no ballot box snatching- no ballot papers burnt- results came out immediately and the citizens were able to monitor it right away? and when the results were announced, all the “Lions and Tigers” who threatened fire and brimstone IF Ize Iyamu lost the election chilled because in their heart of hearts - they saw the transparency in the process and they couldn’t utter a word - BECAUSE INEC and the security agents rendered them powerless by conducting the elections right - Instead the opposition were now looking for legal “technicalities” to stop Obaseki because of name error on his NYSC certificate which the courts had no problem throwing out - that was the textbook definition of how to make sure the opposition will be silenced morally and legally when you do it right

IF APC and INEC did exactly that on Feb 25 and Tinubu won hands down - who born dog ? who born that person to call for the annulment of the election or to swear in Atiku or Obi ?

Which properties are you buying that you're paying 12k per annum in mortgage? Average mortgage here in Atlanta is 2k per month and even tho that's not a problem, in terms of investing I look more at the risks and controls not just profits. In Chicago it is more or less the same unless you're buying properties in the slum.
