CrimeRe: 14-year-old Girl Raped & Murdered Buried In Anambra (Obituary Poster) by okuya: 5:51am On Jul 27, 2017
I bliv Seun OSEWA and his moderators should apply common sense in moderating things posted on this site.
From the burial poster it is clearly stated that:
1. The girls body will lie in state at her family compound @ ABULE ADO (Which is satellite town area of Lagos state.
2. Her burial is at kirikiri (which is in Lagos state)
3. Her family stated that she was murdered in her sleep, the useless OP added 'rape', when he does not even know the state where the girl was MURDERED nor the grieving family.

Pls, Oga Seun Osewa moderate this post to save the grieving family who has lost their little loved daughter from embarrassment and further grieve as a result of this scrap information given out by this DUMB OP.

Few hours ago, we were told a 7 yr old was flogged with electronics cable for watching PORN - Awka, Anambra state.

Now this 14 yr old was RAPED and killed in same Anambra state.

Abeg, what is it about this state and s3x?
Mumu read the burial poster. She was murdered in LAGOS, Abule ado, that is around satellite town. Before u start running ur big fat mouth.
FamilyRe: Man Buys Venza For His Mother After Selling Her Car To Travel Abroad by okuya: 6:14pm On Jul 24, 2017
Is so touching to see a young man remember and acknowledge d mothers sacrifice. But at the same time I hope it's not money robbed from people whose life may have been shattered rite now, through internet fraud, armed robbery or any other criminal activity.
Note: Evans and so many other criminals remembered their mothers too, and even built them mansions, they too were GOOD Sons until the bubble burst.
Mothers should learn to ask questions

That's good but when it comes to romance or espionage, I think foreign authors do well in such areas, so blend your tastes in literary works
Well for romance stories, the female gender tends to appreciate them more, give a romantic tale of two frogs in love in a pond somewhere Uzbekistan, or love story of two koalas in Australia, the human mind especially that of the females has a way of recreating the characters of that bullfrog and the frog in Uzbekistan to the story of bayo and Nkechi in Lekki. In romance it has no bound like other stories
And for espionage novels, movies such as James Bond with which we grew up has already formed the basis on which we can appreciate such stories. Nevertheless we would appreciate our African stories more if put side by side with foreign stories, as long as they are being narrated by equally intelligent story teller

Heard about her so much but Funny enough I'm yet to read any of her work. .this Efuru caught my interest..but I hope it will not be like Adichies 'Purple Hibiscus -that left me disappointed after reading despite the hype about the book
Really, purple hibiscus is a great work, it is a great literal work with a very subtle story which absorbs you into its characters.the teller took her time to gently draw us into the environment or should I call it setting, by giving us some of the best geographical description, a story can offer.
Well one thing with works of literature is that your appreciation of them is dependent upon the environment you can easily relate with, for me I spent my early childhood in a small town, in the east part of Nigeria, and also constantly visiting relatives in the interior villages surrounding the town, where most nights we go to bed with folktales which has been handed down by being told for generations down the line. Also, latter part of my childhood, teenage and early adult life I spent in Lagos, i most times growing visited other parts of the country, these were my formative years. Therefore I appreciate and enjoy African stories or tales no matter the setting. I sometimes, also enjoy some foreign literal works, having traveled to some African, middle eastern, and western world such as America, but I do not appreciate their literal works so much, because deep within my subconscious, I cannot relate very much with their environment.
Christianity EtcRe: "Nigerian Man Who Woke Up After Being Declared Dead By Doctors" Tells His Story by okuya: 4:23pm On Jun 20, 2017
IamaNigerianGuy:
This is not a miracle. It is a phenomenon well documented in the medical literature. It has happened before and will happen again.

The patient was mistakenly diagnosed as deceased after what was probably a cardiac arrest. He in all likelihood had spontaneous resumption of cardiac and circulatory activity. The technical term is ROSC
"A patient is not dead until he is warm and dead" is what you are taught in emergency medicine courses because cold preserves the vital organs and can allow recovery later.
And how about d disappearance of the hole in his heart without undergoing surgery, COULD YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN THE SCIENCE BEHIND THAT TOO?

PoliticsMob Beats Up Ex President Gbsgbo On The Streets Of France by okuya(op): 6:34pm On Jun 14, 2017
Ex President of Cot'devoir Lauren Gbsgbo is captured in this video being attacked by his country men on the streets of France.
I personally believe dat the attack is savage and barbaric, and the perpetrators should be arrested.
The men carrying out the attack is venting their anger for the misrule and looting of their nation by Gbsgbo.
But I believe they could have also shamed him by publicly booing him, name calling rather than physically beaten him up.
This should also serve as a lesson to our politicians, the world is fast changing, you could be amongst the most powerful today, and tomorrow be at the mercy of the masses u are misuruling and I bet you a whole lot of them could have lost their sense of civility/decency as a result of your misrule

this is the apartment where i stayed it cost 6.5 million shillings (=N=26 MILLION) and it is not for the soo rich, but for the middle class, the inequality gap is not so much.

kenya airways their national carrier is one of the fastest growing airlines in the world, has a fleet of 45 aircrafts , including boeing 787 DREAMLINER.

Their rail system is far ahead of us. tell me what makes a people poor?

Dem poor pass us nao
lai ! lai !, no talk am again !. was in Kenya 2weeks back, they are way ahead of us in terms of standard of living, asides phones, food and transportation, everything in kenya is expensive in relation to Nigerian Naira, houses, cars and clothings are double the prices in Nigeria comparatively, but the bottom line is "THEIR CITIZENS CAN AFFORD THEM", Nairobi is filled with standard malls not like the stores we av here called malls where the south african store chains are champions
