Met "G" @ d gym - A case of secret admirer turned best friend.

At 1st, I didn't fancy G or anybody at the gym where I workout cos of my state of mind then.

Words started going round that I had some secret admirers.

Who wouldn't admire me ? so that crap didn't overwhelm me.

One of them days, got to the gym to sign in at the front desk and receptionist said a secret admirer paid a year's premium membership for me ( use of sauna, steam bath, massage, personal instructor, smoothies inclusive).

Now, that got me . Being me, I didn't let it show. I could take care of that but deep down, I was overwhelmed.

Told receptionist to tell secret admirer " thank you" and I moved on.

Awhile again, i would want to sign in to use the gym and receptionist would hand me Mtn call credit (10k worth). Still, I would pass message to secret admirer though middle man "receptionist". This happened like 3 times in 2 months...

One time, receptionist handed me all NIKE gym kit from secret admirer.

On my birthday, gym staff made a big deal so G got to know about it. Few days after bday, receptionist handed me a bag. Told me not to open it till I leave the gym.

After gym, got in the car, opened bag and the best birthday note of all time and the best gifts ever(Nice outfit, perfume which has now become my all time fav "amouage -interlude" , cash gift and dinner for me and friends ; very fancy Chinese restaurant ) with the option of inviting G if I wanted.

At that point, I knew who ever this was deserved some friendship.

I went back in, told receptionist to pass on the day and time I would like to go to the restaurant to secret admirer.

Day and time came. Since i wanted to use the opportunity to know secret admirer , i didnt tag any friend(s) along.

Met secret admirer "G" who turned out to be that one individual who NEVER spoke to me, never smiled back at me, would walk pass me and no exchange of pleasantries, nothing what so ever! Lolz

I had one of the most amazing time that night and our friendship is still going solid

You are not selfish, just that you have not meet the right person, with the right connection, when it clicks you will overlook most of those flaws giving you concern at the moment. Most women including me look out for comfortable men, not because they (we) are lazy, but there is always a psychological attachment to financial security, our parents in those days had little and no gadget, but they managed themselves. Most of our girls will never have that patience especially with the advents of social media, a struggling woman or a working won't like to go below the present standard she is and funny enough most decent girls are not privileged to have men spending on them and the other categories of girls( which I won't like to downgrade as hoes) are always after spending and they get the good guys because unlike poles always attract

I think the Camp has cylinder is safe due to the fact that there is no "hose" connected from the Gas cylinder to the cooker. The burner is directly on the cylinder

So in a summary...The Camp has is safe,as long as you tighten the "Gas control" it when you're done cooking [/color]

I read what the young guy wrote but wasn't in support of it. I could have easily advised him but let it slide. But making reference to his mother and sister is just very wrong of you. No mater how bad his statement could have been, yours is worse addressing his mother like that. He didn't even mention any lady in particular so why would you do that.
