What i see here is the hand of Dr Deji Adeleke, the silent power. He has called his son, Davido to order. I just admire the man sha! |
Two of Africa's finest. Unfortunately Nigeria will not allow their likes to govern. We don't like integrity with capability. |
Yes, we need men but I think we need more of Technology and Intelligence! |
I do not believe that Tinubu was not privy to Obasa's removal. What iI believe is that Obasa returned and threatened to sing like a canary and he knows too much so the President has had to backtrack, claiming he had no hand in his removal. This is the same technique employed by Ambode after EFCC tried to arrest him from hi Epe home but the indigenes resisted. Today, Ambode is being considered for a 2nd term. It's all politics and I hope Lagosians will win, not the politicians. |
The "Pastors" should be arrested |
Bola Shagaya is not that close to FA. |
I don't have all the details but 15k per month child support while it looks quite high but for a practising doctor in US or Canada, it shouldn't be that crazy that you should kill yourself. The Judge must have seen he makes possibly 35k to 40k monthly before imposing that amount. He could have also appealed. I believe there's more to this. Again, I don't have all the facts. |
[quote author=Lanretoye post=133942390]oh,I see that by burying your papa in ikoyi cemetery you have achieved something great in your life, what kind of a stupid person out of a reason will boast of cemetery because you want to claim an obscure useless life. I see that the government gave your family a national honor for burying your father at ikoyi, wetin chest beating and fake life will turn some people into, you can also say it is only your father's corpse that was buried I decided to give your stupid comment the response it deserved. I mean, considering who you are, I do not expect anything reasonable to emanate from your obstinate thought process. You can't give what you don't have! Nonentities like yourself do nothing but insult responsible people on social media because we choose to ignore. Today, I choose to respond until I confirm you have made that trip. |
Lanretoye:At least I have money to buy something. What have you achieved in your life? BTW, did you change your mind about the trip? He's waiting to answer your questions. Abi, you are so poor that you can't afford Tfare? Let me know so I can fund you. |
Lanretoye:Since you are curious, you ll have to go and ask my father yourself at Ikoyi Cemetery. Farewell! |
Lanretoye:One reason I hate commenting here. Lots of dumb people that cheap data allows to be on social media! |
Wait a minute! Doesn't Sharia law prescribe cutting of hands for Thieves? If so, we want Sharia throughout the country and the administration must start with the Politicians. 😀😀😀 |
This is why I hate flying with all my heart!!! I hate flying but I just do it cos there's no other option for some travels. |
The South West Muslims and Christians have been co-habiting for years in peace because we are all related and love one another. But these Hausa Muslims bringing up this issue of Sharia is like stirring the hornet's nest. We don't want Sharia in the SW...Fullstop. This is a secular country and the Christians must be respected too. The law of the land is okay the way it is. Another reason I hate this Lord Lugard and his ill-fated 1914 amalgamation. I also blame Great Britain for not allowing the North to secceed in July 1966. |
Risked which crown for who? She became a beauty queen and suddenly Tuface of Plantashun boyz at the time, was no longer in her league. Bigger boys came calling due to new status. She dumped Tuface! |
sapele914:It's true ooo. He is Delta Yoruba Not Delta Igbo...Apologies! |
It's not about tribe ooo. It's about alliance! |
zero8zero:Tony Elumelu is Igbo and he's the most favored Nigerian banker today. |
Krankhead:The internet never forgets. I will remind you. And if I am wrong, a year from now, I will be happy to eat my words. My life is an absolute success story so I can't be an enemy of progress. I only put out my opinion based on my experience as a Nigerian and as an oil and gas professional with deep knowledge of internal workings of NNPC. Unfortunately, most people commenting here have limited knowledge. |
Lokostar01:This is not the first time that the refineries have been fixed by previous governments and eventually something still went wrong. I do hope that this time will be different because it is a win for Nigeria as a whole. However I seriously have my doubts and I strongly believe that allowing them run successfully over a period of time is expedient. |
Karlifate:You clearly are not a student of history! I will not join issues with you but I hope you will be humble enough to apologize when it happens. I will gladly eat my words if Government suprises me pleasantly this time but I just have my doubts! |
Looking4Trouble:Well I do not owe you an explanation but can we start with the fact that I successfully ran 2 offshore facilities with 80k bopd installed capacity successfully for over 5 years, increasing production from the wells. I moved into drilling and successfully drilled several wells, one was one of the deepest in onshore Niger delta drilled to over 17k ft along hole; an exploratory well which led to discovery of a field with over 200 million barrels of oil in place. That field is currently producing at over 20k bopd. I ll stop there for now and if required I can go further. So, you, what have you successfully run in your life? |
phemray:Time will tell. I hope this will be a paradigm shift. |
osayuwamwen:You need to watch a recent interview of Tonye Cole on Channels TV, then you will understand some of the reasons Shell refused to manage the refineries. I pray for the Nigeria of my dreams but..... |
NNPC as currently structured CAN NOT run the refineries successfully. Mark my words, in a few months, something will go wrong again. I am not happy to say this but it's the way the country is wired. Government of Nigeria can not run any business effectively. The corruption and bureaucracy will eventually kill the business. You think Shell was stupid to reject the offers? NNPC should not be in a hurry to gloat. They should at least wait for 1 year before formally inviting OBJ on a facility tour. |
IfnobeGod20:Imagine how easy it would have been to sell the Osinbajo candidacy throughout the nation. APC struggled to sell Tinubu and that's why he avoided debates. Imagine an Osinbajo debate with any other candidate...landslide victory. |
Coldrux:I completely agree. Peter Obi said it himself when he visited Dele Momodu in London for his birthday. He even said if APC meant well for Nigeria, why didn't they field Osinbajo? |
Coldrux:Good points! Let me add to it. A great number of those who voted for Peter Obi would have voted for Osinbajo. People seem to forget that when PYO was Ag. President for 3 months, that was the only time in Buhari's administration that the country actually seemed to be working but PMB came back and retrogressed again. Osinbajo is a combination of capacity, capability and integrity; qualities that we need in a Nigerian Leader that will cause a change towards the realization of our Nigerian dream. Unfortunately, the powers that be prefer a perennial corrupt man who would provide them a platform for the continuation of their corrupt practices. Now, we dey chop breakfast. It is well with Nigeria. |
The most arrogant entertainer in Nigeria. Always walking away, just as he did when he was being interviewed with his mum and grandpa. He walked out on them!!!! He forgot his fans made him. We see KSA and Obey still relevant in the music world over 60 years in the industry because they accomodate their fans. I m wondering if this gentleman will enjoy that kind of longevity with his attitude. |
EmperorCaesar:The best Nigeria has to offer? This is a direct assault on the collective sensitivity of Nigerians. If you say we got what we deserved, maybe I ll agree but we all know the man is clearly not the best in terms of integrity and accountability. Nigeria needs a man who combines capacity, capability and integrity, and BAT is definitely not that man. We ll come back at the end of his tenure to repeat what we have said post-Buhari. |
Na lie joor. Na the 42 billion wey the Afa move na him cause the mass sack. |
Beuberry:Really? she returned the money because she won't be in charge of disbursement. |
