasn’t, sides we all remember the incident clearly and first aid responders were promptly on ground to check all the passengers and passed them fit. Fani as a lifelong PDP apologist must still be reeling in pain as the claim of his party against President Buhari’s academic qualification was tossed out not just at the tribunal but at the Supreme Court. When FFK says a junior minister represented the President I’m sure he forgets that we know he’d still wail as normal if he’d sent the VP. Aides removed, Aides sacked, Osinbajo will be removed in two weeks if he doesn’t resign first, Uncle FFK lies from both sides of his mouth and other orifices. Knelt before Abba? Baba, your certification in Lying must have been honed while studying Theology, your way, no be here o. As for taking a report to the President who’s not incapacitated, guess you fail to recognize who the real errand boy in that scenario was. https://www.nairaland.com/5512532/medium-benefits-offshore-bill |
