Frankrobbn1: Your spouse would apply for spousal open work permit (SOWP). You need to provide legal documents to prove that you're legally married to him.
You need the following documents to establish relationship with your spouse (hubby)
PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP DOCUMENTS 1. Marriage Certificate 2. Newspaper change of name 3. Throw back family pictures 4. Snap shot of WhatsApp video call or messages for the last six months (if any). 5. Wedding photos.
I hope this information is helpful to your enquiry.
It will end in praise Good morning Mr frank Please I need your counsel on PR, am a student who just arrived in Canada! Kindly accept my email Best regards |

Japh11: Just check your school portal or request for it from the school. Those guys at Lagos international airport almost cost me to miss my flight because of this. Someone I met there was also held down because of the same enrollment verification letter. It took prayers for God to touch them to let me through, I had to call my school and presented a letter from my supervisor. I'm just doing this because I don't want anyone to fall a victim of this. ojzreal: Good day guys
Please those who have collected their stamped passport, is your Picture printed on the visa please
Please I would appreciate a response can you please respond to this?? Thanks in anticipation |

recxa: Hi guys. I applied for my study visa(four years undergrad) on October 15 and my request to go for biometrics came out the same day. I then did the biometrics on the 30th of October due to the protests that was going on. My sister applied(2 years Masters)earlier this year and her study visa was granted within a month plus. When I went to their website to check the processing time, I saw 14 weeks. Just yesterday, it's been changed to 15 weeks. My school is resuming on January 11 and I deferred the admission before. What do you think I should do? Defer the admission again? Also, do you guys think an account statement of 50M+ is enough to get me this visa? I did an upfront medical test after my application was submitted (27th of October) too and the wait is killing me lol since I used an agent and I really don't know what's going on. I await your favorable response. Thank you. I was in this very situation before, resumption was September 21 and I still went ahead to apply in August 19 , I was advised by EVERYBODY to defer but I refused and took the risk alone.(but if you no get the mind no try am oh) Just weigh your options and take a leap of faith |

Raalsalghul: Flywire rates are too high hence considering other options. Maybe you find out if fanshawe will allow that, because I will appreciate a lower rate but it seems it must be flywire. Check your mail, I have replied your PM |

Raalsalghul: Hmmm, how did you get Fanshawe's bank details?
Sent a PM too. You won’t get their bank details, you pay to fly wire while they remit the payment to fanshawe with a charge of $33 cad. |

Raalsalghul: How did you later make the payment. I used form A with GTB but they are still yet to debit me as a result of dollar scarcity. |

Lekiboboe: Hi ,
Your Application is still within the Standard Processing time.
Presently, Processing time for Nigerian Applicants applying outside Canada is 15 weeks
If you calculate 15 weeks from AUGUST 19 that you applied, that's equivalent to this date - 2nd December
Hopefully you should get an Update before then, and if you don't, then raise a Webform/WEBFORMS & send a mail/mails to IRCC offices Thanks lekiboboe, congratulations once more |
