Am even fed up, I just called their line now but they keep saying network, I was even asked to update my data which I have been doing since morning and to no avail, can't download PPA letter since Saturday fa.

Keep pressing the download button repeatedly despite the error message you'll get. In less than 5 minutes, you'll have your PPA letter downloaded.

Have you done this test? You sound like you've done it with the kind of information you're disseminating

There’s no question, just click adjectives that describes you and adjectives(quality)that people expect from you in the work place
There’s no right or wrong answer anyway it’s only GTB that knows what they’re looking for
But if you read about Gtb core values and their statements on their workforce you’ll have an idea of the kind of person they’ll need
So you need to be who you are and be what they need. That’s the point

So please stick to the particular instruction given to you in your mail
