the problem is that u are really addicted to it and to be sincere u can never do without it daily else u won't be able to do anything and u will be too weak. Now listing, u have to help ur self if not u will be waisting away. Open up to ur mum because u need someone beside u when fighting to stop it. U need to refresh ur blood and by doing that u need a lot of blood tonic. Buy plenty of peak milk and uguw, u will be squizing the uguw and mix with peak milk in the morning and in the evening for the first three days, then after that three days u will be taking it once in a day for at least one week. By then u will surely recovered. That's very sure. But during this period u will be indoor, because u won't be able to do anything, and make sure that ur room have a lot of ventilation because u will be sweating. It won't be easy for the first 5 days but u have to do it, if u can overcome that 5days u have overcome it already. Good luck
